Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. GIVE: SOME PRACTICAL WAYS TO FILL YOUR CUP

Discover your gifts through the Spiritual Gifts Assessment on Rock. Simply go to your Rock profile, click “actions”, then “assessment”. The assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete. Once you’ve completed it, you can connect with a Spiritual Gifts Navigator to learn more about how to use your gifts. Email Terri Coe (terri.coe@stlukesumc.com) to learn more.

Do a “giving audit” of your time and resources. Where are you living generously? Where would you like to be more intentional with your giving? Decide on one thing you will do to live in a more giving-oriented way this coming week.

Sign up to serve through St. Luke’s. There are many different ways to use your gifts in our community. Visit stlukesumc.com/serve to find your place.
