Freedom to BE is the theme for this issue of Supernal. Such an interesting journey into understanding all facets of what freedom really means. While I write this column, it’s interesting to see the press releases hitting the net about Julian Assange being set free — at long last — welcome home!
KEEP SUPERNAL FREE! DONATE HERE!
JULIAN Assange’s case has been an interesting one to follow, because it highlights many aspects of political freedom — or the loss of it. In exposing the truth or a truth about governmental behaviours, he has been held a prisoner of sorts for years. I’m not jumping on the Assange bandwagon per se, however, as a journo who has stood for the truth in a very different field and been hauled over the coals by bought editors/publishers and their almighty advertising dollars, I understand how much the truth hurts those that perpetrate wrong doings.
How many political prisoners are there in jails around the world held on spurious counts of freedom fighting? Jailed for speaking up against tyranny, genocide, paedophilia, child trafficking and corruption on multiple levels. How many people have been silenced because they know too much and can expose these governments?
Add to that the seemingly independent media sources and social media platforms that disregard freedom of speech and simply flood the market with their agenda. Platforms that simply put a person or business into social media jail because they have different opinion and fact checked by non-expert puppets doing their Master’s bidding. Then, of course, there’s the digital ID bill that has passed in our Aussie government. This will eventually become like other countries, in that you will not be able to fart while on the street without being fined. That you will lose access to your bank account, until you are deemed a good enough citizen for them to restore your credit score.
Whilst writing this column, I also felt the need to check out some songs that reflect freedom. OMG, there are some very powerful songs out there. Here are a few of mine. Why not let me know which songs offer a powerful message of freedom for you! Email editor@supernalmagazineaustralia.com.au
Bob Dylan — Masters of War
John Lennon — Imagine Yothu Yindi — Treaty
Neil Young — Rockin’ in the Free World Midnight Oil — Beds are Burning
Bob Marley and the Wailers — Redemption Song
Pink Floyd — The Wall Warumpi Band — Blackfella/Whitefella Simone and Garfunkel — Sounds of Silence
The Wailers — Get Up, Stand Up
It’s not fully implemented here in Australia yet. However, it is in place in other countries. Surely our politicians can see it’s a total loss of our right to personal freedom! Well, perhaps many can’t, and many simply choose not to. There are a few good politicians, who have fought for our freedom, yet there is so much apathy out there, unfortunately everyday people just can’t see the wood for the trees.
Well folks, don’t blame the truth-seekers, conspiracy theorists, freedom fighters and souls that are awake or awakening to what is happening, when you find that every aspect of your life is controlled by those in power.
In reality, it’s a tricky world to live in and, within the world, the bubble we all live in. It’s time to unravel what FREEDOM really means to each and every one of us. It’s time to open our eyes and realise that, by not taking responsibility for our actions, just how
far we have handed over our personal freedoms to others, including the government as a whole.
Freedom comes at a cost. It costs us time and energy to go within and truly understand what stops us from being totally free. It’s an inward journey that expands externally, when we understand it and live it.
So, my fellow FREEDOM Fighters around the planet, keep fighting and standing up against the lies and bullying of woke and corrupt governments. Of oppressors, of organisations that lie and remove the freedom rights of everyday people trying to exist on this planet.
It is time to say NO, we own the right to be free!
There are some cracking yarns in this issue that are worth reading and exploring in the few quiet moments we hopefully can all take. Have a Supernal month! S

“Although my body was incarcerated, my mind remained free.”
– TERRY WAITE
In 1987, special envoy for the Archbishop of Canterbury, Terry Waite (May 31 1939), travelled abroad as a hostage negotiator on a mission to free UK hostages. Betrayed by a contact, Terry himself was arrested and held in solitary confinement for nearly five years.
Terry’s release made international news in 1991 when, in an interview, he made a statement that reflected Ghandi’s earlier sentiments, “You can chain me, you can torture me, you can even destroy this body, but you will never imprison my mind.”
These statements from two highly spiritually aligned men, one a Hindu and one a Christian, remind us of the thread that connects all spiritual teachings. It reinforces the fact that, even in the face of restrictive external circumstances, our thoughts, beliefs and inner freedom have the power to remain untouchable and our own, unless we allow otherwise.
Today at 85, Sir Terry Hardy Waite lives peacefully in Suffolk, UK.

Bastille Day on 14 July commemorates the storming of the Bastille, marking the start of the French Revolution and the end of the old regime. Interestingly, Pluto was in Aquarius at that time, only now to return (2024), where it will stay until 8 March 2043. Is this a time for another regime change?
International Youth Day on 12 August draws attention to cultural and legal issues surrounding youth. “Youth should be radical. Youth should demand change in the world. Youth should not accept the old order if the world is to move on.” – William Allen White.
Nelson Mandela Day on 18 July reiterates Supernal’s theme of Freedom. This celebration along with the release of Julian Assange offers us the opportunity to reflect on our own perception of the importance of personal liberty!
Indian Independence Day on 15 August honours the date that India was declared independent from British colonialism. This is celebrated with parades, barbeques, concerts and awards ceremonies for outstanding service to the country.
July is Bullying Awareness Month. A time to reflect on the many types and levels of bullying human beings are capable of inflicting on each other. Consider this! “What if the kid you bullied at school, grew up, and turned out to be the only surgeon who could save your life?”
– Lynette Mather
Racial Harmony Day 21 July commemorates the 1964 riots in Singapore. This showed the significance and necessity of the fundamental principles of multiculturalism and multiracialism in the wider community. It’s a time to embrace and honour each other’s differences.
Children’s Book Council of Australia Book Week from 17 to 23 August promotes the magic of reading that allows the imagination to soar and creativity to abound. It’s an active celebration of authors and illustrators.
In January 2024, Chinese President Xi Jinping made a significant TV appearance, urging women to embrace a “new trend of family” and have more babies. This appeal comes as China grapples with an aging population and a record decline in birth rates, dropping from 10.62 million in 2021 to 9.56 million in 2022.
HOWEVER, despite these appeals, many women are refusing, instead prioritising their own needs over Beijing’s demands. They cite factors such as marriage, finances and career aspirations as reasons for their refusal, creating a crisis for the Communist Party. This is quite the turnaround
considering China’s previous one-child policy, which led to the widespread abandonment or adoption of girl children, severely disrupting the natural balance of the population.
Similarly, in May 2024, Australian Treasurer Dr. Jim Chalmers called for more baby-making to boost the ailing economy, despite the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. His request is based on data showing that, after decades of falling birth rates, fertility in Australia is now at an all-time low, hitting a low of 1.59 during the first year of Covid. One reason cited is that women are waiting longer to have their first child, thereby shortening their childbearing years.
There are also opinions suggesting that this significant drop may be exacerbated by the widely enforced vaccination in the period just prior to this decline. While current evidence is either limited or suppressed, often debunking such conjectures as myth, growing concerns in

THE significant numbers for July and August 2024: 7, 8, 6, 4, and 69, signify inner strength, harmony, rebirth, letting go of what is no longer required or serving our highest good. They are initiating a process of transformation into better versions of ourselves; a typical ascension sequence!
The pages for your in-formation filling the manuscript of frequency of ‘number’, is available to all. The more we simultaneously open our mind to the ‘no rule’, rule of number, the more finely tuned and aware we become.
The numbers are quickly ‘moving us forward’ (so to speak), regardless of which calendrical system you are utilising. Keep it simple, and know that ultimately, we are preparing ourselves to make our way up hill, landing in greener pastures (a higher realm, dimension or density) on a wing and a prayer.
The spelling of the number eight; E=5, I=9, G=7, H=8, T=2 = 31. Angel number 31 is a message of a bright and prosperous future. In saying this,
it we must endeavour to maintain a metaphysically strong outlook, using prayer and meditation to keep this vibrational manifestation process in line with the best outcome for one and for all.
If we reduce the 31 to single digit 4, then we see we have a base suitable and viable as a foundation to work from that is skilled, dynamic and organised. It’s a good point to remember that four doesn’t have to mean boxed in or a square.
A four-sided shape is quadrilateral; imagine it as a tetrahedron consisting of four triangular faces, six straight edges and four vertices. It is understood to permeate all multiverse and realms — being interdimensional whilst remaining accessible.
It symbolises energy, transformation, and purification and you could you could overlay two tetrahedrons to activate the Merkabah (‘Mer’ is ‘Light’, ‘Ka’ refers to the spirit, and ‘Ba’ refers to the body or physical being). This represents masculine and feminine energy in balance, integrating eight triangular faces, twelve edges and eight vertices, a harmonic convergence of profound mental, physical and spiritual connection — the whole point of our karmically inclined journey of incarnation. Freedom is a multifaceted concept, explored deeply in this issue of Supernal. It spans various dimensions, from political and economic rights to personal, social and environmental and spiritual liberties. Here are some key forms of freedom:
POLITICAL FREEDOM:
• Civil Liberties: Freedom of speech, press, assembly and fair trial.
• Democratic Rights: Voting, running for office and participating in government.
ECONOMIC FREEDOM:
• Market Freedom: Engaging in transactions without undue government interference.
• Property Rights: Owning and use of property.
SOCIAL FREEDOM:

INTELLECTUAL FREEDOM:
• Freedom of Thought: Holding and expressing beliefs and opinions.
• Academic Freedom: Pursuing and sharing knowledge and research.
SPIRITUAL FREEDOM:
• Freedom of Religion: Practice, change, or abstain from religion.
CULTURAL FREEDOM:

PSYCHOLOGICAL FREEDOM:
• Emotional Autonomy: Feel and express emotions without coercion.
• Mental Health: Access to care and make decisions free from psychological manipulation.
Anthony Kilner lives and breathes spiritual work and has been facilitating Intuitive Development, Meditation and various workshops for 15 years plus.
Over the centuries, we have entrusted our freedoms to governments, religious leaders and bankers. Yet, instead of gaining freedom, we are losing it. In the past five years, we have lost:
Free Speech: Silenced by fact-checkers.
Bodily Autonomy: Compromised by the World Health Organization and governments.
Access to Information: Manipulated by climate narratives.
Economic Freedom: Undermined by bankers and governments.
Identity: Threatened by invasive ID systems. These freedoms are manipulated by those in power, playing the roles of gods, communists, dictators and other forms of autocracy. For those becoming aware of this loss, it can be disheartening. However, true freedom can still be found within ourselves. It might take effort to reach, yet gaining understanding on how to live your truth is invaluable and liberating.

