Mrs. Preety Khanna is working for a US based IT company named Website Toolbox India Private Limited as the General Manager wherein, she controls the entire Human Resources, Operations & Administration. She has been associated with this company from last 14+ years. She confidently handles her job profile in this male oriented IT domain. She has done her post-graduation in Commerce & thereafter, grabbed the MBA degree from IMT. She has worked with big brand companies like HCL, Maruti & EXL in her previous endeavours.

She has won the title of Mrs. India 2022 organized with grand success at Hotel Taj, Agra on the 6th of August, 2022. The beauty Pageant was organized by Anshu Mudgal and Madhur Sharma, founders of Ashirwad Consultants. Celebrities in this show were Manya Singh (Femina Miss India runner-up), Veer Dahiya (Singer), Ritu Suhas (ADM Ghaziabad), Neetu Singh (owner of Sini lifestyle), Neha Yadav (owner of SKD university).

It is rightly said "Age is just a number” for Preety Khanna. At the age of 41, she participated in the beauty pageant Mrs. India 2022, a platform given to women to showcase their talent where age does not matter. A hard core extensive screening was done looking out for exclusive/outstanding women all across the country out of which 40 contestants were short-listed for the final participation in this pageant.

All said the show this time was very intense comprising of so many exclusive rounds to evaluate the true potential of the participants through a variety of rounds like the Talent round, Boss Lady round, Ethnic round and Self Introduction. Mrs. Preety Khanna came up in flying colours by presenting something very unique in every round. In the Talent round, she defeated every other contender by showcasing an exceptional session of strength using dumbbells & strength exercises. She was titled as “Mrs. Gold Glamorous” after her given performance in the talent round and was certificated for this big achievement. In Boss Lady round, she depicted to be an Air Hostess with a flawless body language. Her self-introduction round was a power packed performance full of confidence & belief in herself. “Hard-work pays”, this is what she answers when being questioned about how she achieved this milestone.

She is a mother of a 12 year old boy and a life partner of an IT professional Mr. Deepak Khanna who is also the Director of Sonet Microsystems Pvt. Ltd, Noida. It’s been 16 years of a successful journey with her soul mate whom she knows since her school days. INTRODUCTION

My name is Desiree and I'm only 18 years old, I'm Italian and I live in Rome. I study and pursue my dream of becoming a model / photo model. I started out very shy even though I've always liked being photographed but my brake was being very insecure of myself and I never felt up to it.

Until February 24th where I was in a car accident in which I broke my nose and fractured my jaw and cheekbone. My face was devastated and almost unrecognizable, I was swollen that I could no longer open my eyes and I spent weeks of hell in the hospital, but with a lot of willpower, patience and the help of the surgeons who operated on me and followed me in the my journey, I finally return to my appearance. And to this day I almost don't even have a sign of the impact anymore.

From there I had a feeling of rebirth. I began to appreciate every little thing more and I decided to seriously undertake what is now a project of both personal and professional growth. And for which I am aiming all of myself and my energies.

I'm getting to know many photographers in the sector, I shoot both with professional photographers and with guys who do it at an amateur level for passion and from every person I know I get something that I will carry in my heart, everyone leaves me a lesson, advice or even just the experience itself of doing the shooting. I still have a long way to go and I can't wait to find out what things life will offer me.

I am Maria Romana Morini, aka Mary Raw I am a professional freelance photo model, I have posed for many photographers from all over Italy for years, they know me in all Italian regions and for a while also abroad thanks to my interviews I have posed for all photographic genres, nude, erotic, fashion, glamour, I am currently on maternity leave as I have recently had a baby, Giovanni Paolo, now he is 8 months old, with whom I will soon take photos in the studio that I will share on social networks and web and I'm also pregnant again, I'm in the fifth month of pregnancy and soon posed for new photos with the baby bump for this too After giving birth I will start again with my job and I will also be able to travel again, especially when the children grow up, and speaking of this I would like to talk about in this interview about women and work, about being able to live well one's motherhood and pregnancy being models and being known on social media. It's important that every woman, like every model, loves her body and her life thinking about both work and her private life, it doesn't necessarily mean that one excludes the other You can feel good about yourself and dedicate yourself to your children and to taking care of your body, but in the meantime don't abandon your dreams

Support between women is also important, there must be no competition at work or in private life, models often experience a climate of competition at work, beauty plays a main role and it is right on the one hand, but also in private many women envy those who manage to create a family and in the meantime also be successful at work.

Since I was in elementary school, having been very beautiful since I was a child, I have known people who appreciated it and people who bullied me instead, especially my female classmates, unfortunately I suffered a lot and for many years from the fact that they excluded me and treated me badly, even in middle and high school, then I grew up, I opened my eyes, I strengthened myself and I understood that I shouldn't feel bad about it, but that my beauty was a strong point, that they did it only because they couldn't accept that I was more beautiful and they blamed me unjustly, that I had to leave them to their suffering and think about my happiness instead and I had my revenge by being successful thanks to the my beauty, working with my beauty as a model now in addition to being known throughout Italy as a photo model, I am also well known on social networks, especially instagram, my nickname is Maryraw official. This visibility brings positive and negative things

There are "keyboard lions" who are obviously much less than my fans, they are 4 or 5 girls, who have tried to criticize me, to belittle me, out of envy for my success and my beauty and happiness even in their private life which they don't have, but by now I I'm so used to this kind of people, as I told you, that I laugh about it and I enjoy answering them sarcastically every now and then to laugh with my fans, but I always put them in their place, so they should do all my fellow models who are known on social media with their haters.

