STUDENT LIFE ADVISING

Northern offers access to advisors that specialize in advocating, supporting and encouraging students in personal, social and academic matters. Available throughout the academic year to educate students on their rights and responsibilities, our advisors also offer services to prospective students looking for help with program selection and general programming information.

FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE

We want to make your first post-secondary academic year a successful one. Northern offers services designed to encourage student success early on, providing study guidelines, intervention strategies and anything else you made need to adjust to college life and your academic programming. Northern’s first year experience is there to provide the answers you need to succeed.
