T H I S G U I D E
All of the Sunshower rental items are grouped into three main categories
The first are our "Decor Closet" items which are rented at $750 for access to any items you'd like to use. These items are complimentary rentals when you book on-site coordination from Sunshower. If there is not a price next to an item, it is a "Decor Closet" item.
The second category are items that we charge to rent because they need to be washed or laundered. The items are place settings, linens, bar and catering supplies These items will have pricing next to them in the guide
The third category are items that we call "Coordinator Supplies." These are things that are only available to clients who book on-site coordination, they are free to our clients and are things we bring to any wedding that needs them without being asked by our clients. Items in this category are things like wagons, lighters, tape, floral wire, umbrellas, first aid kit, bussing supplies, scissors, towels, tarps etc. Our Coordinator Supplies are extensive and go far beyond the average planner's emergency kit and we do not list them in this guide. They are not items that you, as a client, will need to select or tell us to bring. We will do that automatically as part of our event prep!

We absolutely love a good tablescape! And we add to our place setting items all the time! All of our place setting items are rented for a flat rate of $10/setting or for $2.50/item. $10 place settings include 2 glasses, charger, dinner plate and flatware We typically do not rent napkins because of staining issues, but we do have some available We are always updating our offerings so check the update date below!

This is a category we are always adding to because we love to go thrifting! While we do have some matching candles and vases, the vast majority of our collection are mismatched thrifted items All of these items are included in our "Decor Closet "
The candles themselves are not included in our decor items (other than our Lucid Candles - see below) and must be provided by the client
You will rarely, if ever, see updates made to this section because we do not itemize our candle holders and vases
But we do add more to our quantities!
When you are selecting candles and vases and filling out your decor instructions, general instructions are best! Things like "tapered and votive candles on tables, bud vases on entryway" are perfect! You do not need to itemize how many or which exact candles or vases are going where unless there's a special reason Our team will use our best judgment when adding candles and vases.

LUCID CANDLE PARAFFIN CANDLES
Lucid candles are plexiglass candles that are hollow on the inside and have a wick They burn similarly to an oil lamp but instead of oil, the inside has liquid paraffin These burn much cleaner than normal candles, and the flame is slightly more breeze resistant than a normal candle They are also dripless which is so important when using rented linens that cannot get waxy

So keep an eye on this space for additions and also, before you buy something for your event, make sure to check in with us because we might already have it! All of these items are included in our "Decor Closet" unless otherwise noted
When you are selecting something that we have a variety of, like baskets, rather than choosing the exact basket you think you will want, write in your decor instructions what the basket is for.
Instructions like "basket for holding 60 coffee favors" or "basket for cards" is super helpful to us We will pick out the basket that we think will look best and fit the items it is meant to hold!