I consider the spiritualist movement, the spiritist philosophy to be an absolute in the description of ‘neurodiverse’!
LOOK at us! A weird mob compared to and considered by those who would never step inside these doors, who nay say and ridicule our spiritually inclined observations.
My whole life I have been aware of this philosophy and daily I observe, and understand it is more diverse than I think anyone can fully realise. It is an infinite process of development that cannot possibly be learned in a single lifetime.
Many humans worshiping in programmed, indoctrinated, man-made and controlled religions, self-confessed atheists, sceptics, and anyone in between, consider us to be delusional, scary and strange.
People limit themselves to a train of thought taught by repetition and adhering to rules and regulations. Without due consideration to the importance of truly freeing the mind and soul to align and making imperative decisions or choices from an individual viewpoint, we are denying ourselves spiritual freedom — surely what should be a first amendment!
Following without question anyone or anything that names itself as an authority or governing body, is not conducive to soul growth. An ideology is defined as a basis of a system of ideas and ideals, which are designed to change according to growth and circumstance, and yet the opposite seems to be applied as people refute, deny, contradict and outlaw the evidence of spiritual
phenomena and other worldly experiences with determined tunnel vision that can only come from a fear-based hierarchy.
I have again asked some of my spiritual group attendees to give a few words on getting in touch with feelings of personal and spiritual freedom. »
“Many humans worshiping in programmed, indoctrinated, man-made and controlled religions, self-confessed atheists, sceptics, and anyone in between, consider us to be delusional…”
A personal experience of ‘Finding Freedom through Spirituality’
Around July 2016, fate drew me to a psychic day in a beautiful seaside town in Victoria. There were stalls everywhere offering readings, healings, the usual and the unusual! It was here I meet an amazing person who has since become a lifelong friend. She told me things that day which resonated so deeply, it prompted me to begin the journey to finding ‘me’, and activated a feeling of freedom within.
I knew it was time to start researching, so I purchased tarot and oracle cards, got on the internet, had long conversations with new friends, attended events and joined an amazing circle.
I’ve met so many interesting people along the way, all happy to answer all my (so many) what I first thought were dumb, then realised they were ‘great’ questions, and I saw changes in my life beginning to manifest.
I found previously unknown and missing parts of myself along the way. Doing the work, I just needed to be me. Believing in myself and trusting
“The spiritualist movement encourages meditation and investigation into practices of consciousness in a unique way, which includes the physical and material paradigm…”
my intuition. It’s not necessarily about the psychic ability, the Mediumship, visions etc. — for me, it’s about the individual, personal adventure I have continued to take myself on. I feel happy and free to be true to myself.
Spirituality itself and all whom I have met along the way have given me courage and support, and held space for me to embrace this amazing adventure. Bring it on!
The spiritualist movement encourages meditation and investigation into practices of consciousness in a unique way, which includes the physical and material paradigm; allowing us to focus on ourselves and others, body mind and soul. It includes the practical and mystical explanation and exploration, thus the meta-science of this philosophy is enhanced resulting in direct experience.
Spirituality encourages the use of recognising, trusting and following your intuition - hence the road to freedom, (far too less travelled in the current society of follow or be dammed by your peers and the governmental/church construct order) begins to reveal its self.
The pay offs such as feelings of ‘this feels right’, ‘I feel good, calm and on track’, I’m finally aligning with my own truth’, abound as rewards from facing the challenges that your freewill is designated and designed to provide you with!
Kathy McGregor
Shared in a somewhat poetic form
Freedom is without the ‘dom’ — naturally free. We are happy with life. Kids playing in the street, all safe. Food that is nourishing and tasteful. Housing is environmentally and vibrantly aligned - it takes a village to raise a child, spiritually connecting to community with unity. Connection to self - the inner world creates the outer. Sunlight, trees, water, clean air, the frequency that enhances life. Joy, knowing love and peace. All levels of freedom to being achieved — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Checkmate!
The Great Spirit could be described as an expanding entity of perception, exploding with trillions of diverse thoughts occurring at the same time, continually creating worlds within worlds, rebuilding civilisations.
We are born of the Great Spirit, infinite and individually designed beings, weaving, spiralling, incarnating, transmigrating and reincarnating into and through many lives.
“The Great Spirit could be described as an expanding entity of perception, exploding with trillions of diverse thoughts…”
Within spiritualism there is an ethic of no dogma, no doctrine and the spiritually inspired Seven Principles:
1. The Fatherhood of God
2. The Brotherhood of Man
3. The Communion of Spirits and Ministry of Angels
4. The Continuous Existence of the Human Soul
5. Personal Responsibility
6. Compensation and Retribution for All Deeds done on Earth
7. Eternal Progress is open to every Human Soul
Within the spiritualist philosophy it is not necessary to adhere to parables and phrase without understanding — without it being relative and appropriate to the moment simply because someone standing behind a pulpit commands it of us, or suffer the consequences! »
Catherine Avon
I have been consciously developing my spirituality for the past 12 months, baptised and raised as a Catholic with a strict, religious father. My schooling was completely taught by Nuns and Brothers, and the nuns in particular seemed bitter and sadistic, there was a lot of abuse of young children.
I never enjoyed going to church. Its rules and regulations, felt stifling and depressive.
I was made to feel like a naughty little girl, particularly during Confession to the priest, even though I hadn’t done anything majorly wrong. My only crime was being an ordinary young child, who made normal, natural mistakes.
We were encouraged to make ‘sins’ up if we didn’t have anything to confess. I was brought up to believe in an angry, wrathful God, who punishes those who sin against Him, therefore sending them to Hell. I haven’t been to church for 20 years and suffered a lot of guilt because of this. Luckily that guilt has now all gone!
When I began exploring Spirituality, it was a breath of fresh air bringing huge revelations. I discovered that I could think for myself! I am learning to tap into my intuition and to navigate life according to what feels right for me. I now feel such a sense of liberation body, mind and soul!
Spiritual freedom to me means freedom to embrace my true nature, to focus on loving and appreciating life, people’s individuality, nature, animals, and to live without fear and regret. I am more able to face my fears authentically, without hiding behind a façade of religious doctrine.
I know how to still my mind and listen to my body, to check for signs as to whether I am following my own true path, or following a path that society/ family/friends demand I follow.
I am learning to accept and forgive-myself and others, to become a mature, well-rounded, grounded individual.
I believe that following this path of Spiritual Freedom can only bring peace and loving light to myself and those around me.
There is no forced expectation in spiritualism — the philosophy itself is based on a foundation without limitation. Individual readiness for growth, enjoys the incorporating of spiritual awareness.
It is of course balanced to respect and regard traditional values and information regarding its practices, whilst at the same time moving forward and embracing the depth and multiverse of the spirit world, the astral and beyond, even and especially when it stretches your imagination, previous beliefs - and your brain cells! It is also imperative to understand the physical and spiritual are of different paradigms, and that consciousness expands and creates the gross, rather than the opposite.
Consciousness is of a higher vibration than the matter, science discards what it cannot reduce nor explain, whereas the spiritual mindfulness includes all that is.
The Bodhi tree of enlightenment is there for all, yet not all wish to free themselves and sit within its vibrational field. Being of a like-minded philosophy doesn’t mean we all agree, however it does mean we can respect each of us is experiencing stages of personal, current truths and development.
Globally we are now in a time of clean up and reset. Everyone has a responsibility and purpose. If we are incarnate, then we are holding space, no matter how tiny, it is not insignificant. Using what we define as free will; encourages great challenges and moments of comprehension and insight!
“When I began exploring Spirituality, it was a breath of fresh air bringing huge revelations.”
Shared a personal journey of spiritual freedom and truth
I have had a spiritual knowing for as long as I can remember. I was raised as Catholic and do believe in God but have had misconceptions and some misgivings regarding the church, even though it is and has been a place of comfort for me at times. When asked my faith my answer would always be “I have faith of the heart.”
I trusted a knowing inside of me of all religions combined. To be kind to have compassion, respect, honesty. I believe in the Great White spirit, whom I see as God, and the Angels. I know that they really are just a thought away, a prayer.
Daily gratitude keeps me grounded and thankful.
Life hasn’t always turned out as I had hoped for, but I do believe I have had a few divine interventions in my time. This is my most blessed personal story that I would like to share with you, one I will never forget.
It was a long time ago, twenty-eight years to be exact; I was in hospital and had been in an induced coma for a week. I could hear everything but I could not respond or move.
Late one night there was a patient out of control. I could hear the desperation in the tones and commotion that was going on just outside my room, and they were calling for security.
I felt so trapped, my mind going crazy as I feared for myself, knowing I could not move or escape — what if he was to come in here?
Then in an instant I was enveloped by Angel Wings. I was standing, hugged by God’s safe room of pure white light. No thoughts, no heat or cold, no noise, just pure white light, purity of love and peace.
I remember there was a nothingness. No pain, no thoughts, just a calmness of love and light in the highest form. I don’t know how long I felt this, maybe sometime but also just like a single minute, because there is no real time.
“I was always scared of death, until that experience, it freed me.”
I knew I was in God’s presence, and wrapped in the wings of who I believe to be Archangel Michael, who I feel has been a huge and secure influence for and over me ever since. I have become very connected to the angels.
I was always scared of death, until that experience, it freed me. If that is the peaceful love that awaits me when my time comes, I now feel free to trust in that.
As the original and ongoing neurodiverse characters, evolving on behalf of the Great Spirit, we need to dig deep and trust ourselves and each other. Perhaps turn off the fake news, take the media’s repertory with a grain of salt and sit in quiet deep meditative space. Go within, detach from the old learned law of man, be objective and open and ask the divine self, what is going on, yes or no, true or false, and follow your inbuilt guidance even when it goes against ‘the system’.
Sitting with spirit, we learn to trust the integrity of our creation, which is far from random. We are designed in the image of the omnipresent, gifted with the ability to awaken. Try to remind ourselves to feel assured, and act as though we are able bodied, able minded spiritual beings on a plane of existence. We are born of the spirit, this may mean fettered lifetimes are perhaps the only way to attain freedom — evolving past limiting belief systems and doctrines, evolving out of the reincarnation cycle, to whatever is next to explore. I'm no stranger to the quest for freedom. It pulses within the hearts of the individuals I interact with on a daily basis, people from all walks of life. So, what exactly is freedom and why does it have such a magnetic pull on our souls?
by Sue Williams
AS I explore this topic, it seems to be a deeply personal and subjective state, mainly shaped by our unique perspectives, experiences and cultural backgrounds. As humans, we are instinctively drawn to the idea of freedom — the ability to act, speak and think without constraint or limitation. Yet, in a world characterised by hierarchy, control, power dynamics and societal norms, true freedom can often feel elusive; a distant dream shining on the horizon.
When I considered writing this article about freedom, I knew it would be like opening a can of worms. Within our world the concept of freedom seems elusive. A state of being that many of us long for on different levels. What exactly is freedom and what does it mean to you? Perhaps freedom isn’t merely a state of external liberation; an intricate dance between the mind, body, and soul?
The Oxford dictionary terms freedom as ‘the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants or the state of not being ‘imprisoned’ or ‘enslaved’. Freedom is often perceived through the lens of external circumstances.
When asking those whose opinions I respect greatly, the main theme of freedom was to live in peace and tranquillity, to live without guilt
or constraints and to live having the choice to be safe, respected and to take up the opportunities available without restriction. In other words, freedom refers to a state of independence, where you can do what you like and be who you want to be, without any restriction by anyone.
As we begin to understand the meaning of freedom, it is important to recognise that freedom exists on a very large spectrum. It is really important to recognise that it is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. What may feel liberating for one person, may feel constricting for another. That's why self-awareness and mindfulness are essential tools in answering this question; helping us to discern what truly nourishes our souls and aligns with our deepest values and dreams. »
“Freedom is not just a cognitive concept — it's a state of being that can be expressed through art, movement, and creativity.”
Take a few moments to center yourself, close your eyes and connect with your breath. As you inhale and exhale, allow your awareness to settle into your heart space. Now, gently ask yourself: What does freedom mean to me? Notice any thoughts, emotions, or sensations that arise — without judgment. Simply observe and allow the answers to emerge from the depths of your being.
When discussing freedom with my partner and his family, who migrated from South Africa; freedom to them meant freedom of speech, to come and go as you please, to walk as a free individual and not be restricted or answerable to extreme regulations. Mainly though it was to create a better life with freedom of choice. A chance to embrace the opportunities of life regardless of race or social economic status.
Freedom on a bodily level encompasses not just the absence of physical constraints it also calls for the release of deeply ingrained emotional and psychological burdens that have been carried for generations. Built-up anger, stemming from centuries of suppression and oppression, reside in our minds and our bodies, manifesting as tension, illness and disconnection. This collective trauma, such as that experienced by the Stolen Generation, leaves a profound imprint on our beings, impacting our sense of self and our relationships with others.
Our bodies are powerful messengers, offering valuable insights into our inner world. Find a comfortable position and bring your attention to different areas of your body — starting from your toes and moving all the way up to the crown of your head. Notice any areas of tension, discomfort or constriction.
These may be physical manifestations of the way in which you're holding onto limiting beliefs or emotional baggage. Take a few deep breaths and imagine releasing these tensions with each exhale, allowing yourself to experience a sense of
spaciousness and ease. Now allow your body to move freely, breathing and nourishing your body further releasing these tensions.
For some, freedom may entail the absence of physical imprisonment or enslavement — the ability to move, speak, and express oneself without fear or restriction. For others, it may encompass a deeper sense of psychological and emotional liberation — the freedom to be authentic, vulnerable, and fully alive.
Our instinct for freedom is innate, held in the wisdom of our bodies. Like a mother's intuitive ability to care for her child, freedom flows effortlessly when we are aligned with our authentic selves and our deepest truths. However, the wounds of history and the scars of systemic injustice can obscure this wisdom and lead to disconnection from ourselves and others.
As humans we face many challenges on the path to freedom; government and political control, societal expectations, gender norms and cultural conditioning to name a few. They can weigh heavily upon us. They can stifle our voices and dim our light, and yet even within these constraints and external limitations there exists an inner realm of freedom that is untouchable and absolute — the freedom of the spirit to soar beyond the confines of the material world.
While these structures of hierarchy may present challenges to our pursuit of freedom, they also invite us to deepen our understanding of what it truly means to be free. By challenging the limitations imposed by societal norms and systems of oppression and by cultivating inner freedom through practices of self-awareness and empowerment, we can move closer towards realising a world where freedom is truly accessible to all.
Freedom is not just a cognitive concept — it's a state of being that can be expressed through art, movement, and creativity. Take some time to engage in a creative activity that resonates with you — whether it's painting, dancing, writing, singing or playing music. Allow yourself to express whatever is alive within you, without judgment or
inhibition. Notice how the creative process itself can be a form of liberation, freeing you from the confines of the analytical mind and allowing your inner truth to shine forth.
Integration is one of the keys to reclaiming freedom. By acknowledging and honouring the pain of the past, we can pave the way for healing and peace. We can begin to release the trapped emotions and memories held within our bodies, allowing for greater ease, flow, and resilience. Integration also involves cultivating respect — for ourselves, for others and for the interconnected web of life that binds us all together.
I've had the privilege of guiding many individuals on this transformative quest, helping them unravel the mysteries of freedom and what it means to them. In my work as a holistic counsellor, I've worked with individuals and groups yearning to break free from the chains of their past traumas and limiting beliefs. Through a combination of mindfulness practices and guidance, I take them on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
True freedom, I've come to realise, is not about escaping our past it’s about embracing it with compassion and forgiveness. It's about reclaiming our power and rewriting the narrative of our lives from a place of strength and resilience.
There is another aspect of freedom that isn’t just an individual journey — it's a collective awakening that ripples out into the world. As humans, we have the power to create change, to challenge the oppressive systems and to create a just and equitable society for us all. When we stand in our truth and embody our authentic selves, we inspire others to do the same. In this way, freedom becomes a beacon of hope, lighting the way for future generations to come.
In the tapestry of life, freedom is the golden thread that binds us all together – a universal longing that transcends the boundaries of race, gender, and creed. It is the birthright of every human being, a precious gift bestowed upon us by the universe itself.
Close your eyes and envision yourself embodying the essence of freedom in all areas of your life –your relationships, career, health, and personal growth. What does it look like, feel like and sound like to be truly free? Allow yourself to dream big and tap into the infinite possibilities that await you. Now, take a piece of paper and write down your vision of freedom, using descriptive language and vivid imagery. You may also choose to create a vision board to visually represent this. Keep this vision in a place where you can see it regularly, allowing it to serve as a guiding light on your journey to personal freedom.
As we gently touch on the complexities of freedom (a topic that is so diverse that this article will not do it justice) it's essential to recognise that freedom is not a static destination, it’s an ever-evolving journey. It requires courage, vulnerability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo – both within us and in the world around us.
In conclusion, what is freedom? It's the gentle breeze that caresses our skin on a summer's day, the song of the birds echoing in the stillness of dawn, a walk in the forest on a drizzly day. It's the laughter of children playing in the streets, the tears shed in moments of profound healing and transformation. It's the courage to speak our truth, to stand tall in the face of adversity and to embrace the fullness of who we are. It’s the forgiveness of those that have hurt us or been mean. It’s the joy to be healthy and free from unwellness in our body. It’s the quest for peace.
In the end, freedom is not just a destination — it's a way of being, a sacred dance of liberation and love. S

