For Weight Loss Losing weight is one of the top New Year’s resolutions. What better way to lose all those extra pounds than to breathe?

Studies hove shown that deep breathing is a weight loss accelerant. It transforms body shape, sheds pounds, improves muscle tone and boosts energy levels.

Fat is made up of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen. When the oxygen we breathe reaches these fat molecules, it breaks them down into carbon dioxide and water.

The blood then picks up the carbon dioxide, a waste product of our bodies, and returns it to the lungs to be exhaled. Therefore the more oxygen our bodies use, the more fat we will burn.

Rather than pounding oxygen into our bodies through high impact exercise such as cycling and running, deep breathing is designed to be carried out in the office, while washing up or sitting in traffic jams.

The following remedy has become “viral” so you may have seen this already, but it is still worth mentioning for those whom have not heard of it yet. Apple Cinnamon water, the recipe is simple: you combine 2 sliced apples, 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks, and 64 oz of water in a (preferably) glass pitcher or large jar, let the combination steep or diffuse in the refrigerator overnight or at least for several hours, and serve.

Most people breathe using less than onefifth of their lungs. Breathing deeply aids the uptake of oxygen and uses the diaphragm, the sheet-like muscle that lies at the bottom of our chest cavity that helps to pump air in and out of the lungs, to its full capacity.

replacing two surgery drinks or coffees a day with your infused water and your sure to see more weight loss benefits.

Another fruit that can assist in your new year’s weight loss goals contains only 59 calories. You may not expect much from an orange, but thanks to a hefty dose of fiber it helps you feeling full and can help you eat less throughout the day. Not just rich in fiber, the high vitamin C content of oranges is conducive to fat burning. Vitamin C promotes the production of carnitine in the body which oxidizes fatty acids. Starting your day with a glass of water and an orange can get your metabolism going.

Local raw honey, is a simple sugar, but unlike white processed sugar it contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

When the body digests processed sugar it uses vitamins and minerals in the digestion process, rendering the sugar empty of any nutritional value. Honey helps speed up metabolism, which in turn helps the body burn more fat. Some research has suggested having a 8oz glass of warm water with one teaspoon of raw honey after meals or before bed will help you digest food and keep away sugar craves. To truly harness the full potential of using honey for weight loss it is best to replace all refined sugars with honey. There are also added benefits when shopping local, like adding in allergy resistance. Consuming honey even has shown sign of assisting in stress reduction, stress helps us keep those

pounds on so adding honey rather than artificial or refined sugars will bring about the balance your body needs to maintain healthy habits.

In a study conducted in 2009, obese Japanese reported a modest decrease in weight and decrease in appetite with intake of 30 ml of vinegar.

This study led to the conclusion that vinegar intake reduces body weight, body fat mass and serum triglyceride levels. Acetic acid, a main component of vinegar, might help suppress body fat accumulation. It is recommended to mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.

Apple cider vinegar is very acidic and may cause irritation to your throat and stomach.

It should always be diluted with water or juice. It is best to use organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar containing the "mother" to get all the good nutrients.

Studies often talk about the benefits of drinking green tea for weight loss but did you know Oolong tea has been reported to increase your metabolism by as much as 10%.

Green tea reportedly only increases metabolism by 4%. In order to reap the benefits of tea, you'll have to start drinking it

every day, as often as possible, and plain. If it's not easy, tasty, and convenient, you won't stick to it.

Some experts believe that certain teas should be consumed at different times of day to reap maximum weight loss results.

While drinking tea at all is good, consider drinking different kinds throughout the day to see what works for you.

White tea may block fat absorption, so drink it before lunch.

A tea like bilberry can balance your glucose levels, so it's most useful around dinnertime.

What does Spirit want to talk about today?

We want to chat about the Light Body and its continued use by others as a tool to control, and as a way to exempt them from following any sort of rules.

One’s light body is found in the grid work, or as what might be better understood to be the brainwaves which circulate in the 5th and 6th dimensional field. One’s brainwaves are not only to be found in the neurological systems of one’s body. The unified field contains waves of energy from combined aspects. Aspects sent out via this unified field with radionic energy.

Axiatonal lines continue to be the preferred way to transform one’s new neural outposts. These axiatonal lines act as radio frequency transmitters, which help to hold and ground psychic transmissions. The human body is in the process of reorganizing and making more space within its holographic mindset.

Meaning that, in the past your body was pre-formed with data set to characteristics and DNA genes from eras long past.

Still, you have all been able to move past these old genetic structures via the use of originality, creativity and by genderaltering roles. Your society has long touted

and lauded those who can break free of the pack mentality and use these skills for the good of all.

