The Great Hall is our largest room and can seat up to 180 people. The set up has real impact with its superb acoustics, marble staging, atmospheric lighting and original features. The Great Hall includes room for breakout areas, lots of space for networking drinks and a blank canvas for different events and layouts.

The Oak is the most versatile room. This space can be used for boardroom, classroom and smaller theatre-style lectures, as well as private dining. Seating up to 40 guests, it has large windows at th e front of the hotel providing lots of natural daylight and various options for tea, coffee and buffet stations. The Oak works really well for private lunches and evening dinner events too.

The Duchy overlooks our tranquil terrace and provides a smaller, more intimate alternative to the larger suites. It is airy and open with a wall of mullioned windows and is used primarily for boardroom meetings and smaller presentations.

Completed in 2016, The Courtyard is a renovated complex that offers natural light and a relaxed atmosphere for small meetings. The lounge area can host up to 10 people (boardroom style). Separate from the main house of the hotel, it has its own toilet facilities and ample parking nearby.
Perfect for boardroom meetings and smaller presentations. Only cold buffets can be served to The Courtyard Lounge.

We take the presence of allergies and intolerances seriously. Allergen information is provided for our ingredients and dishes, but we ask you to advise us of any allergies or intolerances before you order. Whilst we have identified the allergens that are in the dishes, please be aware that there may be traces of allergens in the dish due to manufacturing or cooking methods.
Deep fat frying is an important cooking process in our kitchens; the ingredients within dishes which are deep fried will be cooked in the same fryer as other ingredients which may contain allergens and therefore there will be a risk of cross contamination.

Our chefs are always keen to create new dishes and introduce seasonal specialities. Please check allergen information each time you visit as changes to recipes are made.

Whilst we make every effort to minimise cross contamination, please be aware that our dishes are made and prepared in an environment where allergens are present.
OUR BARS – COFFEE AND COCKTAILS
Please advise your server of any allergy or intolerance you have. Our baristas and bar staff are allergy trained and will advise if your chosen beverage is suitable for your specific allergy or intolerance. If not, they will happily create something fantastic for you. With many of us choosing a plant-based diet, more people are requesting milk alternatives. We embrace this preference, but special care for customers with allergies or intolerances is needed. Our baristas purge and wipe coffee machine arms after each use and only use one side of our machines for non-milk products, but these processes may not be enough to remove every trace of a potential allergen. If you have an allergen, our freshly prepared frothed milk drinks may not be suitable for you.
The policy of this company is that it does not knowingly sell any foods that contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). The only exception to this may be cooking oil for deep fat frying. As standard we use a non-GMO rapeseed oil. Due to global pressures, at times, our supplier may need to use vegetable oil; this product cannot be guaranteed as non-GMO.
On rare occasions, we may feel we will struggle to safely accommodate your needs. We will do everything we can to or offer you a suitable replacement.