In the heart of a bustling metropolis, the grandiose Freedom Fair opened its gates once again, drawing crowds with its tantalising promise of liberty in all forms. The fair's slogan, ‘Experience True Freedom,’ echoed through the streets, beckoning the curious and the hopeful, however beneath the glittering facade, a darker, more satirical reality awaited.
Visitors first encountered the Political Pavilion, where banners proudly proclaimed the virtues of democracy and civil liberties. Inside, booths offered one the chance to vote on trivial matters, such as the colour of the mayor's hat. The votes were counted meticulously, yet it soon became clear that every choice led to the same outcome: the mayor's hat remained unchanged, a symbol of the illusion of political freedom.
A mock courtroom invited participants to play judge and jury, yet every verdict was overruled by a robed figure named ‘The Authority’. “Justice is blind,” ‘The Authority’ intoned, “And so are you!”
The laughter of the crowd was tinged with unease as they realised the futility of their judgments.
Next was the Economic Emporium, a bustling market where the ‘free market’ was on full display. Stalls overflowed with goods, each vendor shouting louder than the last.
Own your dream home! One sign promised, however the fine print revealed crippling debt and foreclosure clauses. A man purchased a seemingly priceless artefact, only to find it was a cheap replica.
In the centre, a giant wheel labelled ‘Fortune’ spun continuously. A young couple spun it, hoping for financial freedom, yet the wheel always landed on ‘Tax Hike’, "Economic freedom!" the announcer cheered, as the couple walked away, pockets empty.
The Social Circus boasted freedom from discrimination and the right to association. Visitors donned costumes representing various social
identities and experienced a simulation of life in another's shoes. A wealthy businessman wore a homeless person's garb and was promptly ignored and harassed by actors posing as passers’ by. "Empathy through experience," the ringmaster declared with a sinister smile.
In another corner, a ‘Freedom of Assembly’ tent invited people to form groups and express their opinions. However, undercover ‘Dissent Detectives’ infiltrated each gathering, sowing discord and mistrust until the groups disbanded in frustration.
At the Personal Playground, the illusion of bodily autonomy and freedom of movement took centre stage. A giant hamster wheel invited participants to run as fast as they could, promising the freedom to move. Yet, no matter how furiously they ran, they remained trapped in place. "Keep running!" a cheerful attendant urged. "You're almost there!"
A nearby booth offered tattoos of personal expression, yet each design was pre-approved by the ‘Morality Committee.’ A young woman chose a butterfly, only to be branded with a bar code. "Your body, your choice," the artist mocked, handing her a mirror.
The Intellectual Imaginarium presented the freedom of thought and academic pursuit. Scholars debated under the watchful eyes of ‘The Enforcers’, fining anyone whose ideas deviated from the prescribed norms. A philosopher dared to question the status quo and was promptly silenced, his theories erased from the chalkboard. »
“A dark ride called ‘The Mind Maze’ invited visitors to confront their deepest fears.”
A ‘Library of Forbidden Knowledge’ tempted the curious, and yet each book was locked behind glass. "Look, but don't touch," a librarian warned, as visitors peered longingly at the untouchable tomes.
In the Spiritual Sanctuary, the right to religious freedom was celebrated in a grand, Multifaith Temple. Worshippers could pray at any altar; however each prayer had to be submitted in writing and approved by the ‘Divine Council’. A man seeking solace found his prayers returned with corrections in red ink. "Freedom to believe," a priestess whispered, "within the limits of our guidelines."
The Cultural Carnival showcased the freedom of cultural expression with a vibrant parade of costumes, dances, and music. Yet, the loudspeakers blared a monotonous anthem that drowned out any diverse sounds. Performers from marginalised communities danced, however their movements were choreographed by invisible strings controlled by the ‘Cultural Appropriation Board’.
A painter displayed his work, only for it to be censored by officials who deemed it ‘too provocative’. "Express yourself," the announcer encouraged, "as long as it's appropriate!"
The Digital Dome promised the freedom of the internet and digital privacy. Visitors donned VR headsets and entered a virtual world where information flowed freely. Yet every click, every interaction, was tracked and monitored by ‘The Overseer’. Pop-up ads and mandatory surveys interrupted their exploration, collecting data with each response.
A hacker tried to breach the system, seeking true digital freedom. For a fleeting moment, the virtual landscape opened up, unrestricted. Almost instantly the alarms blared, and the cyber guards apprehended the hacker. "Freedom of the internet," the holographic Overseer intoned, "within controlled parameters of course!"
while the air was piped in from outside, tinged with the scent of industrial pollution. "Experience nature," the guide urged, "from a safe distance."
A display on sustainable development highlighted green energy projects funded by major corporations. Yet, behind the exhibit, smokestacks belched smoke, casting a dark cloud over the fairgrounds. "Environmental freedom!" the guide exclaimed, as visitors coughed and moved on.
The Psychological Playground offered the promise of mental health and emotional autonomy. Therapy booths provided quick sessions, each lasting no more than three minutes. "Express your feelings!" a therapist urged, setting a timer. Patients left more frazzled than when they arrived, their emotions barely acknowledged.
A dark ride called ‘The Mind Maze’ invited visitors to confront their deepest fears. Inside, they faced distorted mirrors reflecting their insecurities. Emerging from the ride, they found their anxieties amplified, their minds more ensnared than before. "Free your mind," the ride operator grinned, "if you dare."
As midnight approached, the fairgrounds emptied, leaving behind a trail of discarded pamphlets, masks, broken promises, and disillusioned visitors. The Freedom Fair had once again delivered its twisted spectacle, a mirror reflecting the paradoxes and constraints of modern freedom.
Beneath the flickering lights, the townspeople trudged home, each burdened with the realisation that true freedom was an elusive, often illusory pursuit. Yet, deep within their hearts, a spark of hope flickered, whispering that perhaps, someday, the chains could be broken.
And so, the Freedom Fair would return next year, as it always did, a reminder of the complex dance between autonomy and control, illusion and reality, in the endless quest for true liberty. S
The Environmental Enclosure touted the right to a healthy environment, featuring a pristine, artificial garden. Visitors were invited to breathe deeply, Arty looks at the world through a different lens and pulls no punches when it comes to discovering the truths behind the lies of humanity.

