Land has been purchased in Nar Nar Goon as part of a collaborative project to revitalise the township to boost commercial and population growth. See the article for more on this project. Parklea’s Mernda land estate, Everton Gardens has sold out! The last release sold quickly,

with families wanting to secure their place in this established community.

At Timbertop Estate, Officer residents are enjoying their new park, Hicks Reserve. The park was officially opened in January by Mayor Brett Owen and members of the Hicks family, former owners of the land. In other news, works have commenced on the wetlands at the front of the estate.
