SPRING HARVEST Our Digital Journey from Lockdown 1 till now… WE’VE NOT BEEN able to meet for two years, so Spring Harvest 2022 will be an incredibly special and unforgettable reunion. We have been truly amazed by all that God has done during our journey from Big Top to laptop. With 2020’s event cancelled at the last minute, we quickly moved our complete programme onto YouTube. On our first night, we broadcast live to
75,000 devices - our largest live gathering ever! We went on to reach 187,000 devices with a varied programme for all ages. But that week marked just the beginning of a digital journey in which we have been fully reminded that God is not limited by anything... including a global pandemic. 26-31 OCTOBER 2020 13-17 APRIL 2020 Spring Harvest Home 2020 An unforgettable week. Coming together in person wasn’t possible, but God brought the whole Church together digitally from our own homes.
Harvest Pop Up Instead of taking a flavour of Spring Harvest to local churches, we went fullon digital again during October half-term.
The first lockdown took Spring Harvest from lorries to laptops in just three weeks. Our first ever Spring Harvest Home went out on YouTube the week after Easter, exploring the theme: Unleashed - The Acts Church Today. It was a remarkable moment. Spring Harvest delivered the essence, vision and uniqueness of the event to equip the church for action in homes across the nation. Live captioning ensured we were accessible to all and speaker Patrick Regan shared about tackling anxiety and perfectionism. Remember our Big Start theme song, ‘Glow’? That got everyone singing!

This special time, with live and pre-recorded sessions for all ages, including loads of music and worship from Cheeky Pandas! Malcolm Corden’s daily Bible readings were perhaps a favourite. Waking up each morning to hear him powerfully unpack a Psalm brought refreshment and the opportunity to re-focus.

4-8 APRIL 2021 Spring Harvest Home 2021 Year two of Spring Harvest Home! With more time to prepare, we streamed the event on our brand-new website and provided a space for people to gather, chat and be ministered to. Brilliant speakers and worship leaders from the UK, The Netherlands, France, Nigeria and India helped unpack our theme: Unrivalled: Why we worship?
New Christians on our first night shared their special moments in the chat as they prayed the prayer alongside Rev Cris Rogers. Artist, Helen Yousaf, painted a prophetic picture highlighting the plight of 1,000 secret Christians through our special partnership with Open Doors.
We are so excited about joining together again safely next year in Harrogate, Skegness and Minehead. We believe the nation needs an event where the whole Church gathers from every denomination to dream a bigger dream and refocus.