Once upon a time, whilst listening intently to the deep trance channel (whilst in an Edgar Cayce type sleep state) directly from White Eagle via my partner at the time, I was surprised to be referred to as “The Spirit of Freedom”! Me? These trance channel sessions over several years were a two-way street, interactive and personal conversations and discussions on many interesting topics.
HOW can I be the Spirit of Freedom?
The answers given have slowly unfolded — just not in the ways I expected, but which I am more accepting of as I age and want more of me to matter in the story of my life.
Looking back, I understand that in not feeling at all ‘free’, in so many ways, I now understand this was the whole the point was the journey of which I had incarnated into, and how events along the way would continue to erupt ensuring that I would get some clues as to (probably with my last breath), what freedom means to me.
Sometimes I feel further away from any feeling of freedom than ever, due to deeply engraved and engaged responses, reactions and a desire to control any situation before it has a chance to unfold — then along comes my loyal friend, ‘hindsight’ — far more useful than seeing the future!
In my younger years, I did not consider myself as a divine and intentionally designed individual, in fact I doubt I truly considered myself at all. I karmically incarnated and placed myself in a family and circumstance that some may say was a crowded place of individualistic energy and personality, so my insecurities craved the mundane and normal, and often and into adulthood, I felt way more secure, loved and appreciated in places other than my home.
I have had to be mindful of the fact that that I am as individually energised in mind and behaviour as the rest of my ‘mob’, whom I consider still to be highly abnormal, (some may say dis-functional) and odd, yet I also appreciate the fact and try to view things with objectivity, as heartbreak, pain and separation has been and is still a huge issue –apparently part of my journey (ouch) to freedom?
I remember around thirteen years old, planning a bicycling trip with a friend, not agreeing on part of the plan and stuck to my guns. My friend on mentioning this to her father told me he replied “Well Shirley knows her own mind.” It is something that has stuck with me for over fifty years, and in moments of doubt and horrendous decisions to be made, reminds me that it is okay to be me. »
“So, how do we even begin to live a life of freedom here on Plan-Et Earth, in this world that is created by our very thoughts, actions…”
A few simple words, something so small, has been a great comfort, especially as through life so many people I thought mattered have not necessarily understood nor respected the way my mind works, my thoughts, my decisions and my views - yet perhaps neither did I!
Decades later, travelling forward to being sixty years young in 2020, I am happy that I stuck to my guns and listened to my intuition, voice of spirit, and trusted what came to me before and during that year of lockdowns and attack on personal and community freedom. To me it has instigated important years of living determinedly and knowing my own mind!
Although often widely unpopular, many of my choices have been firmly (and sometimes miserably) imperative to the nature of each new experience - one must remember that this moment would not exist in its perfection without the last.
When mulling upon, or dredging up the past, or endeavouring to pave new and deliciously appropriate ground in the present, I realise the process of it all, and release, accept and move forward — just a step or two.
I consciously try to focus (with a few wobbles of course) these days on forgiving myself and others, and retraining my subconscious by establishing a new positive thought/response in place of old, outworn, negatives that hold me back — I think there is quite a bit of the freedom vibe in that.
*Big note to self here that a big lesson in what freedom is for me means feeling able to take my time, that I do not have to immediately respond! That I can take a breath, take time out to think, ponder, examine the situation and feel I am making choices rather than decisions.
Jesus is reported to have said “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not.” There are many ways to interpret this. At this point in time, I guess I understand that the journey of Soul Growth does not involve having a package of ‘light and easy’ delivered to your door!
The highs and lows however, it must be acknowledged, do balance out, especially when you feel the real feeling of ‘good’. Which involves peace, contentment and wellbeing – a calm energy just flowing through you, from both within and without, giving you the strength to ‘carry on’. This reminds me of an old series of terribly inappropriate and politically incorrect movies; ‘Carry On Regardless, Carry On at Your Convenience, Carry On Loving, That’s Carry On’ — says it all really!
What is freedom?
Are we, or can we be truly free? Again, what is freedom?
I surmise that we have what is far too casually referred to as free will. This is mentioned in many spiritually inclined topics of discussion, however what in actual fact is free will?
Many acts of good and evil are perhaps done according to one’s own will, however is that will like a human garden of permaculture, bound and encouraged to grow according to our own biosphere and environment, our genes, our experiences, our pre-existing mental and emotional chords and discords! Is this truly then living according to our own free will?
Are we expressing ourselves freely, when we no matter how off grid, or supposedly singular or outrageously we live, verbalise, eat, drink, and literally exist lifestyle wise we are still overseen and affected by the convention of governmental, societal and social norm?
The rules and guidelines of acceptability are everywhere and rampant, and of course as so many of us have recently discovered - and been muted or negated (a first world problem and annoyingly so) according to the pleasure or displeasure of ‘Fact-Checkers’!
Do these personal, communities, ethnic, religious and global rules of law give us the opportunity to abide in a balanced and harmonious way, or do they encourage hostility and the fight against the machine, which reflects and plays out as a war against the self, constricting any sense of what freedom may feel like, and may actually be!
So, how do we even begin to live a life of freedom here on Plan-Et Earth, in this world that is created by our very thoughts, actions, cooperative and uncooperative behaviours?
I perhaps can say I am free to feel, to think, to behave according to the energy in each moment (consciously or not) and evoke the influence and result that I experience within it, and continue to contemplate that freedom is not what we think it’s all about.
It is okay to feel okay! It is Okay to love ourselves as the innocents we are — having thrown caution to the wind, and decided to have a human sojourn anyway?
We falter, fall and get up again, and rejoice in the occasion of any unexpected calm, and may eventually recognise, appreciate and respect ourselves as a whole being, body, mind, soul — with Divine Discourse — is this a facet of freedom?
Imagine somewhere in an invisible and distant realm of perspective, before birthing to Earth, (still under supervision – so maybe no true freedom in lives between, before or after life either!), planning ahead and saying “hey, I can do it,” — knowing that in all probability we will land, emerge and forget immediately why we are here, then flounder like fish upon dry land, wanting to get back into the waters from whence we came.
“I am the way”, said Jesus — meaning not ‘follow me’, but ‘just be yourself’. When do you really see yourself, know yourself and try your best to trust yourself? Usually after a crescendo and fork in the road of hard knocks
Note to self — work even harder on forgiveness…
Raise me up — sung by Josh Groban
“When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary When troubles come and my heart burdened be Then, I am still and wait here in the silence Until You come and sit awhile with me. You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas I am strong, when I am on your shoulders You raise me up to more than I can be…”
In the end, which always leads to new beginningswe will raise ourselves up and, dare I say it, do it all again in this and other realms, dimensions, aspects and adventures. S

