The Superyacht Agency is not your average superyacht creative or branding agency, we’re not looking to create fancy expensive brochures or charge premiums for social media management or create videos with predictable music sound tracks. We’re first and foremost a consultancy business, more akin to a McKinsey but without the price tag, where our market knowledge, vast experience and huge network allow us to help a client truly understand what is going on the superyacht market and then build the most effective strategy for their business.
We like interesting and unique projects, where we can challenge the status quo and help you stand out and make a real impact, by building real intelligence, customer insights, market analysis and then delivering something that maybe has never been seen before, so the market takes note. We’re a small specialist consultancy that will take you on a strategic journey from a blank piece of paper, if needed, all the way through to a campaign that will talk to your customers and potential customers, without trying to shout out to everyone, wasting energy and money.

Following the ban on large cruise ships entering the Port of Venice, the Venice Port Authority sought to evaluate the potential for alternative revenue streams. Their objectives included a deeper understanding of the global superyacht fleet, assessing how existing infrastructure could be adapted to accommodate and attract more yachts, estimating the revenue potential from increased superyacht traffic, and exploring the viability of converting nearby shipyards into refit centres. Additionally, they sought insights into the surrounding competitor landscape and different potential opportunities such as the luxury cruise market.
Using proprietary datasets alongside information provided by the Venice Port Authority, we delivered a comprehensive market overview, highlighting key trends and fleet movements. We analysed the port’s physical layout to recommend an optimal berth mix and identify potential sites for refit centres. Our in-house OPEX and migration data enabled us to project revenue not only from berthing fees, but also from the broader economic impact of superyacht guest and crew spending. To support this, we conducted targeted surveys and interviews with captains and other key stakeholders to assess perceptions of Venice as a yachting destination and recommend enhancements to increase its appeal. Further desk research explored potential growth areas within the luxury cruise market.
This data-driven approach provided the Port of Venice with a robust foundation and commercial roadmap to reposition itself as a competitive superyacht hub and offset the loss of cruise-related income.
SF Marina Investments sought to evaluate the feasibility of developing superyacht marinas across select global destinations. Their objectives included identifying the most strategic and desirable locations, determining optimal marina layouts - including berthing configurations and on-site amenities - and forecasting the revenue potential based on projected occupancy user demand.
Solution
To support this, The Superyacht Agency conducted a deep-dive analysis of the superyacht infrastructure landscape, alongside fleet forecasting and migration pattern analysis to identify high-traffic regions and determine the optimal berthing mix for each site. Leveraging our in-house OPEX data, we also estimated potential revenue streams from fees and typical spending. In parallel, to ensure the proposed developments aligned with real-world expectations, we gather insights from targeted surveys and interviews with captains, crew, and other relevant stakeholders, capturing their sentiments around marina services, amenities, and location appeal.
Our insights delivered a clear, data-driven roadmap for development, aligning each proposed site with actual demand patterns and end-user expectations. This comprehensive strategy enabled confident investment and the launch of two new marinas.
Seair sought to introduce a new class of cuttingedge hydrofoil tender to the market, combining high-performance with a modern aesthetic. To validate this and guide its market entry, they engaged The Superyacht Agency to assess market receptiveness to the concept, benchmark the current competitive landscape, and identify key positioning opportunities.
Leveraging our extensive network of captains and senior industry professionals, we conducted targeted surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gauge perceptions of the new technologyhighlighting both its advantages and concerns. Additionally, we undertook in-depth desk research and analysed third-party data to assess the current market environment, evaluate competitors, and identify the most effective go-to-market strategies.
Our insights equipped Seair with a data-driven understanding of the market, helping them refine their value proposition and positioning in a dynamic and evolving product category.
The Brief
Boero approached The Superyacht Agency to gain a clearer understanding of how their brand and products were perceived within the superyacht market. They also sought insights into competitor market share and the key influencers and motivations behind product selection within their segment of the industry.
Drawing on our extensive network of senior industry professionals, we engaged in a series of interviews and focus groups across key industry events to gather qualitative insights on brand perception, product and usage preferences, and the decisionmaking patterns at various stages of a yacht paint project. These findings were further strengthened by a targeted survey, and extensive desk research and market analysis.
Our research gave Boero valuable foresight into industry trends and clear guidance on how to best position their brand for future growth and increased market relevance.
Adriatic 42 set out to acquire the Bijela Shipyard and transform it into a state-of-the-art superyacht refit centre near Porto Montenegro. To support this initiative, they engaged The Superyacht Agency to deliver a comprehensive data-led overview of the superyacht refit market, assess the regional competitive landscape, and analyse superyacht fleet migration patterns. The goal was to evaluate the commercial potential of Bijela Shipyard within the global refit market.
Solution
We combined our proprietary data and forecasting models to analyse the current and future climate of the superyacht refit market. By integrating this with fleet migration data, we identified where yachts were undergoing refits, how frequently, and why. To further strengthen our insights, we engaged directly in one-toone interviews with respected captains and key industry decision-makers to gather qualitative insights and assess the demand for refit services in the region, as well as to understand the travel thresholds for such services. This was complemented by a competitive pricing analysis to estimate revenue potential.
