Digging in the dust for hints of our origins and the technologies to make possible the superhuman feats of creating these extraordinary structures, which have withstood nature’s elements and linear time. There is nothing comparable architecturally now. Humanity’s modern methods broadly lack foresight and increasingly diminish in quality, methodology, technique, application and beauty. For all the technology of this Age, we cannot begin to replicate these ancient wonders, which supposedly were quarried by hand with picks, transported by horse and cart or by slaves, over enormous roadless
distances and waterways, then hand chiselled to mathematical precision, with no evidence found of any erroneous attempts.
