OPERATIONS DELIVERY ADDRESS The MY SALON Suite address should NOT be used for regular mail or deliveries. Items will be delivered to the front lobby where they can be easily misplaced. Members should use their home address for deliveries and only have things delivered to the MY SALON Suite location if they know they will be there. There is not a location on site for packages to be safely stored.

RENT PAYMENT POLICY Payment are due every Monday via ACH (Automated Clearing House). If your banking information changes, please email Joe Carretta at jcarretta@mysalonsuite.com at least one week in advance of the change.

WI-FI The store is equipped with two Wi-Fi networks - one for Member use and one for visitor use.

MAINTENANCE Non-Emergency Maintenance Issues Email Joe at jcarretta@mysalonsuite.com. We will respond via email within 24 hours with a reasonable time frame for addressing the issue. (Examples of non-emergency issues would be a stained ceiling tile, loose knob on a cabinet etc). Emergency Maintenance Issues Call or text 215-870-2850 and we will address the issue as soon as possible WATER is a critical issue. Even a small leak can cause significant damage. Report any water issues immediately. (Examples of emergency issues would be leaks, electrical outage or anything to do with building systems).

TRASH Trash should be disposed of daily and placed in either the trash cans in the rear of the store or in the designated MY SALON Suite dumpster.