Mahatma Ghandi is a good example of a man who left both his kingdom and old ways of feeding his body, to letting go of socio-economic constraints. His vision and his ability to view the world in a loving fashion continues to affect positive changes in the world even as his physical body has passed into heaven.

Light body…What is it you might ask? The world around one can cause constraints.

Can force one person/many people to take on roles which may numb one to viewing/ sensing what can be done to free one’s self from feelings of inadequacy, failure and of low self esteem.

Is there such a thing as a heavy body?

Yes…as in ‘heavy man!’ Heavy body is a 3rd dimensional being. One who lives and breathes what may be termed a normal life! With emotions, highs and lows, different viewpoints that are all based on improving one’s self and others.

This is step one on the light body pathway, and many are happy enough to stay right here. This is just one of many potential 11

lives. If you are happy enough, there is no need to punish yourselves for being in this 3rd dimensional lifetime. For you asked to be here and are living, loving, killing time until your physical bodies give out and you move onto/into your next re-incarnational assignment. Life, after all, is what we make of it!

But just suppose you are one who questions authority. You are one who walks to the beat of a different drummer, and that drummer is slowly expanding the walls of your horizons! This is okay as well.

Aspects of your life may seem stale. Like the awakening feelings of Spring, your soul -level self yearns for a new beginning. It sends out a signal thru its neural pathways that it is ready for a change. This signal is understood by those of us who flourish in the 6th thru 12th dimensions.

We so honor your paths. We are more than willing to assess, and help all acquire the wisdom and strength to move past 3rd dimensional psychological constraints.

It is a process and one that involves allowing yourselves to try on a new role.

Not unlike changing the way you dress. You are given some new neurological adjustments. Some which hopefully will allow psychic re-patterning skills to develop more fully, and gives you an opportunity to transmute time and teleport one’s self, thru astral visions, so as to be able to make changes in one’s mnemonic memory cells.

Remember that pre-formed characteristics were once the norm for the Earth population. There didn’t use to be any way to change these DNA destination and genetic models.

But for now, with the help of light body projections, one can move forwards or backwards through time fields. To visit patterns that you once lived in and thru which you may have set up machinations which have, in effect, made you the way you are now in this present 3rd dimensional mind-set.

Just how are others using the Light Body as a tool to control and as a way to exempt them from following any rules?

Every world has its scammers. For every good thought, there is a creative entity that chooses to make money from leading others down a darker path. Of course light and dark energies travel in all of us. The main thing to keep in mind is that Spirit does not try to make money from feelings of inadequacy. Spirit follows your lead and does not go against free will. We suggest and offer solutions that hopefully work for the good of all.

If you are feeling lost… If competing thought forms tend to cause pain or disease, just ask Spirit for help in ascending or climbing over your problem.

Ascending or rising above it. For each step forward brings you a lighter energy and a feeling of comfort. For who is in charge of your life but you! Ask Spirit to show you 12

what needs to be done next. It may be as simple as learning to say no, or as sweet as opening yourself up to learning a new skill.

Whatever you want is up to you!

Just realize that all anyone can do, including us, is to offer you ways to complete the psychological-psychic-aural and neuropathway contracts that you set up eons ago.

If the pathway seems blocked then ask for assistance. Sometimes these blockages are there for you to grow and learn from.

The Lost Symbol, Quantum Mechanics and How Randall Grahm helped me Reconcile Biodynamics By: Jeff Lefevere

y a country mile as the crow flies over a buried cow horn on the vernal equinox, Biodynamics is the subject I’m most interested in amongst a myriad of conversational issues that compete against each other in the wine business. Yet, I’ve never been able to square with Biodynamics – the benefits or the bunkum – until now.

When Stu Smith of Smith -Madrone winery and author of the blog Biodynamics is a Hoax said in a recent interview, “It’s a fight between religion and science. There’s no question about it. The people that are mostly Biodynamic supporters are post-modernist skeptics of science” I paused and took it in. Yet, I was also confused about the boundary lines that he drew.

Likewise, Biodynamics can’t be debunked as an article of faith, counter to science. If so, it presumes that the base of our collective human knowledge is at an end point. We know everything there is to know and so Biodynamics doesn’t fit because it’s not rooted with a base of empirical proof.

So, what if Biodynamics is neither religion nor science, but rather a hybrid of the two that isn’t fully understood?

After all, by its very definition, Biodynamics relates to: the study of the effects of dynamic processes, such as motion or acceleration, on living organisms.

That’s what I’ve been exploring. Undoubtedly, it’s not leading me to THE TRUTH, but it is leading me to a truth different than, “science” “hoax” and “religion.”

Katherine Cole’s new book Voodoo Vintners (see review) does an exceptional job of framing Biodynamics in a balanced manner, yet there’s one chapter that I found sticking with me long after finishing the book.