As a women’s health practitioner, this month’s theme of Living Free is one I explore with clients regularly. Whether it is concerns around their health, dissatisfaction with the health advice they have received or simply a failure of the education system, health autonomy is vital for the quest of personal freedom.
SADLY, I frequently encounter women who have been dismissed by medical professionals, told their symptoms are ‘all in their head’ or labelled as normal and to keep getting on with their lives. This narrative undermines their experience, makes them question their intuition and stifles their journey toward true health freedom.
This article aims to educate, inspire and challenge readers to reclaim their health through body autonomy and informed choices. I invite you to trust that if something doesn’t feel right within your body, then often it isn’t!
Let’s begin by exploring what health freedom means — living without the constraints of doubt, dismissal, invalidation and misinformation. Health freedom is about understanding and trusting your body, making informed decisions, and taking charge of your health or wellness journey.
This involves seeking healthcare providers who listen, validate and provide holistic healthcare that encompass the physical, emotional and mental aspects of health. It leads us toward seeking wellness, rather than only avoiding disease. Unfortunately, what I hear so commonly from women is quite the opposite.
Many have shared their experience of medical gas lighting — being told that their symptoms are not real or are exaggerated. Whether its heart disease mislabelled as anxiety, an autoimmune disorder attributed to depression, or ovarian cysts chalked up to "normal period pain”, women's health issues are frequently misdiagnosed or minimized by healthcare providers. Studies confirm that women’s pain is often not taken as seriously as men’s, resulting in delayed or inadequate treatment. From the perspective of health freedom, this doesn’t support women to advocate for their health; it creates internalised fear and misinformation.
One woman, for instance, experienced chronic pain and severe mood swings each month. Initially, she was told that the pain was normal and to manage it with painkillers where necessary. Later, she was prescribed antidepressants to stabilise her mood however remained dissatisfied with the lack of answers. After doing some research, she began to suspect hormone imbalances and an endocrine disorder called endometriosis.
Once we began working together, many clues pointed to endometriosis and a hormonal disorder called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). She finally felt a sense of relief, realising that her symptoms were real and not just in her head. She shared that being heard, educated and informed about her health options reduced years of shame she had been holding onto. Not only did her symptoms improve, she went on to advocate for other women and their journey through endometriosis.
A 2023 report in the Journal of the American Heart Association found that women with chest pain waited 29 percent longer than men in emergency departments. An analysis of 981 emergency room visits showed that women with acute abdominal pain were 25 percent less likely to receive powerful opioid painkillers compared to men. Furthermore, middle-aged women with chest pain and other heart disease symptoms were twice as likely to be diagnosed with a mental illness compared to men with the same symptoms.
These narratives shed light on the emotional and physical toll of being misinformed or dismissed. I don’t share these stories to undermine healthcare professionals; I share them to highlight the importance of health freedom and our rights to education and support. »

“Trusting your body is paramount when it comes to health freedom.”
Trusting your body is paramount when it comes to health freedom. Often, your body communicates that something isn't right through subtle signals — an inexplicable fatigue, persistent pain, a nagging sense of unease, or even a little voice in the back of your head urging you to pay attention. These signs are crucial indicators that only you, who spends every moment in your body, can truly recognise and interpret. For example, if you experience recurring headaches that don't seem to have an obvious cause or persistent digestive issues despite a balanced diet and lifestyle, these may be your body’s way of signalling that something deeper needs to be addressed.
Listening to these signals and advocating for yourself in the face of medical dismissal is essential for achieving true health freedom. By trusting your intuition and acknowledging your body’s messages, you can pursue the care and answers you deserve, ensuring your well-being is prioritised and respected.
Gaining an understanding about your body and how it works can be incredibly empowering. By learning to listen for cues that something might be off, as mentioned above, you become more attuned to your health. Understanding the basics of nutrition, hormone balance, and stress
Educate Yourself: Learn about your health conditions and treatment options. Understanding your body and symptoms empowers you to make informed decisions.
Seek Supportive Providers: Find healthcare professionals who respect and validate your concerns. Don’t hesitate to get second opinions.
Document Symptoms: Keep a detailed record of your symptoms, treatments, and interactions
with healthcare providers. This documentation can be crucial in advocating for yourself.
Join Support Groups: Connecting with others who share similar experiences can provide emotional support and valuable information.
Practice Self-Care: Prioritise your well-being through nutrition, exercise, and stress management. A holistic approach to health can enhance your overall wellness. Learning to reclaim your health freedom takes time, curiosity and patience — be gentle with yourself!
management enables you to make informed choices that support your well-being. The world of information is endless so take the time to explore podcasts, books, and documentaries or turn to a trusted health professional that gives you space to ask questions.
This knowledge empowers you to recognise when your body needs attention and gives you the confidence to seek appropriate care. It also equips you with the ability to question and challenge medical advice when it feels inadequate, ensuring that your health concerns are taken seriously. Ultimately, this self-awareness and education foster a proactive approach to health, where you are an active participant in maintaining and improving your well-being.
For many, conventional medicine is the only path to health that they may be aware of. Whilst I acknowledge the importance of medical professionals, I also want to highlight the impact of natural and complementary approaches to wellness. These practices often address the whole person, exploring root causes rather than just symptoms or band-aid approaches. From holistic nutrition, functional medicine, mindfulness and naturopathy, seeking support from a qualified practitioner can help you feel seen, heard and understood, leading to more personalised and effective care. This approach not only enhances your well-being it also empowers you to take control of your health journey.
Within the theme of Living Free, I hope to inspire you to take charge of your health journey with confidence and courage. By sharing stories, experiences, and insights, my aim is to foster a community of women where personal health freedom is celebrated and upheld.
If this article sparks conversations about health freedom with your sister, friend, mother, daughter, or colleague, it will have achieved its purpose. You deserve to feel truly well, to be heard, validated, and supported. Nobody knows your body like you do, and together we can pave the way for a future where everyone has the freedom to live their healthiest, most authentic lives. S

Hallowed ground this liminal space, where infinity awaits birth within dawn’s eternal embrace.
IN the arcane historical texts of the Vedic tradition, the Heart Chakra is depicted as the exact centre of the Crown Chakra. It is also said that the Crown Chakra is the gateway to the Akashic Records, which are the memories of all incarnations on Earth, with their information only accurately accessible once the Heart and Crown Chakras are cleared.
When seeking to know these mysteries, I always look for a correlation in the physical dimension, to which my brain’s left hemisphere can tangibly relate.
I found such inner-standing when it was explained to me by a learned medical professional that the human being begins its journey to life after conception, as a mass of cells.
At the uppermost point, the heart cells are formed; they then individualise and move forward and down to the potential rib cage area. The physical heart forms on the outer side and then moves in situ, where the ribs form and encircle it. As these cells move from their original position, they reveal the next layer of cells, which are those of the brain. The brain forms in that location, with the cranium forms around it.
How did the Brahman Rishi’s know of this relationship between the brain and the heart, so long before the invention of a microscope?
Our mission, as an incarnated soul on Earth, is to awaken and open our hearts, to realise and live fully our life’s purpose.
Our souls will continue to urge us to do so. When our time is ripe, our Soul will undoubtedly find a way to be heard and the Heart Chakra will begin to open. However, comprehending the message our Soul is transmitting is another matter entirely, especially when western culture fails to recognise its wonders. Thus, we have no framework for the experience and can be altogether unprepared.
The Soul speaks in metaphor and parable and is most audible when we one is calm, genuine and receptive, then a thousand voices speak as one. However, if we haven’t remembered that skilfulness yet, we may miss the memo.
“Interfacing with the higher emotional body or higher self, the Heart Chakra can guide us acting as our compass.”
It is my experience, having helped countless of people through spiritual healing, that one will experience a strong intuition. However, if that is dismissed, then what follows is likely some type of shock in one’s life. There is the age-old adage, ‘If we don’t heed the whispers, we get the screams’.
Prevention is, as they say, far more desirable than the cure so, towards that end, the Heart Chakra is an etheric organ, which acts as a transceiver. It receives and gives information in three ways: both from and to our soul, the rest of our being and out into the external world. The information passes to people, who act as a mirror from which we learn and grow and fulfil our purpose through relationship.
Interfacing with the higher emotional
It is said that un-forgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. So perhaps you may choose to love You a little more today and take the next little step… Or not. For, if not in this lifetime, then we pick up where we left off in the next.
The magnificent truth about You is that you truly are an eternal being. Eternity is a long time especially towards the end, so I pray, go easy on yourself. At the highest level of truth, we are all One. Those who show up in life and cause us mischief are soul family too. Forgive them and yourself, forgive all involved, and then live in greater love, joy and peace.