Impact
Altogether, this provided Adriatic 42 with a robust, data-backed foundation for strategic decision-making. With clear insights, they were well-positioned to confidently move forward with developing the Bijela Shipyard into a leading refit facility.

Gulf Craft tasked The Superyacht Agency with redefining its brand strategy across Gulf Craft, Majesty, Nomad, and Oryx. The goal was to sharpen brand positioning, clarify mission and purpose, and ensure each brand connected authentically with its audience. Through audits, workshops, and competitor analysis, the project aimed to strengthen market differentiation and unify the brands under a cohesive strategy.
The Superyacht Agency delivered a clear brand strategy, defining brand hierarchies, audience segments, values, and messaging. We created mission statements, positioning frameworks, and tone-of-voice guides, aligning each brand’s identity. This work led to updated visual identities and detailed brand guidelines, giving Gulf Craft a strong, consistent platform for confident marketing and global growth.
the Gulf. As pioneers in composite yacht building, their confidence in their product and their customer loyalty allowed them to constantly invest in building better, bigger and more beautiful yachts that are respected globally for their quality, integrity, innovation and value. Gulf Craft has continually evolved and expanded into one of the leading builders of yachts in the world and the unrivalled leader of yacht building in The Gulf. Further investment in their workforce, facilities, processes and products will guarantee that their reputation and market share will continue to grow significantly.
Following the strategy phase, Gulf Craft engaged The Superyacht Agency to translate its refreshed brand positioning into visual form. The objective was to develop new, distinctive visual identities for Gulf Craft, Majesty, Nomad, and Oryx, ensuring they reflected each brand’s personality, purpose, and audience while elevating design consistency, legibility, and impact across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
The Solution
The Superyacht Agency created refined visual identities and comprehensive brand guidelines for each Gulf Craft brand. This included updated logos, colour palettes, typefaces, and usage rules, all crafted to express each brand’s unique character. The final designs balanced heritage and innovation, improving clarity, consistency, and premium appeal across print, digital, and physical applications, setting a strong foundation for future campaigns.

With new investment and major plans for growth, MB92 wanted a refreshed brand, along with a new website and digital communications tools. The Superyacht Agency worked with MB92 through our brand workshop and other methodologies, helping to identify them as ‘smart pioneers’. The positioning worked at all levels within the business and contributed to our approach to their new website, facilitating straightforward messaging inspired by good engineering and effective design.
The new company logos were inspired by the dynamism of MB92’s home city, Barcelona, with the outlines of the city forming the new identity. We extended this to MB92’s new site following its takeover of an existing facility in La Ciotat, France, and the Agency continues to work with MB92 on everything from brand guidelines to new, innovative digital campaigns.
This
MB’92 maintains and refits the world’s finest superyachts.
With 25 years of experience, we have pioneered smarter ways of working with a passionate team and a dedication to constant improvement, delivering the best service and value-for-money in the large luxury yacht industry.
SINGLE
SINGLE ORGANISING PRINCIPLE
Porto Mirabello is a full-service, modern marina in the Gulf of Poets, ideally located both as a base for summer cruising in one of the most favoured parts of the western Mediterranean, and as a wintering and homeport destination with a full range of maintenance, repair and refit facilities. They were looking to expand their reach and promote themselves as the perfect place for longer-term berthing, with a view to attracting vessels to use Porto Mirabello as a homeport and, ultimately, to invest in a berth through various lengths of multi- year lease.
The Agency team held a brand workshop with Porto Mirabello management and key team members, then used this to develop a new logo that incorporated La Spezia’s breakwater, along with the single organising principle for the brand of ‘embracing beauty’. The new brand was rolled out across the industry through 2019 and into 2020, along with campaign visuals and messaging that best captured the appeal of this extraordinary facility.
The Superyacht Agency was tasked by One Ocean with defining brand strategy and positioning, and creating an identity fit for a new global luxury brand with ambitious plans for the future.
We created an identity and logo that immediately distinguishes the brand as a global luxury leader and a major player in the operation and management of the world’s most valuable private assets. We then extended this across all applications and assets, from on-site branding to show stands, website and print collateral.
The Brief Nautical Structures, a leading OEM provider approached The Superyacht Agency to help them not only understand their market perception and positioning, but also, to strategically develop their position within the Northern European custom market.
The Solution
Our findings which were delivered to Nautical Structures in a research report, informed our work in creating a refreshed brand identity, new website, marketing strategy, messaging and a series of creative campaigns to launch the ‘Next Generation of Nautical Structures’ to the industry.
Dubai Tourism set out to elevate Dubai as the leading superyacht hub in the Gulf. The objective was to answer “Why Dubai?” by showcasing its world-class marina infrastructure, luxury lifestyle, and strategic location. The campaign aimed to appeal to owners, captains, crew, and managers—positioning Dubai as the ultimate winter destination and operational base—while driving international awareness and qualified engagement across the superyacht sector.
