College Peer Mentor Events

The Epiphany term at John Snow College has seen weekly College Peer Mentor events offered to all students within the College community.

The turnout to all Peer Mentor events this term has been fantastic. From College family buffets to Soup and Cake evening, the students at John Snow College have participated fully in everything that has been planned. The buzz in the Hub throughout the events have really showcased what John Snow College is really about.

The JCR have done a fantastic job raising money for some amazing charities, such as the Turkey and Syria Earthquake Appeal. This was highlighted by their sale of raffle tickets at our final College Family Buffet. They were very willing to participate in order to donate to this great cause, and potentially win a prize or two!!

A big thank you has to go out to Phil Smith and all of his catering team for providing excellent food and service with a smile. Without Phil and the team these events would simply not run as efficiently as they do.

The staff are already busy planning next terms events so watch this space…
