Both men’s and women’s rugby fought hard through their floodlit matches, with the women winning their quarter-final 68-5. Sadly, for both teams, the floodlit success ended at the semi-final stages but it has a been an incredible season for rugby at Snow.

Lacrosse also made it through the first round of floodlit but had their success cut short in the next round.
Netball B team made it to the quarter finals of the trophy. The Netball A team came 5th in their first year in the premiership after a strong first term. Well done everyone and we’ll get ‘em next year!
Frisbee have shone this term, winning 5 out of 6 games and having a chance to be promoted next term for back-to-back promotions!
Squash won their league, winning 10 out of 11 games and making a true impact in college sport this year!
As for Pool, the A team have finished 5th in the Prem and both the As and Bs through to the semifinals of the cups!
The Men’s A team Football have had a great season and came nail-bitingly close to winning the prem, narrowly losing to Hatfield.
Phoenix Cheer brought their A-game to the recent competition, winning 2 out of 3 trophies, in main routine and stunt group, and placing 3rd in Poms.
JSBC had a range of successes this term: finishing 8th overall in the novice head, combining with Stephenson and Trevelyan at WEHORR to be the 4th fastest Durham College and the full JSBC crew being the 10th fastest!
Everyone involved in college sport this term should be so proud of themselves and we all look forward to what next term brings!
