Celebration of Youth Service

On the afternoon of Sunday 5th March a Celebration of Youth event was hosted by Durham Cathedral. The special service held in the Cathedral was to celebrate youth leadership, the importance of meaningful youth participation and the contribution made by the valuable volunteers who support them.

His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Durham, Sue Snowdon, was in attendance and all Colleges and the University were represented along with representatives from many youth organisations and groups from across the County. We are grateful to Grace Marshall and Ben Web for attending the Service to represent John Snow College.
