Between the top floor and the spire is exactly where the summit of Mt. Helix would measure up when compared to the most famous building in the world, the Empire State Building.

The top floor of the Empire State Building in New York City stands at 1,250 feet, when including the antenna and spire atop the building it stands at 1,454 feet. The summit of Mt. Helix measures in at 1,365 feet, exactly in between the top floor and the spire.

With an average of October temperatures in New York City being 64º/50º and the average of the greater Mt. Helix area coming in at 79º/56º for the same month, it's safe to say there is no comparison in this category.