There is change coming — in Divine Time.
‘Divination’, (from the Latin divinare ‘to foresee, to be inspired by a god’, related to divinus, divine,) is the attempt to gain insight into a question or situation by way of an occultic standardised process or ritual.
DISCOVERING how to use intention and understand divine guidance, in order to realign with your state of being, with your own Divine Design, and the name of my site ‘Divining Me’, was given me by the spirit world. I knew it was the beginning of a journey, and the full meaning would unfold ‘over time’.
During the two months that this issue of Supernal will cover, July and August 2024 there is for us all, each and every person incarnate on Plan-Et Earth, a moment in time that is pertinent to and for the realignment of our unique and individual Divine Design.
The ‘Day out of Time’, celebrated across the globe, in and by many communities affiliated with the works of Valum Votan, and that see the beauty and reason in the ‘Natural Law of Time’ and all it entails, take ‘time out’ on the 25th of July, a day of personal freedom from calendric indoctrinated time — so to speak!
The Latin word for ‘teach’, doctrina is the root of indoctrinate — and according to the internet provided definition, by the
1830’s it had come to mean ‘the act of forcing ideas and opinions on someone who isn’t allowed to question them’.
The beauty of The Natural Law of Time, the teachings of Votan, and the Calendar of Dreamspell that I share here each edition, is that there is no doctrina, no forcing of information and only every encouragement of questioning, experimenting and freedom.
This cycle, the 25th of July falls upon Kin 18, the White Overtone Mirror.
“I Empower in order to reflect Commanding Order, I seal the matrix of endlessness, with the Overtone tone of Radiance
I Am guided by the power of death.”
“Have a power nap during the day and ask to be given codes and information that will assist you in moving forward…”
The Overtone, the fifth tone (of the thirteen tones), defines the rung incarnate in the galactically orientated human. We are all in fact, galactically orientated in some way, shape or form.
Take some time out on this day. Be guided by the power (with no fear or apprehension) of spirit within you. Allow the radiance that is yours by divine right to glimmer, shimmer and shine, to be discovered like a treasure hidden within the vessel, like the mystery within the arc of the covenant. The tablets that contain your personal commandments, your amendments, and your divine design are in your cellular memory banks.
Your holy grail is there for you, this is the ‘legend’ that gives understanding to your purpose, why you are incarnating, why you are living and breathing and how you are actually striving to become free.
Utilise the key factors that are both encouraging you and challenging you, the nurturing primal force energy and the beauty and elegance of your inner artiste’, Life is art, realise you are continually designing and redesigning your inner and outer landscape.
the 26th will be Kin 19, Blue Rhythmic Storm, time for a change, and the world changes within and without.
You are the occultist — your deep inner wisdom, the secret source that is held low in the belly around the sacral (the creative) chakra point, on this day is overshadowed by the solar (ninth tone of intention) dreamer kin, Blue Night.
Close your eyes, meditate on what intentions you would be best to set. Remember what came to you in sleep the night before. Have a power nap during the day and ask to be given codes and information that will assist you in moving forward, into the New Year cycle that begins the 26th July.
As the mirror, reflect both quietly and joyously. Write, sketch, make notes, play, and celebrate as YOU would a Divine New Year’s Eve.
The journey to a consciousness of embracing freedom begins now for us all. The Blue Storm energy may seem daunting. It is similar to the Tower of the Tarot, however once you realise you have the main sail and wind in your favour, it is the same as understanding the tower is not falling in destruction, it’s destructing in order to give place to new and wonderous beginnings, releasing you from old patterns of self-deprivation and imprisonment.
The Blue Storm kin is the theme not just for a day; for the 13 moons, a whole solar year.
“I Organise in order to Catalyse I Balance Energy I Seal the matrix of self-generation with the Rhythmic tone of Equality I Am guided by the power of MY OWN POWER DOUBLED.”
You can only take your own path now. You are the sun and the moon, masculine and feminine balanced, divine spirit, breath of life, empowering the confidant, your other self, your mirrored reflection, your soul, the one who shares your most secret and private matters, the one you have learnt to trust and love most, first, and foremost. You are not just of Divine Time; you ARE Divine Time, for you are what creates Divine Time.
Without our existence, our incarnation there would be no time at all, no need for time, and time in reverse is emit. To emit is to produce and discharge a form of energy. You are what the creator emits from its Centre.
You are all that is.

Trapped in the labyrinth of inherent and inherited thoughts, we follow the intricate pathways etched out by the voices of others. Echoing through the corridors of our minds, these thought patterns dictate our actions, shaping our view of ourselves and our life, while constantly influencing our decisions.
WE carry the burden of expectations, the weight of perceived social normality, and the imprint of past generations, all woven into the fabric of our being and overlaying our soul self.
From an early age, we are taught to conform, to fit neatly into predefined moulds. Society whispers its instructions, demanding adherence to its rules or else we feel the sting of its rejection. We internalise these teachings, believing them to be the blueprint of our existence, yet unaware of the chains they forge around us, limiting us and eating away at our soul.
This silent suppression begins early, shaping our thoughts and behaviour long before we even understand the full impact. We absorb the expectations and norms presented to us by parents, teachers and peers, unknowingly allowing them to define our reality. These external voices become an internal chorus, guiding our steps, influencing our choices and re-forming our identity.
Beneath and within the confines of these structured thoughts lays a silent anguish, the pain of being unseen. Beneath the veneer of compliance, yearning simmers; the basic cry for recognition. We long to break free from the confine of a borrowed identity, to transcend the limitations imposed upon us by others. However, fear holds us back, tethering us to the familiarity of conformity. This fear is multifaceted, founded in the dread of rejection, the anxiety of failure and a deep resistance of the unknown. It binds us to a cycle of self-limitation, where the comfort of the familiar outweighs the potential for growth and self-actualisation.
The need to be truly seen, pulses within us like a continual and hollow ache. We crave validation, not for the masks we wear or what we achieve, more the acknowledgement of the essence of our being. We yearn for others’ eyes to perceive beyond the surface, hearts that unravel the intricacies of our souls and discover the truths hidden within. Sadly, in our quest for this elusive gift, we often lose sight of ourselves, trading authenticity for acceptance and forsaking our own reflection in the process. This trade-off is a painful compromise, where we silence our true selves in favour of fitting into the mould created by others. It is a compromise that leaves us feeling fragmented and disconnected, perpetually searching for a sense of wholeness that remains elusive.
The pain of being trapped in these thought patterns are profound; a silent scream that reverberates through our heart. We grapple with the paradox of seeking liberation while fearing the
unknown. We wrestle with the conflicting desires to conform and to rebel, torn between the safety of familiarity and the allure of self-discovery. This internal conflict is a source of deep turmoil, as we navigate the tension between societal expectations and our own aspirations. The struggle is both exhausting and enlightening, revealing the depths of our inner landscape and the strength required to break free.
“Society whispers its instructions, demanding adherence to its rules or else we feel the sting of its rejection.”
Maybe therein lies the key; the realisation that true liberation comes from within. It is in the unravelling of our own thoughts, the shedding of inherited beliefs, that we find the courage to embrace our authentic selves. It is in the quiet moments of introspection, away from the clamour of external voices, that we hear the whisper of our own truth. These moments of solitude and reflection are crucial for self-discovery, allowing us to strip away the layers of conditioning and reconnect with our core. It is a process of peeling back the layers, challenging the assumptions and beliefs that have been handed down to us and reclaiming our individuality.
For only when we dare to challenge the thought patterns taught to us by others, do we pave the way for genuine connection with ourselves and with the world around us. Only then
can we emerge from the shadows of conformity and step into the light of our own sovereignty.
This journey of self-liberation is transformative, empowering us to live authentically and embrace our unique paths. In this process, we find a profound sense of freedom, as we release the need for external validation and embrace our inherent worth.
In that radiant glow, we find both the recognition we seek and the profound freedom of being truly seen. It is in this space of authenticity that we forge deeper connections with others, as we present ourselves without mask or pretence.
Our relationships become more meaningful and fulfilling when we engage with the world from a place of truth and vulnerability. This transformation both enriches our own lives and has a ripple effect, inspiring others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and liberation. In embracing our true selves, we contribute to a more authentic and compassionate world, where individuals are valued for their uniqueness and inner light. S

