HOUSE RULES CONT’
MEMBERS AGREE TO:
• Pay licensing rate/rent every Monday using ACH (automated clearing house) with autopay authorized.

• Keep the inside of their suite clean and tidy, including regularly sweeping (and mopping if needed) floors, dusting all furniture and fixtures including the tops of cabinets, and cleaning the interior and an exterior windows of their suite doors.
• Leave the suite in the same condition as when you received it, broom clean with reasonable wear and tear excepted.
• Keep common area adjacent to the Suite clean and tidy; support common area cleanliness.
• Dress appropriately for a professional salon environment. Use common courtesy in dress and remember that there are many other professionals and their clients on the premises.
• Observe requested safety requirement for pandemics and other public health issues.
• At any time, allow MY SALON Suite to repair any damage to the suite or property caused by a Member or Members’ clients and/or visitors and charge the cost to the Member as additional rent. Members will receive no rent reduction or compensation for damage or inconvenience due to repairs or interruption of service or for any other reason. MY SALON Suite will endeavor to minimize or avoid any damage or inconvenience to Members.
• Attempt to first resolve issues with other Members before involving the MY SALON Suite.
• Be strictly responsible for visitors’ and/or clients’ behavior. Violation of the License Agreement or these House Rules by a visitor and/or client will be considered a violation by the Member.
MY SALON Suite reserves the right to make changes to the House Rules from time to time.