In Chapter Four titled, “Science … or Sci-Fi” Cole explores the emerging scientific realm of quantum mechanics – the idea that our bodies, minds and physical environment are a symbiotic elements of energy that interact and that our consciousness, our thoughts, can impact our world. Specifically, she cites a book called, The Field: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe by Lynne McTaggert.

The framework for Cole’s mention is the notion of “intention” in the vineyard. The idea that, as she notes and deftly discredits in the

paragraph, “The belief is that the preparations aren’t merely herbal treatments for plants; they’re carriers of the farmers’ intentions, which have been swirled into them through the powerful act of stirring. While it isn’t a requirement for Demeter certification, intention is that little bit of witchcraft that separates the most committed practitioners from the unbelievers.”

Yet, what energy forces and “intention” distills down to is not a rejection of science, but an embrace of the most cutting edge of science.

Randall Grahm, the founder of Bonny Doon Vineyard, is quoted from his blog in the book noting, “The world of wine exists in a nonEuclidean space, and certainly partakes of the quantum universe; there are great discontinuities in what we know or imagine we know.”

By now I’m deep into the proverbial rabbit’s hole.

The Lost Symbol is a mediocre story, but an incredible mix of historical insight, cutting edge new science in quantum mechanics and its relation to modern day man’s role in seeking spirituality. And, unlike the DaVinci Code that took some liberties with the line between fact and fiction, Brown is quick to point out in the preface of The Lost Symbol that, “All rituals, science, artwork, and monuments in this novel are real.”

Brown does, in fact, lean on the ideas in The Field and McTaggert’s subsequent book called,The Intention Experiment whilst the cottage industry of “decoding” The Lost Symbol books gives validation to the basis for the ideas presented.

“Once the mind has been stretched by a new idea, it will never again return to its original size.”

For the two people that have read this far, all of this is pretty heady stuff and not easily explainable, which might partly account for the obfuscation in Biodynamics and wine. You have to be really, really intellectually curious to spend the time, but here’s where I’m at and here’s my recommendation if you want to follow a similar path:

With that, I made a mental note to pick-up, The Field.

Later, I read Ideal Wine by David Darlington, which covers some of the some topical area with more insight into the scientific quantum mechanics link and Biodynamics, including Steiner’s founding of the philosophical area of anthroposophy, a pre-cursor philosophy to the more scientifically-rooted, legitimized quantum mechanics.

After I purchased The Field, I noted that it had a cover blurb that said, “The author and science featured in The Lost Symbol.”

The Lost Symbol is author Dan Brown’s followup after the wildly successful book, The DaVinci Code.

Biodynamics isn’t about science vs. religion or “post-modernist skeptics of science” as Smith put it. The entire conversation is wrong. It IS about science that isn’t fully understood – quantum mechanics. In fact, there’s a growing body of evidence that science and religion are one and the same. This may be pseudoscience to some, but, regardless, the wine and Biodynamics conversation needs to be about whether you believe in the cutting edge of science or whether you need empirical proof in the here and now. Talking about anything else is 16

bloviating with half-truths from ideological positions.

Further, anybody interested in wine and trying to understand Biodynamics from a wine perspective is wasting their time by reading about Biodynamics through the lense of the agricultural practices. Don’t spend any time on Nicolas Joly, or Monty Waldin, or any of the leaders in the field. You’ll never get past the weird preparations and the attempt at the explanation thereof.

Instead, any attempt at understanding Biodynamics needs to come through a view of the emerging science side. Get a notebook to take notes. Read The Lost Symbol first. Then, read a decoding book about The Lost Symbol. This acts as an accessible introduction to a number of ideas. Again, the ideas and facts are real, the story is fiction. From there, read The Field and skim The Intention Experiment. Then read Voodoo Vintners and Ideal Wine.

Once this has been completed, fill in the gaps with internet research on Steiner and some of his history with Theosophy and later Anthroposophy and then wade into Google and Amazon.com searching for, “Quantum physics, God, Consciousness.” Balance all of this with some quick searching on metaphysics to understand the delta and overlap between science, religion and philosophy.

If, after having done this, you haven’t completely confused the shit out of yourself, you’ll have gained a new enlightenment the least of which will be akin to Oliver Wendall Holmes quote,“Once the mind has been stretched by a new idea, it will never again return to its original size.”

As I mentioned earlier, when seeking a truth, I’m okay with “There’s a lot in life we don’t understand and this is one of them” and that’s where I come down on Biodynamics, but the conversation must not be framed in black and white terms. Everybody around Biodynamics – the proponents and the detractors are operating in the 17

So you crack your knuckles and you're ready to type away, and you find yourself immediately spurting off about your company.

