Annual Appeal 2022

It is with great joy and gratitude that we share the remarkable success of our 2022 Annual Appeal. Thanks to the unwavering support and generous contributions of our donors and community, this year's campaign exceeded all our expectations.

Donors were given the option of two funds - The Playground Appeal and the Teaching and Learning Fund and we are thrilled to announce that we received over $100,000 in donations.

Due to a very generous donation from a current St Margaret’s College family we were able to ensure that the incredible Lappsett playground was built for the opening in Term 1, 2023. The money raised towards the Teaching and Learning Fund will be held in our Endowment Fund and the return invested in staff professional development as required.

Annual Appeals are instrumental to the fundraising efforts at SMC. They give us the opportunity to engage with a broad range of stakeholders whilst we can enhance programme and resource offerings at the school outside of an operational budget.

No celebration of success would be complete without expressing our deepest gratitude to all our donors who made it all happen. The transformative impact of our collective generosity has made a lasting difference in both our campus enhancement programme and our teaching and learning fund.

Our next Annual Appeal will be sent to our SMC community in early 2024 and we look forward to reporting further on the success of our Annual Appeal programme.