In the Part I of this article, I explored the Theravada Buddhist four stages of enlightenment after speaking with a mother from my daughter’s gym class, who eats a carnivore diet. We were discussing the possible benefits alternate protein may have for the planet and for human health. She opposes this push and considers the proponents for lab meat and insect protein not particularly enlightened.
HER comment encouraged me to explore the meaning and concept of being enlightened. “According to the Cambridge Dictionary, enlightenment is “the state of understanding something” and “in Hinduism and Buddhism, the highest spiritual state that can be achieved.”” (Taken from Enlightened Human Part 1. May June 2024 Issue.)
I have grown into my personal understanding of being enlightened, by reflecting on a piece of wisdom gifted to me by one of the most influential teachers in my life. “Knowledge leads to freedom”. My elder helped me to see and know my truth; the eternal being that I am. She helped me see my energy field and how it ebbs and flows with all that it comes into contact. She also taught me, that when enlightened, we are living in the light of the creator of all that is. This means we are all knowing, as the knowledge and wisdom of the creator is flowing through us like a cosmic river, connecting us to the source. As I saw my energy field interface with that of others and of nature, I felt I was receiving information from their personal energy field and they were being enriched by mine.
I was in awe of what I was experiencing. Beneath the surface of our human existence, lives the eternal field of divine knowledge cased in enlightened wisdom. Available to us should we seek it! It is there, free to all who want to know the real kingdom of the divine.
“…seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
– Mathew 6:33 King James Bible
I do not adhere to any religious or spiritual denomination, however, the words of Jesus, as reported by Mathew, fits my personal philosophy. The creator of all things is within us and in everything we see and encounter.
For me, the question is never “Why is the divine allowing the atrocities that are being perpetrated upon this planet, its ecosystems and its people?” But rather, “Why are we, people with divine grace, allowing it?”
“The people invent their oppressors, and the oppressors serve the function for which they are invented.”
– Mark Twain (1940)
Mark Twain, made the statement that if “voting was real, we wouldn’t be allowed to vote.” Edgar Allan Poe, tells us to “believe only half of what we see and nothing of what we hear.” We have been lulled into believing that the beings governing this planet have power over us.
We, people with divine grace, believe what we are told by the institutions that have been set up to deceive us. Also, we accept the lies and propaganda preached to us through another institution known as the Television, or rather, the Tel-a-vision. I have learnt that the only reason we can be enslaved is because we are the creators of our reality show. We wrote the script that we are now directing and producing. We just do not want to own that truth about ourselves.
We have never lost our true power, which is woven into our divine grace! The controllers have desperately set up systems to prevent us from seeing the truth about who we really are. Even as I say this, I know that something within me is creating the controllers and allowing them to enslave me. »
In the practice of Ho’oponopono, a Hawaiian spiritual tool for cleaning our subconscious mind, we learn that our reality is created by our memories. These memories we have accumulated from the beginning of time and, if we do not take responsibility to recognise them and release them, they will repeatedly perform the same script with different actors.
I began this process intending to explore the truth behind the push for humans to consume alternate forms of protein. What I have confirmed for myself in the process is this; we need to stop looking outside ourselves for the root of what ails us and turn to face ourselves with the question: “What in me is creating my reality?” and begin clearing it.
“…we accept the lies and propaganda preached to us through another institution known as the Television, or rather, the Tel-a-vision.”
being, which cannot be erased by anyone. Should we forget that fact, nature is here to remind and encourage us to keep rising with her from day to day, month to month and season to season.
“As long as the Earth can make a spring every year, I can. As long as the Earth can flower and produce nurturing fruit, I can, because I’m the Earth. I will not give up until the Earth gives up.”
– Alice Walker (2013). The World Has Changed: Conversations with Alice Walker, p.194, The New Press
My personal view of what matters most in this multiverse is not what others are doing in my reality, rather, what I am creating through my internal dialogue. Am I taking complete responsibility for all that I see, hear and feel, occurring in my lived reality, without exception?
I wanted to write a scathing article to expose the good, the bad and the ugly of alternate forms of protein verses naturally raised animal protein. However, my divine inspiration dictated a different article. The divinity within me, wanted to remind us of the grace and power woven into the fabric of our Charles has trained with earth wisdom keepers, spritual teachers and elders from cultural traditions Earth wide. Whilst most of us are conditioned by society to focus on external goals to achieve ‘freedom’, it is not freedom from the self that provides true freedom; rather that any external form is always unsatisfying at some level.
NO matter what your dream or fantasy life contains - the holiday of your dreams, ownership of a mansion or an ever-expanding bank account balance. No matter how many times you eat a chocolate cake, have sex with the partner of your fantasies, or travel to exotic locations, it only ever offers ephemeral pleasure, short-lived satisfaction, or momentary bliss. Whatever the fleeting satisfaction, it dissolves into emptiness and then what?
When we focus on the state of destruction, disease and disrepair in our troubled world, it is easy to despair, feeling both impotent and utmost powerlessness. That which is purer, deeper, is the perspective of the heart that melts away all that is frozen. Hence, sorrow is dissolved into the forever we cannot see with our eyes. 2 Corinthians 4:18: “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
“The affirmation of self-responsibility defies any tendencies towards nihilism, requiring a fight to affirm life with all its pitfalls and suffering.”
The unseen eye of the eternal is beyond any surface-level satisfactions or so-called ‘truths’. To appreciate the unseen is the medicine of the soul, recovering memories sacrosanct, thusly reclaiming the power of the sacred. That which is unseen has been what mystics and spiritualists have searched for, for millennia and beyond. Arguably, whenever there has been a thought, there has been a thinker and thus a form to question the source of all thoughts, the fountain of all thinking.
Beyond any noise of materialism is a yearning, a yearning for union with divinity, a yearning for fulfilment that is boundless and non-limiting, eternal and not coloured by transience. Is there an eternal being, an apex of all beingness that sits beyond all physical and represents the freedom we seek?
The Buddhist teach impermanence, acknowledging the ever-changing world in which we live. Clinging to forms or formlessness always leads to disappointment and satisfactoriness, Duḥkha.
Does our universe contain a divine signature?
Cosmologically, Einstein believed in the signature of a divine power in the universe and hence his famous
statement, “God does not play dice.”
Peter Higgs hypothesised that the universe contains a ‘God particle,’ also called the Higgs particle, or “Higgs boson.” Without Higgs boson, particles would have no mass, preventing the animation of all celestial bodies and hence, all life as we know it. This Higgs boson is entirely minute and ephemeral, weighing only 125 gig electron volts. In 2013, the Large Hadron Collider provided the evidence of Higgs boson.
Nobel-prize winner, Lederman’s “The God Particle: If the Universe Is the Answer, What Is the Question?” explains the existence of a quantum field, giving rise to the mass of planets/ stars/cosmic life and indicating how our universe came to be.
If the universe contains a God-particle, does it mean that we contain this freedom-seeking DNA-circuit?
Modern neuroscientists posit that evolution led to the development of religious belief wired into our brains; that supernatural is a force of nature, a spiritual nature innate to humans. Even atheists have idealistic notions of bettering the world by following some form of ‘higher power’, God of evolution or refinement. Common sense therefore dictates that there is some reason for so many people following a spiritual force.
Evolutionary anthropologists claim that the ubiquity of religion cleaves us to the belief there is something outside or beyond our small selves.
Freedom is always framed as freedom from ‘something’. What if there is nothing to be free of, that we are already free without realising our true nature? If there is nothing to be free of, isn’t that freedom? Freedom from yearning, seeking, searching, for a wholeness that is already implicit, Nietzsche viewed it as the “will to be responsible to ourselves.” Are we looking in all the wrong places for our freedom when all along, it was always there, in our minds?
The affirmation of self-responsibility defies any tendencies towards nihilism, requiring a fight to affirm life with all its pitfalls and suffering. The Buddhist way of accepting suffering at its essence invites a transmutation of that suffering. Nietzschean responsibility is a call for diligence, mindfulness and intentionality in all ways, personal and relational.
To affirm life and live our most actualised life requires the principle of responsibility. Ultimately, we are the ones responsible for our own freedom, whether it be from ‘self’ or from any external foe. S

Sometimes, encountering other realms happens in surprising ways. The following adventure story involving crystals revealed the elemental kingdom to me and the love they can express.
August 1987, whilst traveling in America for the first time, during the famous Harmonic Convergence, I had the rare opportunity to go crystal mining with a friend, White Elk. It was in an open mine called Crystal Peak, in the forest near Reno, bordering Nevada and California. Just prior to this, I had spent a day with José Argüelles at his home in Boulder, Colorado — however that's another story!
Setting out from Nevada City, California, we collected the necessary tools and supplies and drove for hours through the beautiful forest highway overlooking lakes and valleys. At times, my friend would turn to me and say, "There's crystals in them thar' hills. I can feel it!" I had no doubt. He had lived in this region most of his life and had also been mining Herkimer diamond crystals in New York State for some time too.
We arrived late in the day and White Elk pointed out in the distance, a curious bald patch surrounded by forest. We were soon to stand on this majestic viewpoint in the sunset glow, overlooking the expanse below ‘Crystal Peak’. Both of us were keen to see the crystals residing here, so we hauled the buckets and tools up to a small indent on the white face of this obviously well-worked hill.
It was interesting to see the crystals growing amid massive quartz and soil. After moving a sizeable amount of quartz, White Elk whooped with joy as he handed me handfuls of crystals to be wrapped. Some were quite rough yet promised better to come. While he worked in the confined space, I settled down into the ‘tailings’ to sort out the little babies.
The next day, we rose with the sun and continued our crystal mining. At first, the going was slow, yet exciting, for both of us. A few carloads of rock hounds joined us, digging into little burrows, making the place alive with activity.
The highlight for me was finding a couple of digs on exposed slopes underneath some shrubs. I had to crawl in, lying on my stomach, slowly working away with a trowel. This intriguing pocket held many crystals, less than an inch in length and similar in shape to the famous Herkimer Diamonds — clear and double terminated. Many were milky too. I carefully stashed them in plastic film containers for later perusal, not realising how that would end up in an unforgettable experience.
“We were soon to stand on this majestic viewpoint in the sunset glow, overlooking the expanse below ‘Crystal Peak’.”
A few weeks later, it was with great pleasure that I attended a crystal conference in Sedona, Arizona. It featured many of the crystal teachers and authors who had contributed to a new book entitled The Crystal Sourcebook. Late in the afternoon, we visited a valley where the river flows, with a marvellous 'red rock' monolith called Courthouse Rock, towering above.
I felt an urge to retrieve the film canisters of crystals. Gently, one by one, I placed these in the cool, flowing water and breathed 'light' into them to cleanse them all. Very soon, I entered a meditative consciousness and experienced a
most rare and uplifting feeling. These crystals came to form a tangible spirit. A unified presence began to overwhelm me, with an outpouring of love and joy. They communicated softly to the effect of "We wholeheartedly thank you for bringing us forth and awakening us to this realm. Your activities bring us much joy and we thank you for being our messenger." Hence the title, Crystal Elementals Awake Refreshed
It was a very pure communication of an elemental force or being. With tears and a deep feeling of gratitude to the crystals, I continued to bathe them, thinking about where they had lain, possibly for millions of years. To this day, I thank my lucky stars for being on the crystal path. I feel the communication between the realms opened wide for me at

