After losing a batch of key seniors last season, the Bluejays got off to a slow 0-3 start on the year against stiff competition. Tabor bounced back and won four straight, including two wins in the Tabor Classic and winning their first two conference games. One of those victories, a 65-59 road victory over the #10 Sterling College, was the Warriors lone loss of the KCAC regular season. The Bluejays continued adding to their conference win column, until losing three close games by a total of 14 points; with two of those going to overtime.

Following Christmas break, the Bluejays went 6-2 in the month of January with one of those wins being an overtime game at home against Ottawa. The Bluejays extended their win streak to six, before falling to Kansas Wesleyan on the road by 1 point. Tabor finished the regular season with a victory on the road at Avila University before their season came to an end in the first round of the KCAC tournament against the eventual tournament champion the University of St. Mary.

Tabor led the way in the conference with 17 scholar-athletes. This is the sixth time in the last seven years the Bluejays have led or tied for the most KCAC scholar athletes in women's basketball.
