May establish a Golf Handicap at the Club with the payment of $25 per year/per person Handicap Fee.
Send Unaccompanied Guests to play Golf in accordance with the guidelines and with the
authorization of the General Manager. Unaccompanied Golf Guest Fees are: $65 from May 1stOct.31st; $110 from Nov.1 - April 30th (inclusive of green & cart fees).

Member Guest Policies
A Member cannot be a Guest of another Member.
SCC Members may have unlimited guests for dining.
Day Guest Policy: For Golf, Tennis, Bridge Bingo, Bunco, or any activity that is repeated more than once per month, the same Individual may be a Guest once per month and must be accompanied by the member.
House Guest Policy: Member obtains a “House Guest Card” from the Receptionist for a maximum of 14 days. A House Guest may accompany the member or use the club on their own for repeated activities (paying the appropriate guest fees). If a House Guest uses the Club on their own, all charges are applied to the Member’s account.

The Classic course was constructed in the late 1970’s and was designed by Ed Ryder. It hosted the Senior PGAClassicfromtheearlytolate1980’s.TheClassic offers a unique, traditional design setting. Rich is history, several golfing greats have conquered Suntree's Classic, including Julius Boros, Sam Snead, ArnoldPalmer,andDonJanuary.Withamplefairways and generous greens, it's a favorite among our members.
The Challenge Course, designed by Robert Walker of the ArnoldPalmerDesignCompany,openedinthemid1980’s and is carved out of the natural setting of Florida’s native marshlands. Lush, generous fairways greet youon each tee boxwithwell-manicuredgreenstofinishoffeachhole.This golf course is a picturesque jewel that takes full advantage of its secluded setting and abundant acreage. many natural and man- made hazards demand skillful club selection and superbaccuracy.

Tennis at Suntree Country Club

The Suntree tennis community enjoys competitive tennis in a family friendly environment. 6 lighted Har-Tru courts and 2 lighted hard courts are situated within the natural beauty of the country club grounds. Our team of 6 tennis professionals, led by Head Professional Paul Davis, organize lessons, match play, exhibitions, and social tennis events for all ages and levels of play.
Suntree has six women’s teams, one senior women’s, and four mixed teams that compete in the Space Coast Tennis Leagues and also fields several levels of men’s, women’s and mixed USTA teams. The teams have become their own “families” providing a nucleus of social play with members of similar levels of tennis. All of the Suntree women teams take weekly clinics from the tennis professionals. Clinics include level- appropriate drills, match play critique, and doubles strategy. Participants learn new skills each lesson to help them compete “tough” in that week’s match and beyond. Clinics are available to any group and from all of the pros, who often teach in pairs. Triples is offered on a monthly basis and a men’s Intraclub League is offered during the Spring and Fall seasons.
Whether it is for league matches, exhibitions, or just to support our members, spectators are always welcome. Children can often be found engaged in Kid’s Club activities, which coincide with adult evening social events.
Suntree’s tennis center has a full program for junior players, including weekly clinics, lessons, and summer camps. Suntree previously installed 60’ court lines on one of the hard courts. The junior program fosters friendly competition and team play with strong social bonds and great life lessons for the kids.
The tennis professionals provide individualized care for all our tennis members, whether it is providing pristine court conditions (brushing courts after play), setting up ball machines for your use, or delivering ice water and towels to your court.
Racquet stringing is provided with next day turn around and your friendly staff can be found playing with members on teams and for fun.
