Employability Month - February 2020 Whether applying for a Graduate scheme, a summer job or further education students were encouraged to sign-up as part of our student development programme, for a series of weekly interactive workshops, to help maximise their chances of success! Local HR company Launchpad HR supported students in the development of their personal CVs and provided guidance and advice about job application processes, assessment centres and interview techniques. Students were able to benefit from a wealth of HR knowledge from this firm of consultants who advise a wide range of employers on a daily basis.
Students participated in a programme of four workshops held in the JCR After the first session one student commented that they 'Found it really informative and useful and I’m looking forward to next week!'
