Finished 8th at KCAC Championships

The Bluejays competed this season with all underclassmen while improving for the fourth consecutive year in a row since they restarted the program. Sophomores Andreas Aho and Ryan Hill led the team both averaging in the 70’s and both having an under par round this year. Sophomores David Darrah and Luke Buckingham along with Freshman Tanner Story rounded out the Bluejays’ final top five team competing at the KCAC Conference Championships. Sophomore Brian Mays was a top five participant throughout the year for the bluejays with Trent Jones and Ethan Penner also competing.

The Bluejays finished 7th ahead of Bethel and York at the KCAC Championships but just behind Southwestern.

The Tabor Women’s golf team this year consisted of Valdisa Andov,

Lauryn Paredez, Tara Sheets and Megan Brock also were on the team in a limited capacity. Valdisa and sister Valencia had a standout season for the bluejays capped off by a first (Valdisa) and second place (Valencia) finish at their home tournament against the prior years conference champion. Valencia played well enough to earn second team all conference finishing in 7th in scoring average in conference during the regular season while her sister and graduating Senior Valdisa finished first in conference in scoring with five wins out of seven tournaments as well as two in KCAC player of the week honors on the season. Valdisa is a first team all-conference player for her second year in a row. To make Nationals the Bluejays will have to win conference or win conference as an individual.
