last few months, with references to Wallis Property being replaced by new Urban Quarter corporate identity. This reflects our recent rebranding. As far as the continued development and ownership of Bletchley Park is concerned nothing has changed. It’s all business as usual. We are still the same company, staffed by the same people with the same commitment to making Bletchley a place you and your family can continue to be proud to call home. The coming months at the estate promise to be especially eventful. The completion of the new park at Lane Gardens, together with the release of a new collection of larger family-sized blocks, is likely to mean a busy period for our sales team and a new influx of families eager to join the Bletchley community.

Thanks to a new sponsorship deal, budding young footballers at Bletchley Park are in line to be offered the chance to take part in free clinics with star coaches from the East Fremantle Sharks, whose line-up includes Rob Wiley, Luke McPharlin, Brad Dalziell and Phil Matera. “The club’s catchment area extends all the way to Southern River so the Sharks are effectively the local team,” says Jason Wallis, Managing Director of Urban

Quarter. “We think the hook-up is a great fit for the community and will give local kids an opportunity to show their skills.” Under the arrangement the Sharks’ academy will now be known as the Urban Quarter EFFC Coaching Academy. In addition, more than 2,000 footballs bearing the Urban Quarter and Bletchley Park logos will be distributed to 51 schools, and 16 junior clubs – so kids across the region can get their kicks too. Full details of coaching clinics for Bletchley Park residents will be announced soon.
