Quando la robotica è al servizio del packaging alimentare Con i robot Kawasaki e Scara Toshiba TIESSE ROBOT fornisce una linea veramente ampia per le linee di packaging in svariati settori industriali

IESSE ROBOT di Visano (Bs), azienda leader nei processi dell’automazione industriale, è distributrice sul territorio italiano dei robot Kawasaki e dei robot Scara Toshiba. Recentemente ha presentato sul mercato, la nuova gamma di robot Kawasaki serie Rs con nuovo controllore tipo E e Scara Toshiba con nuovo controllore Ts3000 per manipolazioni veloci. In particolare, i velocissimi robot Scara della casa Toshiba, con un range di portate variabile da 1 a 20 Kg e sbracci da 180 a 1050 mm, ben si adattano alle manipolazione in linee di packaging in svariati settori industriali. Tiesse Robot ha introdotto anche i
nuovi Scara Toshiba sospesi, riuscendo così a fornire una linea ancora più ampia. “Per tanti sistemi produttivi basta un robot”: è da questa intuizione che nascono le soluzioni di Idea srl di Forlimpopoli, giovane impresa che ha deciso di compiere una svolta innovativa al mondo del packaging attraverso lo studio e l’applicazione di sistemi e tecnologie all’avanguardia. Proprio per questo è nata la collaborazione con Tiesse Robot, che nella figura di Flavio Marani (responsabile commerciale Italia) è riuscita ad offrire diverse tipologie di robot adatti ad ogni applicazione, dagli Scara della Toshiba all’ampia gamma dei Kawasaki.
Non più tante e fin troppe macchine quindi, ma soluzioni mirate e adattabili alle richieste del mercato. E, così, da un robot Scara è nata una macchina per il confezionamento della frutta. Aggiungendo attrezzature per l’incassamento - riempimento dei platò, Idea s.r.l. ha dato vita ad una macchina capace di facilitare e ridurre i tempi del riempimento dei contenitori e del posizionamento dei singoli frutti. Sta proprio nell’esperienza del Team Idea, guidato dal responsabile Ufficio Tecnico Ferdinando Bucci, la capacità di trovare le configurazioni ottimali per ottenere dalle macchine, le migliori prestazioni con la massima resa. A completare il team la figura del Responsabile Ufficio Elettronico, Alessio Grandi specialista nello studio del software che ha implementato moduli software in grado di affrontare le nuove richieste del cliente. L’uso dei Robot presenta il grande vantaggio di poter integrare in qualsiasi momento l’utilizzo di sistemi di visione artificiale per il controllo qualità o di orientamento del pezzo e di poter colloquiare con qualsiasi dispositivo esterno tramite i più comuni bus comunicazione industriale (Profibus, Modbus, Device – net, …).

iesse Robot of Visano, Brescia, is leader in industrial automation processes and Italian distributor for Kawasaki and Scara Toshiba robots. It has recently presented the market its new range of robots Kawasaki series Rs with new type E controller and Scara Toshiba with new Ts3000 controller for fast handling. In particular, the very fast Toshiba Scara robots, with a capacity varying from 1 to 20 Kg and extensions from 180 to 1050 mm, are well suited for handling in packaging lines in various industrial sectors. Tiesse Robot has also introduced the new ceiling-mounted Scara Toshiba models, thus managing to supply an even more extensive line. “For many production systems a robot is enough”: starting from this intuition the new solution of Idea Srl of Forlimpopoli are

developed; a young company that has decided to take an innovative turn toward the packaging world through the study and application of state-of-the-art system and technology. Hence, the cooperation with Tiesse Robot which, in the person of Flavio Marani (marketing manager for Italian area), has been able to offer different types of robot suitable for any application from Toshiba Scara to the Kawasaki broad range. No more many machines but only targeted solutions to be tailored to market’s requirements. From a single Scara Robot, a fruit packaging machine has been developed. By providing the Scara Robot with platform crating/filling equipment, Idea Srl has created a machine able to ease the operations and reduce the time for container loading and fruit placing.

The capacity of finding optimal configurations to get the machine perform best for the maximum yield lies just on the experience of the Idea Team, led by Ferdinanco Bucci, in charge of the Technical Department, and Alessio Grandi head of the Electronic Department and expert in the software implementing the modules that are expected to fully meet the customers’ new requirements. The use of Robots brings about the great advantage of integrating artificial vision systems for quality control or piece orientation at any moment, and interact with any kind of outside device through the most common industrial communication buses (Profibus, Modbus, Device-net, etc.).
