The Ageless Grace Program: 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease can be done by almost anyone of any age or ability. The movement sequences focus on the health and longevity of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. All the exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair. DAVIE CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga will improve posture, deepen the breath, increase strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and decrease stress. It is ideal for those who do not want to, or are unable to, get down to the floor on a traditional yoga mat. Using the chair for support, the postures will be presented in a slow, clear and manageable way in order for the student to comfortably and confidently connect with the mind and body. Suitable for all levels and abilities. Classes are held at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center on Thursdays from 11:30am-12:30pm. Classes are free for silver sneakers members or $20 for a package of 4.

Our After-School program entitles students to up to 15 classes per week and offers pickup from over 30 local schools. BKS picks up during all early release days and offers day camps during teacher workdays for an additional fee. This program is available for students ranging in age from 5 to 18 and is deeply discounted over the normal group class rate.