So, the dreaded Brussels sprout, the ultimate underdog of the vegetable world, is making its appearance on the vegetable shelves as winter draws on in the Southern Hemisphere. These are the tiny cabbages that show up to the dinner party, touting their health benefits, while everyone tries to avoid them.
THESE mini green globes have long been the object of distaste, producing reactions ranging from mild disdain to outright horror. Why do people hate Brussels sprouts so much? And why should we be giving them a second chance?
First, let’s talk about the hatred. Probably, the root of this aversion for many lies in their taste and aroma, originating from revolting school dinners in the 1960’s. This reputation has then passed down through the generations, often leading to total avoidance. Let’s face it; we only cook what we like to eat.
Brussels sprouts contain compounds called Glucosinolates, which, when cooked, can break down into sulphurous compounds. Yes, sulphur; the same element that makes rotten eggs an assault to our sense of smell. When overcooked, Brussels sprouts release this pungent odour that can clear a room, so it’s little wonder that they are relegated to the bottom of the vegetable league.
Another minus point is their texture. Undercooked, they are unpalatable and when overcooked they become mushy and unappealing, with a bitterness that makes even the most adventurous
foodie wince. This unfortunate combination of smell, taste and texture has really provided a bad press for the Brussels.
Despite all this, the disappointing fact is that Brussels sprouts are actually really good for you. These little green nuggets are packed with nutrients that boost your energy support multiple body system functions.
For starters, Brussels sprouts are loaded with vitamins and minerals. They’re a fantastic source of vitamin C, which not only boosts your immune system it also helps keep your skin looking fresh and radiant. So, your secret weapon for glowing skin might just be hiding in the vegetable aisle. They’re also rich in vitamin K, which is essential for blood clotting and bone health. So, while you’re grimacing at the taste, your bones are thriving.
Additionally, they are high in fibre, hugely benefiting digestive health and for regulate blood sugar levels. They even help with maintaining a healthy weight, as they are low in calories and keep you feeling full at the same time. It’s like having your cake and eating it, except the cake is green and smells like sulphur.
“Brussel sprouts contain antioxidants; those magical molecules that help protect your cells from damage.”
Brussels sprouts contain antioxidants; those magical molecules that help protect your cells from damage. They’re like tiny bodyguards, fighting off free radicals and reducing your risk of chronic diseases.
Now, if the thought of eating a serve of Brussels sprouts still is revolting to you, there is an answer other than avoidance. The key is in the cooking. S

Roasting or frying Brussels sprouts with a little olive or avocado oil, salt, and pepper can transform them from bitter bombs into crispy, caramelised delights.
Try frying them in healthy avocado oil, good because of its neutral flavour. To prepare the sprouts, cut off the thick end and then slice in half, removing the outer leaves. Place them cut side down in the oil. Fry for 5 minutes then turn them to cook on the other side for 1 minute. Add slivered or half almonds and stir in well until the almonds are toasted. They become super crispy and are delicious
Prepare and fry as above and then add bacon, garlic or a splash of balsamic vinegar to elevate their flavour. These little bundles of goodness soon become the hero of the meal.
For a softer texture, prepare in the same way and fry for about 4 minutes, until they turn golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, and then add a ½ cup of chicken or vegetable stock. Put a lid on the pan and cook until the liquid has absorbed.
Brussels sprouts may have a bad reputation; however they are the unsung heroes of the vegetable kingdom. So, next time you see them in the vegetable section, give them a chance. Your body will thank you, even if your taste buds take a little more convincing.

Dwarf planet Sedna named after the Inuit goddess of the sea, ruined by her father and husband, knows how to find the true jewel of Self at the bottom of the ocean and is strongly present now in our skies to guide us.
ON a vast 11,400-year journey around the sun, Sedna will next be at her closest point to Earth in 50 years. A snip in her cycle! The last time she was so close was when, many believe, Atlantis sank around 11,000 – 12,000 years ago, plunging humanity into a relative cycle of separation consciousness.
Since mid-2023, Sedna has been more prominent in our psyches in her gradual move into Gemini, where she stays from April 2024 until 2067. When a planet with a huge orbit changes signs, as happens more frequently the closer it comes to Earth, there is a profound impact on human consciousness.
Now in the earliest degrees of storyteller Gemini after 58 years in Taurus, Sedna is making several flowing air trines to transformational Pluto in future-minded Aquarius. This is helping us rewrite our foundational stories of Self and further unlock the wisdom gained across lifetimes.
The next exact air trine is on 17 July when Sedna at zero degrees of Gemini harmonises with Pluto at zero degrees of Aquarius. Sedna again trines Pluto on 10 December, then a couple more times in 2025.
There are several versions of Sedna’s origin story, each equally dreadful.
A well-known version is that she disappointed her father by refusing to marry. She eventually agreed to wed a handsome man who said he would provide generously on his Arctic island.
It turned out that he was a demonic petrel bird that tricked, deprived and abused her.
Her father found out and came to bring her home. On the return kayak journey, the husband’s wrath raised a storm and, to save himself, Sedna’s father threw her overboard. When she tried to climb back in, he cut off her fingers and she sank in the icy water, unable to help herself.
Her severed fingers became the creatures of the sea, representing the powers of abundant creativity and self-sufficiency that always exist, brought forth only by challenge.
After physical death, her angry and grief-stricken spirit lived at the bottom of the ocean. When sea food was scarce in Inuit cultures it was believed to be Sedna’s will. The most fearless and powerful shamans would descend through horrifying places in consciousness to find and soothe her by combing her hair, which she could not do herself.
If the shaman applied utmost tenderness and compassion, Sedna might release food to hunters. If not, she was dangerous to both them and the hungry community. This speaks to how much love, respect and fearlessness is required to approach the wounded feminine at such levels, to engage in healing.
Unintegrated Sedna energy carries deep submerged anger, feelings of powerlessness and bitterness from betrayal. Mental health dangers lurk in
these waters, where we can encounter latent destructive seeds born of separation consciousness.
These float in the darkest recesses of our creative well and seek manifestation. Therefore, finding and balancing them is important for wellbeing.
We now have a breath of fresh air, reaching into the depths of the icy subconscious, to help us process ideas of who we are, born of ancient patterns of trauma. The element of air aids our metaphoric deep-sea dive with less risk of nitrogen narcosis, the deadly diver’s state of befuddlement.
Healing and integration of what Sedna represents brings an evolution of compassion and resilience towards ourselves and others and leads us to find more of the power within.
Sedna is very present in our patch of the galaxy at a key point in a macro cycle called the Grand Precessional Cross, presented by the late astronomer and astrologer Nick Anthony Fiorenza. This cycle sees us as seemingly separate, indicating the need to reunify feminine and masculine energies to evolve consciousness using creative contrast.
As we return to face the galactic heart once more, we experience a spiritual homecoming. After 12,000 years of separation consciousness, since the fall of Atlantis, Sedna’s return to Earth coincides with our rise into unity for all those souls who are ready to choose it. S

Q: I have been working on my chakras and have heard there are other ones too. What is the Earth Star Chakra and what is its purpose?
A: There are indeed many more chakras located both in our body and our auric field than the seven major ones you have noted. The Earth Star is situated in our etheric body, approximately 30cm (12”) below the soles of our feet. It is often associated with the colours Magenta and gold and certain sacred geometry shapes, one being the Merkabah.
Unlike the seven major chakras, it doesn’t relate directly to specific bodily functions and personality traits. Instead, it is associated with experiences concerning personal evolvement and developing universal consciousness.
The Earth Star forms the link to our relationship with the earth and acts as the conduit between our personal energy via our bodily chakras to the planet. This is crucial; in fact, we are dependent upon it, as it significantly affects our sense of grounding, stability and wellbeing in our daily activities, combatting any sense of alienation we may be experiencing.
Additionally, the Earth Star Chakra helps to generate feelings of connection with the earth itself, the ability to stay present and focused and helps us remain connected to the natural flow cycles of life. Each of these is beneficial in maintaining self-awareness and clear thinking.
As with our bodily chakras, it is important to remain centred and to identify when you are out of balance. Should you feel unfocussed, overly detached or scattered, walk out in nature or take a few minutes to imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, right into the centre of the earth to reconnect with its magnetic force. Then, feel this energy flowing upwards throughout your chakra system and back down again into the Earth, as it is important to create a connection and flow with all the chakras rather than focussing on just one. This will also clear and balance any negative energy that may have developed through the sense of disconnect.
Enjoy exploring this fascinating aspect of your experience.S
