Sponsorship at SMC

Corporate sponsorship is extremely important to SMC. Our business partners provide services and additional resources so that we can continue to deliver great opportunities to students through systems and support.

These partnerships strengthen the connection between the College and our community and the impact of sponsorship extends far beyond the immediate benefits.

In 2022 we were delighted to announce a new strategic partnership with Lexus of Christchurch.

The Lexus philosophy of ‘The pursuit of perfection’ and Lexus’ commitment to excellence and innovation are a natural fit with our vision to create empathetic, confident and connected global citizens who value personal excellence and strive to make a positive difference.

Lexus and SMC also have common goals and values, and it is this alignment that facilitated the strong connection underpinning the partnership. It is a first of its kind towards a sustainable future with New Zealand schools.
