Sometimes, seeing a live show, concert or performance is breathtaking, perhaps thought provoking, maybe educational or affirming. But the shows we remember and enjoy the most are simply just plain fun!

Our 2023-2024 Showtime Series is exactly that... five exciting evenings of music, smiles, and sheer fun at the theater!

We are pleased to present five fun-filled shows, live onstage at the Clark State Performing Arts Center’s Kuss Auditorium. Your Season Tickets ensure your favorite seats, savings on ticket prices, and early access to additional tickets for all performances. With free parking, comfortable seating, great acoustics, and some of the best prices in the Miami Valley, you’ll rediscover the sheer fun of a night out at the theater!

“We are saying what HE said,” laughs Matt Vee, referring to the one and only Neil Diamond! Matt, along with cousins Jeff and Tommy Vee (music scene veterans and sons of the legendary Bobby Vee) join forces with their family and friends as “The Killer Vees” to celebrate the timeless music of “The King of Diamonds,” superstar Neil Diamond With songs including “Cracklin’ Rosie,” “Song Sung Blue,” “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers,” and “Sweet Caroline,” Diamond sold over 100 million records worldwide with music that became the soundtrack of one generation after another, as he recorded hits spanning five decades.

“This is not a tribute show,” says Tommy Vee. “This is a celebration of an amazing musical icon, one we all love and respect. We have an incredible group of singers and players and have gone back to the original records,” he explains. “It’s a rockin’ show that truly celebrates the legendary Neil Diamond!”

Travel to Victorian London to meet kindly Bob Cratchit, his son Tiny Tim, the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, and the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future, who take Scrooge on an eye-opening journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas, in this original production of the Charles Dickens’ classic, A Christmas Carol.

Concert artist/singer/actress Lisa McClowry perfectly captures the essence of the legendary Cher in this Broadway-style live stage show, The Beat Goes On McClowry, the talented main attraction of this theatrical production, has perfectly mastered every aspect of portraying one of the most iconic divas of the 20th century!

From her singing and speaking voice, the makeup, the walk and the talk, to the multiple Bob Mackie-inspired costumes and the unmistakable mannerisms, nothing is overlooked in this evening celebrating the hits of “the Goddess of Pop” from the 60’s to present day, performed with a live band, including “I Got You Babe,” “Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves,” “I Found Someone,” “The Way of Love,” “Dark Lady,” “If I Could Turn Back Time,” “Believe,” and many more!

Puppy Pals Live! is a family-fun, action-packed show where adopted and rescued dogs perform spectacular stunts and breathtaking feats. Watch as the puppies and audience are led through challenging and comical tricks, as the pooches show everyone who is really boss!

As seen on “America’s Got Talent,” Puppy Pals Live! is full of big surprises and laugh-out-loud canine comedy that appeals to all ages!

NEW and RENEWAL SEASON TICKETS ON SALE BEGINNING MONDAY, JULY 10, 2023.

TO ENSURE their same seats from the previous season, Season Ticket holders must renew season ticket subscriptions by Monday, August 14, 2023.

New and renewing Season Ticket Subscribers may also order additional single tickets (before seats are available to the general public) when placing subscription orders.

Single tickets on sale beginning Monday, August 21, 2023.

STUDENTS age 22 & under receive discounts on many tickets; call 937-328-3874.

SHOWTIME! Series events are held at Clark State Performing Arts Center, 300 South Fountain Avenue, Springfield. Free parking at performances is available in several nearby non-business lots.

The Springfield Arts Council reserves the right to offer promotional discounts and “rush” ticket sales at any time for limited seating areas at selected performances. Seating is based on availability.

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled without being rescheduled or replaced.

Ticket exchanges are limited and based on individual performances and availability. Due to technical requirements of some shows, seats located in Section I, Row AA, seats 101 though 118, may at times have an obstructed view of the stage.

All tickets purchased incur ticket and facility fees. Ticket sales are managed through Clark State Performing Arts Center’s ticket office and Etix®. The Springfield Arts Council receives no revenue from additional ticket fees.

SHOWTIME! Series events, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Limited wheelchair seating positions may be requested when purchasing tickets. Clark State Performing Arts Center also has several parking spaces for patrons with disabilities.

Sign Interpretation and Audio Description available; please request at least one week prior to event.

Wireless hearing enhancement systems are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the PAC Ticket Office.
