River of Art is not just for adults. We have fun activities for kids too. The No-Time Clock workshop is lots of fun and open to adults and kids on 19 May from 9-2pm at Mind, Body and Home, Vol 162, September 15th 2017Mogo. Children’s Theatre with the Country Pumpkins – Pat the Possum, will be great fun for kids at the Moruya Public School on 19 May at 4-5pm. Cost: $5 at the door. Children’s Lego Art workshop has heaps of lego for kids to play with. It’s on at Cultivate Space at 10 Kylie Street, Batemans Bay. Cost $5 at the door. Alexa Franka’s no-time clock making workshop will be huge fun for adults and kids on 19 May all day 9am-2pm at Mind, Body and Home, 2/15 Sydney Street, Mogo Cost: $25, tickets at www.riverofart.com.au Youth of Theatrics, a fabulous opportunity to be outdoors experiencing the flow of nature and the nature of flow. Pat the Possum is an interactive educational show aimed at pre-school and early primary children, performed by the Country Pumpkins group. Learn about recycling and caring for our bush, native birds and animals through the story of Pat the Possum, Isabelle Bird, Phil the Frillin’ FrillNecked Lizard and Lorikeet Sweet. All costumes and backdrops are made from recycled materials, and all the performance material is original - written locally by musician, artist and teacher Michelle Scobie.
