2016 Color Forecast: A Serene Year Ahead As designers, we see the world in living color. It has the power to change our mood, create harmony, and influence our purchasing decisions. The psychology of color is so powerful, when we design interiors, it’s important that we get to know our client and their personality before the design process begins. Current color trends also come into play. For the first time in history, two hues are predicted to be the “it” colors in 2016. Rose Quartz (dusty pink) and Serenity (light blue) are the colors of choice, according to the PANTONE Color Institute. It’s a key indicator for what people want in their homes and in
