Christopher Techera - First Aid Chair I chose this project as having experience in sports such as Rugby League, I have witnessed many injuries, especially around the leg. After seeing players walk off the field injured and putting pressure on the injury and possibly causing long term issues, I decided to work around this issue, so I designed this First Aid Chair to fix this. The project is specifically designed for people who play sports such as, but not limited to; basketball, soccer, netball, rugby league and rugby union. This First Aid Chair will mostly be used for the sporting fields (grass/turf and courts). Funny moment: During the production of the chair, I didn’t have any brakes on the first set of castors I used and my chair was rolling away in my backyard, I didn’t notice until I turned around and it was gone. That was funny to me at the time, which made me realise I needed brakes for the chair!
Nicholas Kynaston - The Secure Locker I chose this project based on my experiences with lockers while at school and was unsatisfied with the functionality and safety of my locker. I wanted to solve this issue and designed and built The Secure Locker.

The project is designed mainly for a student within a school environment, but could be implemented into gyms, workplaces and other locations where lockers are required. Several challenges hindered my production, but the main challenge was being unable to access the workshop and tools which limited my options when building the project. After completing this project, I have learned that I have an interest in electronics and programming components, which I will hopefully take into my future career.
