Den Optakt vun der Versammlung huet d’Presentatioun vum Plan d’Action communal transversal oder PAC(t) gemaach. Dëst ass eng Initiativ, déi d’Engagementer zesummebréngt, déi d’Gemeng Stengefort duerch d’Ënnerschreiwe vum Pakt vum Zesummeliewen an der Europäescher Charta fi r d’Gläichstellung vu Fraen a Männer am lokale Liewe gemaach huet. Den Aktiounsplang baséiert op enger resultatorientéierter Approche opgedeelt a fënnef Pilieren: 1 Intergenerational an interkulturell Renconteren encouragéieren; 2 D’Populatioun bewosst op Diversitéit a Gläichheet sensibiliséieren; 3 Prinzippie vun der Net-Diskriminéierung ze institutionaliséieren; 4 D’Participatioun um Gemengeliewen duerch zougänglech Informatiounen a Kommunikatioun fi r jidderee fërderen; 5 Stäerke vun (inklusiver) Representatioun, Demokratie a Participatioun (Biergerschaft).

No der Presentatioun vum PAC(t) war et dunn un der Virstellung vum Projet vum neie Kulturzentrum „An de Keeseminnen“ wou den Ufank vum Bau fi r 2023 geplangt ass.

Zum Schluss haten d‘Matbierger.innen nach d‘Geleeënheet, bei engem Patt hir Froen zu dësen 2 Themen un de Schäff erot ze stellen.

Dans le cadre de la séance d‘information du 7 juillet, le collège échevinal avait invité les citoyen.nes pour informer sur le PAC(t) et le nouveau centre culturel.

Le Plan d’Action Communal transversal est une initiative qui permet de regrouper les engagements que la Commune de Steinfort a pris en signant le Pakt vum Zesummeliewen et la Charte européenne pour l’égalité des femmes et des hommes dans la vie locale. Le plan d’action est établi à partir d’une approche basée sur les résultats et comprend cinq grands piliers : 1 Encourager les rencontres intergénérationnelles et interculturelles ; 2 Sensibiliser la population à la diversité et l’égalité & équité ; 3 L’institutionnalisation des principes de non-discrimination ; 4 Favoriser la participation dans la vie commune en rendant l’information et la communication accessibles à tou.te.s ; 5 Renforcement de la représentation (inclusive), de la démocratie et de la participation (citoyenne).

La Commune espère pouvoir mettre en œuvre sur quatre ans, donc jusqu’en 2026, un maximum d’actions et ainsi promouvoir la diversité et le bon vivre-ensemble à Steinfort, Kleinbettingen, Hagen et Grass. Le plan s’adresse à toute la communauté de la commune, c’està-dire la population, le personnel communal et l’école. La présentation du PAC(t) a été suivie par la présentation du projet du nouveau centre culturel « An de Keeseminnen » dans le début de la construction est prévu pour 2023.

Pour clôturer la séance d’information, les concitoyen.nes ont eu l’occasion de poser leurs questions au Collège des Bourgmestre et échevins autour d’un verre.

The aldermanic college invited the citizens to inform them about the “PAC(t)” and the new cultural centre.

The Municipal Transversal Action Plan “PAC(t)” is an initiative bringing together the commitments that the Municipality of Steinfort has made by signing the “Pakt vum Zesummeliewen” and the European Charter for Equality of Women and Men in Local Life. The action plan is based on a result-oriented approach and consists of fi ve main pillars: 1 Promotion of intergenerational and intercultural encounters; 2 Awareness raising of diversity and equality & equity; 3 Institutionnalisation of non-discrimination principles; 4 Information and communication accessible to all promotes participation in community life; 5 Strengthening of (inclusive) representation, democracy and (citizen). The municipality plans to implement as many actions as possible over a period of four years, i.e. until 2026, in order to promote diversity and good living together in Steinfort, Kleinbettingen, Hagen and Grass. The plan is aimed at the whole community of the municipality, i.e. the population, the municipal staff and the school. The presentation of the “PAC(t)” was followed by the presentation of the project for the new cultural centre „An de Keeseminnen“, the construction of which is planned to start in 2023.