The Superyacht Agency delivered a fully integrated campaign that combined targeted social media and influencer outreach, high-impact print and digital media, and strategic storytelling. Each content stream was tailored to specific audiences, from owners to crew, bringing Dubai’s value proposition to life. Deployed across key platforms and timed with major yachting events, the campaign successfully reinforced Dubai’s identity as a dynamic, future-facing superyacht destination.
Pendennis commissioned The Superyacht Agency to create a series of documentarystyle videos to capture its shipyard capabilities, people-first culture, and renowned apprenticeship programme. The goal was to produce compelling content for use across web, YouTube, and social media—highlighting both Falmouth and Vilanova shipyards—while strengthening the brand narrative ahead of key industry events and the 25th anniversary of its apprenticeship scheme.
The Superyacht Agency developed two dynamic, story-led video concepts supported by short-form social edits. Each film focused on a distinct narrative: shipyard excellence, and investment in people. With high-quality interviews, B-roll, animations, and strategic storytelling, the videos were crafted to resonate with owners, brokers, captains, and key industry stakeholders—amplifying Pendennis’ position as a world-leading superyacht builder and refit specialist.
Jotun approached the Superyacht Agency to create a campaign that launched ‘JotunCare’, a specialised lifecycle loyalty service with the Superyacht at the heart of its purpose.
In turn, we created the ‘Enso’ campaign - In Zen, enso is a hand-painted circle in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes; it symbolises enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe and the void. The circle also represents wholeness, and as such was the perfect metaphor for the lifecycle care approach of JotunCare.
The Brief Feadship and The Superyacht Agency worked together to create an advertising campaign that clearly differentiates the brand from its competition.
The Solution
We developed a campaign concept that revolved around two key elements. The first was a distillation of their brand essence in a single word - ‘Uniquity’. The second tied this to the image of a ballet dancer, representing grace, beauty and power. After a successful initial run, both the Uniquity and the ballerina elements were extended to additional campaign and core brand messaging elements, including events backdrops, messaging for the My Feadship programme and the yard’s Rebuild programme, and other facets which are currently in development.
Naiad Dynamics approached The Superyacht Agency to design, develop and build a dynamic new website that clearly communicates the breadth of experience, expertise and scale of Naiad, whilst ensuring the new site functionality caters equally for existing and prospective clients.
Following an extensive research phase, our team of designers and developers produced a slick, user-friendly website that clearly highlighted the lifecycle cost benefits of Naiad to the market.
Tasked with creating a new campaign for our longstanding client Bond TM – a company that specialises in technology consultancy on board some of the world’s largest yachts – the Agency’s strategy, design and creative teams developed a concept that focuses on their depth of expertise across different key technological systems.
The campaign was designed to serve as an evolution of previous messaging that the Agency team developed for past Bond TM campaigns. It included extensions to social media, web, content marketing and video.
As part of an ongoing, multifaceted content marketing campaign developed for CNI by the Agency, the brokerage house ran a series of DPS ads which were designed to present key information to readers in the form of a column, ghost written by the Agency’s content and editorial teams.
The campaign included several different elements covering different aspects of the CNI proposition, including sales brokerage, project management, crew division and more. The content marketing themes, visual style and designs were also directly tied to an overall advertising campaign style that extended to digital banners and more.
A further part of the CNI campaign included an 8-page tear-out booklet bound in to The Superyacht Report. This covered key areas of the CNI proposition and the reasons why decision-makers at all levels of the superyacht purchase, build, refit and operations chain should consider professional services. The idea was to create something that offered both useful advice but which also, in turn, promoted CNI and its range of services to the industry and to owners.
A specialist division of Rhone Asset Services approached the Agency looking to design and develop a slick brochure and website that would showcase their extensive range of services as well as the highly valuable assets they manage.
The agency team created a site that employs modern touches such as parallax scrolling, while keeping the content management system clean and simple to use.
Radio Holland engaged The Superyacht Agency to develop a strategic approach for expanding into the 60m+ superyacht refit market. The brief included strengthening the #ViewFromTheBridge campaign, updating elevator pitches, and shaping future advertising. The goal was to elevate the brand’s market presence, refine messaging, and position Radio Holland confidently.
The Superyacht Agency delivered a comprehensive strategy a refreshed #ViewFromTheBridge presentation, and updated visual materials for exhibitions. InNORvation was created as an invite-only, future-focused event in collaboration with DNV, designed to bring 50 senior industry leaders together for candid, strategic conversation. Set in Norway’s fjords, the brief was to create something beyond a boat show or conference — a space for open dialogue around innovation, energy and collaboration. The Superyacht Agency was tasked with shaping the full experience: audience curation, content development, and a communication strategy with lasting impact.
The Agency led the programme design, content strategy and VIP curation, combining digital, direct and social outreach to attract highlevel attendees.
