Starting their season in Allen, Texas at the SCS NAIA Invitational the Bluejays finished the tournament 3-3. The Bluejays continued to play a handful of Receiving Votes teams, in the next couple of games entering into conference play. Beating RV St. Mary-of-the-Woods 7-0 and RV Panhandle State University 8-4.

Heading into conference the Bluejays grabbed there first sweep agianst Southwestern on their Senior day winning 6-3 and 8-7. The Bluejays also split against Bethany College at Bethany. The Bluejays also sweeped University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, Kan. 10-8 and 9-8.

The Bluejays are currently sitting in 8th place in the KCAC. The Bluejays as a whole have scored 217 runs, has a batting average of .315, an on base percentage of .384 and 20 homeruns. After 36 games, team leaders are Mary Yandell (.424 batting average, 7 homeruns), Darcy Gillen (.371 batting average, 38 RBIs, 13 doubles), Vianay Ortega (12 stolen bases), Reese Hefley (15 walks) and Alicia Lopez (15 walks).
