Blossom is the name of this summer collection for so many reasons.
I love being a mother. It’s made me feel complete, truly content. It’s the happiest and most productive time of my life.
I’ve spent the last year planning a garden. It takes patience, research and time. None of these things I have ever been very good at.
I’ve learnt to wait for the right moment, listen to the earth, follow the seasons.
Finally it’s been ten years since my first collection. It only feels like yesterday.
All the people I’ve met, all the things I’ve learnt, mainly the hard way. I cannot believe ten years on that this is what I do. And feel so lucky. I love what I do and other people seem to love it as well.
And that some of you reading this have been along for almost all of the bumpy but fun ride.
