HOUSE RULES

MY SALON Suite is a beauty and wellness complex filled with entrepreneurial spirit. We operate and foster a thriving and connected community of health and beauty professionals. While Members have the freedom to operate their business as they choose, some basic House Rules must be adhered to to ensure the safe and successful operation of the store. Members, clients, guests and visitors should adhere to the “C&C” philosophy - common sense and courtesy - when in the store.

MEMBERS AND THEIR CLIENTS AND/OR VISITORS WILL NOT:

• Leave any personal belongings in the common areas.

• Babysit children within their suites or leave children under 18 years old unattended in the Premises. Visitors’ children must remain in a Member’s suite with the visitor.

• Do anything to disturb neighbors. Sound shall be kept to levels that does not carry outside of the Suite, which should be lower than 65 decibels. Noise levels shall be controlled so as not to intrude in other members’ Suites.

• Overload the electrical system. Two (2) small appliances are permitted per suite (excluding microwaves). All appliances must be stainless steel or black styling.

• Place any curtain, advertisement, logo or decal in windows or on suite doors without the prior written approval of MY SALON Suite.

• Place any logo, decal or privacy film on any area of the suite doors other than the middle band.

• Place any logo or decal any higher than the bottom 25% of the store front windows (store front window suites only) without written approval of MY SALON Suite.

• Change the lock on suite doors or hang anything on the suite doors.

• Store any combustible materials on the Premises or anywhere in the Building.

• Do anything that will violate any law or increase the insurance rates on the Building.

• Permit any nuisances on the Premises.

• Re-paint or change wall coverings in the suite without the prior written approval of MY SALON Suite.

• Keep any pets on the Premises.

• Make any alterations, additions or improvements to the suite or the Building without the prior written approval of MY SALON Suite.

• Allow any persons to occupy the suite without prior written approval from MY SALON Suite.

• Smoke, burn candles, use drugs, bring firearms or weapons, or do any illegal activities on the premises.

MEMBERS AND THEIR CLIENTS AND/OR VISITORS WILL:

• Remove garbage regularly from the suite, and place in the outside trash cans or dumpster. Do NOT place suite trash, food trash, or hair clippings in the trash receptacles in the common areas or bathrooms.

• Take good care of the suite and the equipment supplied by MY SALON Suite.

• Permit MY SALON Suite to enter the suite during reasonable hours to inspect for or make necessary repairs or show the suite to potential future members.

• Treat other members and their visitors and clients with dignity, respect, and common courtesy. We operate and foster a thriving and connected community of health and beauty professionals.

• Adhere to all rules, laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling (NJ Stores) or Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology (PA Stores) or any other regulatory body with oversight power.

• (NJ Stores) Adhere to all rules, laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by the Hamilton Township Health Department including for Permanent Cosmetics providers, compliance with Hamilton Township Ordinance 133-13B which limits hours of operation to Sunday through Thursday 8am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 8am to 10pm, and for Massage providers, compliance with Hamilton Township Ordinance 296-12 which limits hours of operation to Monday through Friday 9am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 8pm, and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

• Adhere to all rules, laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by any local, state and/or federal government, and MY SALON Suite, related to the COVID 19 or any other pandemic.
