Happy Hot August Mosaic Sun Residents!

Dog Days hardly describes the heat we all endure just to make it to the Fall. Make sure to keep hydrated and check on your friends and neighbors during these summer months. When you just can’t stand sitting inside, make sure to take part in our “walking tacos” on August 9th from 11am - 1pm and the Board activities that they are scheduling to keep everyone together in some form as we sweat it out for the next couple of months.

I know it’s difficult, but please keep those carports clean and spray any weed pop-ups as needed. The “Monsoon” has been a “Nonsoon” so far, but it takes just a few drops of rain for those weeds to come to life.

We appreciate the Board working during this heat to keep some good times in the hot times. We hope to see you at the events.

Thank you, Kim Krisher

MESSAGE FROM MOSAIC SUN’S RESORT HOME SPECIALIST Kimberly Kelley

Sizzlin’ Summer Vibes at Superstition Shadows!

Is it hot enough for ya? August in Apache Junction doesn’t mess around—but neither do we! Whether you’re hiding out in the A/C, taking a dip in the pool, or fanning yourself with a frozen margarita menu—we’re all doing our best to beat the heat. Just a friendly reminder to keep an eye out for your neighbors. A quick check-in or a cold bottle of water can go a long way!

To our winter visitors: We miss you more than ice cream on a 110° day! Can’t wait to see your smiling faces (and cooler weather energy) back here soon.

And hey—want to earn $2,500 just for sharing the sunshine? Refer a friend to buy a new home here and cha-ching! That’s how we keep the good vibes (and good neighbors) coming.

Stay cool, stay kind, and we’ll get through this heat wave together—one fan-blown hairdo at a time!

Sudoku August

Rules: The rules for Sudoku are simple. A 9×9 square must be filled in with numbers from 1-9 with no repeated numbers in each line, horizontally or vertically.
