"Norris and I moved to Suntree in 1984 and we joined the CC because we loved to play golf. We had moved from Lago Mar in Fort Lauderdale. We each played in several golf groups and Sunday mixers. We made life long friends here and enjoyed the social events. I still play bridge, bingo and exercise at the Club. I enjoy the dining and social events. I have many great memories in the 41 years as a member."

"When Suntree was founded in 1991, we had just moved here. It became our life and we made lifelong friends. We had many happy moments at Suntree Country Club. I still golf occasionally and come for meals now and then. Bob went to Heaven in 2017."

"While at PAFB Fred had been very active in and also played in the Fairfield Barnett Senior PGA Tour Classic here at Suntree. When he retired in ‘89 it was natural for us to move to Suntree for the golf and camaraderie. When the members bought the Club from Fairfield, the thing to do was join! We truly enjoyed going out after work and playing a few holes. We belonged to the DFA - Damn Fine Association - and played with them on weekends and away trips. What fun it has been! And Fred misses the golf more than anyone can imagine. "

"We became Suntree members in February, 1980. Wickham Road to 95 was unpaved- just two traffic lights from Suntree to NASA Blvd (Aurora and Sarno). Second nine of golf course just opened. A lot has changed since we became members, but Suntree Country Club has remained spectacular and the best place to have raised our four children."

"At the time, Brevard had golf courses, but no clubhouses, so Sunrtee was the most obvious place to join, plus we had friends from Maryland who were members. We were snowbirds for 2.5 years. I always worked on committees and ran for the BOD – I was treasurer. I played with many members over the years."

"I was first invited to play golf at Suntree Country Club back in 1981 when it was still just an 18-hole course. I instantly fell in love with the Club and knew I wanted to become a member. My husband and I officially joined in September of that same year. Golf quickly became a true passion of mine. Since 1982 I’ve had the honor of winning the Suntree Ladies Club Championship 17 times along with 6 Senior Championships. Over the years we’ve made many wonderful friends and thoroughly enjoyed attending the Club’s events, especially the beloved Suntree Sunday Buffet. In the 44 years I’ve been a member I’ve witnessed many changes at Suntree Country Club and it’s been a joy to be part of its growth and community."

"I retired from the Air Force in 1977 after 33 years of service and joined Suntree Country Club in 1978. I found the members friendly, sociable, and always willing to help. My wife and others planned parties with great dance bands and delicious food. Many of us were in the DFA Golf Group and took weekend trips to other clubs and courses in Florida."

"Suntree was my childhood. My parents and grandparents were Members who introduced me to golf as soon as I could walk. When we hosted the Senior Tour, I would race to the closest green to follow Arnold Palmer and "Chi Chi" Rodriguez after school. About every single day, I could be found either on the driving range or in the Suntree pool. I have seen Suntree grow into a great Club that embraces its Members. "

"Travis was the football coach at Satellite HS and was always stressed over football, so golf at Suntree was a great way to relieve stress during the weekends. We always enjoyed the early NYE festivities in what is now the Bar. One of our friends always hosted parties here that we loved attend."
