We want to re-ignite your love for theatre with an exciting programme in the coming months, opening our season with some socially distanced shows to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Our dedicated Capitol team are determined to continue on this road to recovery and your support will help get us there.

We are thrilled to be included on the UK Tour of Educating Rita. This production received rave reviews last year and we are delighted that we have been able to include it in our Autumn programme.

2021 marks a special Anniversary, it’s 85 years since our venue opened (as The Ritz) and it has been playing an important role in the history of Horsham’s entertainment during those years. Do please come along and enjoy the special show we have planned, details of which are on the page opposite.

As we near the festive season we are also looking forward to this year’s Pantomime. Aladdin is on sale now and we promise to stage our biggest and most ambitious Pantomime yet – we are bursting at the seams with excitement for this new production to open!

Holly reveals Lapland’s biggest secret, that once a year Santa sends a magical gift to one person who most deserves it. It is said to be the greatest gift of all but nobody knows what it is. Holly writes her Christmas wish on a snowflake and places it by the fireside before going to bed. That night a gust of wind lifts the snowflake up the chimney and in the morning a magical gift appears in its place. Is it really Santa’s Magical Gift?

BOOKING FEES Cinema and theatre tickets are not subject to a booking fee, however any tickets posted are subject to a £1 postage charge. E-tickets are preferred but we will keep any tickets booked and paid for within 7 days of a performance at our Box Office. All ticket prices include VAT at the current rate.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Tickets are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for the same show or film on a different time or day at a fee of £1 per transaction.

Exchanges may not be made on the day of or after the event.

RESERVATIONS Reservations are only permitted for theatre party bookings of 20 or more and only direct with the box office. Reservations will need to be paid for 2 months in advance of the event.

CHOOSING SEATS In order for us to best manage our seating plans, you will not be able to book tickets online if your seat selection leaves an isolated seat.

If you require certain seats for a specific reason, please call our box office who will assist with your booking and help you to choose the best seats available to you.

DISCOUNTS Concession discounts are applicable where indicated to: full-time students: (ID required), young people of 16 years and under, any person aged 60 years and over and Leisure Access Card holders.

Only one concession or discount applies per ticket and they must be requested at the time of purchase.

Family tickets (for four people, to include at least two children) are available for selected performances.

A Leisure Access Card is available free to Horsham residents who are on a low income. Contact 01403 215263 for details. ID will be required at the time of purchase and at the time of performance.

Group discounts are available for certain performances; please ask the box office for details.

The Capitol reserves the right to introduce discounts and other price changes without notice. These will not apply to tickets already purchased before the announcement.

COMPASS CARD Compass Card holders are eligible for the concessionary rate on tickets for any show (not film) which has a concession price. The Compass Card should be shown on the day to validate the discount.
