new school breaks ground All systems are go on the creation of Bletchley Park’s second primary school with the scheduled opening set for term one in 2019. Earthworks and adjoining roadworks have already commenced and detailed design plans are now in the final stages. A new sports oval is a key component of the school layout. This will be located adjacent to Marnbu Road, creating an expansive area of open space connecting with the recently completed feature park on Lockway Road. Construction on the Early Learning Centre at the site, due to open in early 2018, will begin in September.

shooting for greatness

planting aplenty

It’s shaping up to be a stellar season for Bletchley Park Netball Club, with 5 teams on course to make September’s Finals. We were recently delighted to renew our sponsorship association with the club and would like to wish all players well in the push for prizes as the business end of the season approaches.

Following extensive works, revegetation of the Castlewood wetlands area is close to close-out. It’s been a busy project for our landscapers – over 40,000 plants have been installed so far. Big thanks to Prime Landscaping and Tranen Environmental who have done a truly outstanding job.

introducing... jessica tucker Urban Quarter are pleased to introduce Jessica Tucker who will be assisting with sales at Bletchley Park. Jessica arrives with five years of property market experience under her belt including three years working in the building sector. She describes herself as a property ‘passionista’ and is looking forward to getting to know existing Bletchley Park residents and introducing new customers to the estate.

“The presentation and facilities of the entire Bletchley Park environment are off-the-charts in terms of quality” she says. “This has allowed median house prices here to consistently outperform the rest of Southern River and maintain strong resale values. With land prices at their best value-for-money for a long time, it’s a perfect time for buyers to seize the moment and experience Bletchley’s unique benefits.”
