PARENT ORGANIZATIONS
All fundraising activities are run through the school or are sanctioned exclusively through the parent organizations. Any additional fundraising activities must be approved by the St. Pius X administration.
ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION

St. Pius X is proud of its tradition of athletic excellence. The St. Pius X Athletic Association serves as the vehicle for parents, grandparents, and alumni to get involved. A majority of students participate in 20+ athletic programs.
The Athletic Association serves every sport by providing 39% of team expenses. Membership fees provide funding for field equipment, uniforms, staff expenses, a portion of coaching stipends, officiating fees, and awards. An annual membership drive is held each July with levels ranging from $50 to $750. Corporate sponsorships and general advertising opportunities are also solicited.
HOME AND SCHOOL

MOTHERS’ CLUB

The St. Pius X Home and School Association provides a vehicle for communication and community building between parents and the administration, faculty, and staff. The group also promotes and maintains parental involvement by assisting with events including Class Parent Nights, Assemblies, Career Day, and Open House. Each family is assessed $25 per student in membership dues on their FACTS account at the beginning of the school year.

The St. Pius X Mothers’ Club is open to all current mothers, alumni mothers, and legal guardians.
The group provides opportunities to meet in friendship, share in faith, and work in service for the good of the community. The primary focus is to provide a bridge of supplemental financial and volunteer support to students, families, faculty, and the extended community. Student scholarship funds are raised through Holiday Marketplace, used uniform sales, membership, and restricted gifts. The annual membership drive is held in July, and the basic membership fee is $25.
ST. PIUS X ARTS SOCIETY (SPAS)

The Fine Arts Program is supported by St. Pius X Catholic High School and the St. Pius X Arts Society (SPAS). Many parents and other supporters of the arts contribute to the program both financially and through volunteer hours. SPAS enables St. Pius X to provide an enriched education in the arts for students.
SPAS memberships fund guest artists, innovative courses, field experiences, award-winning productions, scholarships, trips, and more. An annual membership drive is held each July with levels ranging from $50 to $550. Corporate sponsorships and general advertising opportunities are also solicited.

Examples of planned gifts include gifts of cash, securities, tangible property, real estate, or life insurance.

Scholarships and Memorials ensure a St. Pius X education is within reach for as many students as possible. This form of tuition assistance is awarded to students based on need.
