Take a walk around the community, enjoy the landscaping, visit with neighbors, and make the most of our beautiful surroundings. Please remember to keep our common areas clean and help us maintain the pride we all share in our community.

Community Spirit One of the best things about living in a 55+ community is the friendships and connections we build with one another. A friendly hello, a helping hand, or simply taking a few minutes to visit with a neighbor can make a big difference. We encourage everyone to continue welcoming new residents and staying involved in community activities.

Community Reminders Carports must be kept neat, clean, and well-organized. They can contain up to two (2) automobiles or motorcycles (if they fit), one (1) golf cart, bicycles, tricycles, a covered outdoor grill, and outdoor patio furniture. No other items may be stored in the carport, including indoor furniture, TVs, shelving, excessive plants, tools, ladders, mowers, tires, etc. Please make sure to maintain the number of figures, pots, and decorations in front of your home as per rules and regulations, or be subject to a write-up. Please remember to keep the back of your home weeded and uncluttered. All sheds must be approved on the property.
