A next-generation modular parts washing and drying system, with flexible combinations in a compact footprint.
Low-pressure washers don’t have the power to remove chips and residue from tapped or blind holes. Shower washers don’t provide precision aim, so chips are left behind. Higher pressure systems are more expensive to purchase and operate. Sugino’s JCC-Module combines a Swing-Arm Targeted Cleaning method with the right pressure to solve these common problems.

The secret to high-speed, high-precision cleaning is our patented Swing-Arm Targeted Cleaning. The workpiece's rotation axis and the nozzle's three servo axes move in sync, constantly targeting the holes while spraying. High-precision cleaning accurately targets tapped and blind holes. High-speed positioning using multiple axes and high-flow jets from multiple nozzles cleans the entire workpiece quickly and completely. Compared to conventional shower cleaners, this reduces power consumption and contributes to improved sustainability.
The workpiece and nozzle are synchronized, and the cleaning water always hits the tapped hole perpendicularly, achieving high cleanliness.
The JCC-Module has a very small footprint, just mm wide, and is ergonomically friendly. Winner of the Good Design Award for its thoroughly compact and modular composition with separate functions, the JCC-Module can be easily introduced into any factory. The height at which the system is placed allows users to handle the workflow, operation, and maintenance intuitively.

The cleaning module is also equipped with a standard air blowing mechanism, allowing cleaning and drying to be performed in one unit. And just like the cleaning pass, the air blower also uses a swing-targeting technique to achieve highly accurate drying.
CNC control and modular design allow for flexible response to changes in production plans.
By inserting and removing modules, you can freely change the line configuration. If part types or production plans change, modules can be added, removed, or moved for maximum flexibility and long-term use.

EXAMPLES
Moisture cannot be completely removed by air blowing, causing rust on the workpiece.
Too many cutting chips and oil are carrying over - cycle time is not achieved.
Production plans change, and some modules are idle.
Thoughtful Design for Easy Usage and Maintenance
Add a vacuum
Add a rough cleaning module before the rinse cleaning to improve cleaning efficiency.
Reduce capital investment by sharing modules between lines and factories.
With ergonomics in mind, the height of the cleaning room and control panel have been designed for ease of use from the operator's point of view. When combining modules, a maintenance passage is created behind the cleaning room, allowing daily inspections to be carried out all at once.
