Before Thrive Realty Co, I had spent about 15 years in business administration. Most recently, I was an office manager for hearing aid clinics — glamorous, right? What does your typical workday look like?

My typical workday starts at 7 a.m. I run through emails and check the calendar for meetings and events — for myself as well as for Jessica Woodbeck. Next, I work on projects for a few hours. This can be everything from event planning, onboarding new agents and staff, business development, recruiting, marketing, or coaching. Overall, I create and execute processes across our organization. I also function as the office manager for our new brokerage — approving documents for compliance and processing commission payments; planning events such as team meetings, workshops, client events and operations meetings; managing team and brokerage expenses; reporting on overall business and transactions; acting as a cheerleader for internal contests; planning for our ancillary businesses; onboarding and offboarding agents; and managing licenses. … You name it, I probably do it! How would you describe your job in one word?
