I’m happy to say that goalkeeper training has started this week.

Specialised goalkeeper training is critical in a keepers development and I will be working closely with Rodney and Brownie to ensure that our younger goalkeepers develop the key elements in positioning, catching, diving, distribution & more.

Having been a goalkeeper myself this is something I’m very passionate about and I'm looking forward to seeing our younger goalkeepers develop over time.

One final thing I will say is young goalkeepers will make mistakes & developing technique in goalkeepers takes a long time so please be patient with your teams goalkeeper.
