’m excited to share a corporate update with you, including decisions that will affect each AIM Member in the future. As we are all aware, new variants of COVID-19 and/or other new worldwide pandemics are being forecasted in the years ahead. With that in mind, AIM has given this serious consideration and has made a decision to discontinue future gatherings of AIM Members and AIM staff, in order to maintain the safest possible environment for all. To be clear, AIM is discontinuing future Celebration-type events. However, there is GOOD NEWS! Thanks to you, the AIM Members, product unit volumes continue to grow year over year, especially in 2020, which has added to the bottom-line net profit for The AIM Companies™. In consideration of this good news, AIM has decided to update the Member Income Plan and cash incentive contests by reinvesting from the budget savings of past Celebrations and increased 2020 net profits. In other words, AIM will invest new corporate profits and savings from foregoing AIM corporate events into the efforts of our hardworking AIM Members.

AIM also believes this long-term solution provides a fairer playing field for Members who are unable to attend a Celebration and allows all AIM Members to reap the same rewards for their hard work. To quote Eckhart Tolle, “Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” And that is what AIM believes— changes happen throughout life, and when new plans emerge, you look forward with anticipation and regard them as new opportunities.
