January Table Groups
How do we know what God would want for us? How do we make decisions that lead us closer to God and to who we were made to be? In a world filled with endless noise and competing demands, how do we tune in to what God is actually calling us to do?
This January, we invite you to go deeper by joining a table group as part of our New Year series, "Pursuing God's Will Together." Together, we will dig into the mystery of discernment and make it practical, relevant, and doable for each of us. Table group experiences begin January 18. Go to stlukesumc.com/ tablegroups to register. Let's start 2026 growing in faith together!

Winter/Spring Groups & Classes
In Adult Discipleship, we've organized our classes into four streams so you can quickly find what fits your interests and needs: Bible, Theology, Contemplation & Prayer, and Spiritual Life.
The Bible stream takes a deeper dive into scripture, allowing for an in-depth examination of the multiple facets within a passage. The Theology stream offers a broader overview, exploring fundamental themes and ideas that help us organize how we think about scripture as a whole. The Contemplation & Prayer stream develops our skills in reflecting on scripture and strengthens our conversation with the divine through prayer practice (can often be found in the Care & Contemplation section). And the Spiritual Life stream is where faith becomes practical— where we begin to apply what we study to our everyday lives.
If you find yourself constantly gravitating toward just one stream, we encourage you to try another! Different streams offer fresh angles on faith as you continue to grow. Scan the QR code to see our full list of current offerings and find your next step.

Wed | 6PM | Begins April 15 | In-person | North Indy | 5 weeks
Are you concerned, anxious, or frightened at the state of our country? Do you want to live in a safe and welcoming community, but feel like that is slipping away? The best antidote to fear and anxiety might just be action!
Community Organizing 101 will provide you with a framework for identifying what you value in a community, and connect you with people and a process to help you make that happen. This is about more than writing letters, and is not about marching with signs or protesting outside the capitol (unless that's your thing!). This IS about finding your voice, reclaiming individual and collective power that is the cornerstone of our democracy, and connecting to others who value the same things you do. This kind of organizing is rooted in relationships and in our Methodist history, and is supported by our Social Principles.
Sponsored by Indy Action Coalition, and facilitated by Josh Riddick and team.