I have many projects in mind for when the children grow up and I will have more time to completely rededicate myself to my work I'm not talking about it because I'm a bit superstitious and I just want positive energy, but I've already organized various news for my fans.

In all of this I hope to honor the memory of my father, Giovanni Morini, who was a crime reporter for many years at Ansa, in Rome, and who always wanted me to become a photo model I have to thank my father, even though he's been dead for a few years now, for the values he passed on to me and the self-confidence, for making me travel around the world seeing beautiful places and staying in the best hotels and eating in the best restaurants , but always making me understand the value of money, that even if you are economically privileged you must never flaunt your wealth, but think about remaining classy, elegant and educated Thanks Dad I miss you Thanks also to my fans, to those who tried to hurt me in life but instead made me stronger, to my family and to myself who managed to make a dream come true and I will make many more dreams true!

It is often said that energy flows where attention goes Simply put, the tasks and thoughts to which you direct your focus receive the majority of your energy and investment If you continually dwell on the past, you may find yourself trapped in its grip However, the choice is yours You can either remain attached to your past self or choose to embrace your present self, contributing to your personal growth and becoming the best version of yourself

Every day presents us with opportunities and choices, dependent on our unique circumstances It is up to you to carefully weigh and analyze these choices, ultimately making decisions that can bring about life-changing transformations

We all have to agree that COVID-19 pandemic brought tremendous chaos, causing people to lose jobs, experience loss of loved ones, and face mental and physical health challenges However, even within this context, there lies another perspective to explore. We witnessed individuals stepping forward to share their expertise, conducting workshops, initiating their own businesses, and providing support to those in crisis through financial aid and volunteer work This wave of disruption shattered misconceptions, limited mindsets, and dependency Opportunities are not limited to chance; we can create them by simply taking action This is precisely what I have done

Allow me to share my personal journey of finding inner peace, creating new opportunities, and fulfilling one of my life missions through the starting my podcast Despite encountering numerous obstacles, I discovered my potential and delved deeper into selfexploration Waiting for opportunities is not necessary; instead, we must seize them by formulating actionable plans. To understand how I ventured into podcasting, let's rewind to the year 2020, a time of confusion and uncertainty due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown It was during this period that online workshops emerged as a gateway for individuals to acquire new skills and redirect their careers While attending numerous free workshops, a YouTube advertisement caught my attention an ad about starting a podcast channel. Although the workshop provided a glimpse, I embarked on extensive research to explore my desired genre and learn from people's experiences After careful consideration and discussions, I chose self-improvement as my genre, driven by my personal struggles and a genuine desire to guide others toward their own light at the end of the tunnel I aimed to empower individuals, enabling them to become their own self-coaches and directors of their lives

However, my podcasting journey has been filled with twists and turns Let me address a few common questions I often receive and provide the answers:

Question 1: What my podcast “SELF TALK SHOW” is all about?

SELF TALK SHOW is a unique podcast that embarks on a profound journey with its listeners Devoted entirely to each individual, it becomes a beacon of light, emphasizing the significance of the inner dialogue and its impact on personal growth Through this captivating podcast, one delves into a transformative exploration, aiming to sculpt a renewed and enhanced self. Introducing an array of tools, techniques, and effective practices, it paves the way for self-empowerment, encouraging every listener to embrace their innate potential and emerge as the orchestrator of their own destiny SELF TALK SHOW sets the stage for a captivating narrative, intertwining wisdom and inspiration to guide individuals towards becoming leaders of their own lives

Question 2: Do I have a team?

No, I handle all aspects of my podcast independently From ideation to episode creation, editing, creative design, publishing, and managing guest communications every step is personally managed by me.

Question 3: What challenges do I face on a daily basis?

I encounter various challenges, but one that stands out is the background noise Living in a home close to a busy road has its drawbacks, but I have converted a small storeroom into my home studio to mitigate the issue

Question 4: Do I offer one-on-one personal coaching?

Currently, I haven't started taking on one-on-one clients for personal coaching, but I have opened the gates to this possibility

My creative process involves extensive online and offline research I actively engage with diverse individuals to understand their needs and preferences, which guides me in creating content that can truly help and inspire them I am also part of various selfhelp and self-improvement genre groups to stay updated. From there, I move into the ideation phase, followed by structuring and scriptwriting, which incorporates practical and effective practices Finally, I record the episodes

Absolutely! I have been dedicated to my own personal growth for the past eight years. As I mentioned earlier, I have personally experienced self-hate and a lack of self-acceptance Consequently, I actively practice what I preach, striving to continually grow and evolve

By embracing this truth and embarking on your unique journey of self-discovery and growth, you can overcome any limitations and achieve remarkable things Trust in yourself and take action, for it is through action that you will unlock your true potential and create the life you envision

I am Sweta Bhattacharya, born and brought up in kolkata. I was born in a joint big family, All my family members were from politics. I started focusing on myinstagrampageandlistedmynamein some modeling portal so I can get work. From This i got 1st paid work that was an ecommerce advertisement in flipkart.
