Established in 1979, the company originally operated primarily in the southeastern United States. Today, with offices in Rocky Mount, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh) and Wilmington, NC, Smithson has completed projects across the United States, as well as projects as distant as China and the Caribbean Islands.
