It’s not too late to join the recently started GriefShare support group. A safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief, in this 12-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. TAIZE WORSHIP SERVICE

Taize worship is based on the tradition developed in Taize, France after WWII when a group of men came together to pray for peace. A Taize service invites you into a time of contemplation using simple chanting, prayers, scripture, and 10 minutes of silence.

Starting Point is a 30-minute orientation to St. Luke’s. You’ll meet others who are new and leave with a next step to help you find your place within the church. This is a great way to become familiar with who we are and how we live out our faith. No registration is needed

EXPLORING MEMBERSHIP

AUGUST 27 FROM 12:15-2:45PM - AT MIDTOWN CAMPUS

The Exploring Membership Class will help you learn more about the United Methodist Church and the process for formally joining St. Luke’s. Here you’ll learn more about who we are, our beliefs, and our mission. You’ll also get to hear the story of our church and discuss what it means to be a member of this local congregation through serving, growing in your faith journey, moving toward generosity, and more. If you’re attending in person, we will provide lunch and childcare is available. This month’s class will be held at the Midtown Campus and is open for everyone.
