CSA Mine is looking for Experienced Development Operators to join our team.

About the role:

• Prepare and charge development headings

• Clean up development headings to bore

• Effective and efficient equipment care to ensure minimum damage and maximum utilisation & availability of equipment

• Report & rectify where possible faults and maintenance issues as they arise

• Work to specifications set out by the supervisor and Technical Services department

• Interpret work plans ensuring that they are followed

• Manage crew effectively, with safety as highest priority

• Effectively communicate with cross shift Leading Hand Miner

• Contribute to daily work plans and work output

• Manage consumable stocks UG to minimise down time

• Manage and take ownership of job specific tools and equipment

• Train and mentor development crew in the operations of equipment and underground activities

• Ensure daily shift report sheets, CSAFES, pre-starts etc. are completed as required

This is a 7/7 roster, commute options include residential, DIDO or FIFO with meals and accommodation supplied.
