Chocolate Pecan Truffles with Crushed Pretzels
Pecan pie truffles covered in chocolate and crushed pretzels.

1. Scoop Chef Pierre defrosted Pecan Pie into 1-oz. portions, place on a non-stick pan and place back in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Melt chocolate.
3. Roll pecan pie scoops into smooth balls.
4. Dip pecan pie balls one at a time into chocolate, place on a non-stick foil lined baking sheet, immediately sprinkle with crushed pretzels.
5. Repeat with remaining pecan pie scoops.






Toasty Marshmallow Pumpkin Pie
Delicious pumpkin pie topped with toasted marshmallows.

Apple Pie with Caramel Chai
This warm apple pie is infused with chai spice for a cozy, spiced twist. Drizzled with a rich chai-caramel sauce, it’s the perfect blend of sweet and aromatic flavours.

Tea is a perfect après-ski option—comforting, versatile, and easy to serve. From classic black teas to herbal blends, it meets demand for low- or no-alcohol choices while pairing beautifully with desserts and light snacks.







Apple Cinnamon Tea with Lipton Black Tea Recipe
Ingredients
√ 2 cups water
√ 2 bags Lipton® Black Tea
√ 1 apple, cored and diced
√ 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Method
1. Add water, Lipton® Black Tea bags, diced apple, and cinnamon to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, immediately reduce the heat to low and simmer until apples are soft, around 5 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags from the saucepan, then muddle the apples into the tea. Strain the tea into a heat-safe bowl. (Optional Use the back of a spoon to mash the apple pieces left in the strainer, draining any remaining liquid into the bowl of tea.)
3. Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!


Hot 'N Spicy Chocolate Tea
Ingredients
√ 1 cup 2% milk
√ 1 cup water
√ 2 Lipton® Cup Size Tea Bags or Decaffeinated Tea Bags
√ 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
√ 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
√ 1/8 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Method
Bring milk and water just to a boil in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat and add Lipton® Cup Size Tea Bags. Cover and brew 2 to 5 minutes.
Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in remaining ingredients. Sweeten as desired.



Matcha White Bulletproof

Ingredients
√ 1 1/2 cups TAZO® green tea matcha latte concentrate
√ 1/3 cup shaved white chocolate
√ 1/2 cup plant milk of choice (cashew or oat is nice for extra richness)
√ 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract or ½ a vanilla bean
√ 1 tbsp. coconut oil
Method
1. Bring all ingredients together to a low simmer on a stove top. (DO NOT BOIL)

2. Gently mix all of the ingredients with a whisk.
3. Take off heat and let sit for 1 min.
4. Pour into your vessel of choice.


Mint Chocolate Chai Latte
Ingredients
√ 1 cup TAZO® chocolate chai latte concentrate
√ 1 cup plant or dairy milk
√ 1 TAZO® Refresh Mint tea bag
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove top and bring to a low simmer (4-5 minutes).
2. Strain the tea mixture into a mug, add freshly torn pieces of mint to enhance flavour.