After all, that is what you do know best. The problem there, however, is it's probably just rehashed content. The goal is to think bigger. For example, write about the industry itself rather than your company. Content is important to traffic, and if your content is only about you, your company and your goals we as consumers will fall asleep trying to get through your site. Beef it up with interesting facts, statistics, and industry news!

Use social media!

Yes we say this often but that’s because we have built 3 businesses with this one tool! It makes sense to use it to help you brainstorm and build your campaign. Get on Facebook or Twitter and flat out ask your already-established audience what topics they would like to talk about. Don’t just ask, deliver and let them know you care about their opinions. Get involved in your social media, if you only jump on to talk about your next class you aren’t impressing 19

anyone! If you engage in other people’s content, be it on their wall or in a group, they are more likely to check out what is going on in your world.

Spending 10 minuets a day or even just a few times a week making comments, giving advice and liking your followers comments can make a huge improvement in your advertising campaign reach!

Make a calendar It's always good to have a plan, so just winging it and writing as you go can be detrimental to your campaign. Figure out what topics are best for what time.

Think of industry events, what's happening in the world, and make relatable topics to that time table. Do you have a marketing plan for valentines day yet? If you don’t I know 20 competitors who do and they will grab the spotlight!

You’re in the business of changing lives and keeping up with current events is key to capturing your audience! Grab a calendar, look over the key events and schedule your advertising campaigns around things like holidays and breaks.

It will also help you keep to a schedule that readers can count on.

Make goals From raising brand awareness to generating leads, every

campaign needs a purpose and directive. Not having clear goals makes for messy content, and messy content makes for confused consumers. Some goals might be gaining 5 new subscribers a month to your business email, 20 new page likes a month and two new clients a month. If your not reaching these goals look at your advertising and content first!

Whether it's to make your company the leading source of information in your industry or create more leads, that all comes with engagement. Get your current clients in on it, ask them for feedback by posting a question to your page or blog, this will help their friends see it!

Share information and ask for opinions. Talk about local topics, weather, sports, and your industry.

s the New Year sets in, the want for change is great… We crave it…We dream of it… We speak of it… We make promises to ourselves that this year will be different. Truth be told, it doesn't matter when the change takes place; it only matters that you find the will do to it. In my lifetime I have made great changes. Some have been easier to stick to then others. Some have raised their head up again, and again, and again; each time I confront these nagging gremlins I am faced with the question, do I choose to silence them, or do I choose to engage with them? Many of us have these so called demons that we battle. We ridicule ourselves and deem ourselves unworthy of something greater as if we lack the ability to own our radiance. I promise you, it is not the letting go of the demon that sets you free; it’s the owning of your true radiance the leads way to the gift of freedom.

Become clear on what you WANT!!

Instead of asking yourself; what is it I chose to be free of? Ask yourself what is it you want more of? It’s not the weight you choose to lose, it’s the freedom to move, the energy you gain, the love of self and the comfort within your own body. It’s not the smoking you choose to be free of… It’s the want to be social, to be comfortable in crowds or even one on one, it’s the belief that you are worthy of a full breath, it’s the ability to feel your feelings rather than smother them in a cloud of smoke, and believe it or not, it’s wanting others to be closer to you.

Keep it simple and without judgment!

You're not quitting anything When it comes to freeing yourself of habits or making greater changes towards well-being, keep your focus on what you gain, and not what you lose. It’s funny to say; yet when you say you’re going to "quit" something, your psyche puts up a front and thinks it’s failing somehow by quitting. I don't quit smoking, I choose to breath more fully and in this choice I let go of that which restricts my breathing…

If it’s about "quitting" something then change your perspective to letting something go or to be free of it. Your system freaks out when it hears "quit" like you've failed at something…

Power and strength come from letting go.

Choose a day…

DON'T TELL ANYONE not your spouse, your friends, your family, your preacher or Dr. Keep the energy contained! If the day comes, and you don't hold true then only you know with no outside judgment. Even if you know they won't judge you; you may create it in your mind that they are, which will, in turn, hinder the process.

Implement a NEW HABIT or New Healthy choice…

This brings in Conscious effort.

Sometimes one small thing is enough to create the change you seek and sometimes it’s not enough for a 100% shift yet 1 healthy choice leads to adding in a second healthy choice. Know the first healthy choice needs to become just as much of a habit as the habit your hoping to break. For example: every time you want to smoke or snack, drink 8-16oz of water first or do 100 jumping jacks (know that 100 jumping jacks seems outlandish especially if you can't seem to do 1 yet build) start with 5 then 10 or do as many as you can till you have to stop, this habit changes your perception on the weaker habits of smoking or eating. Another example: instead of cutting certain foods out start adding certain foods in. Sugar and carbs are difficult to be free of, so instead of setting yourself up for failure by "not" having those foods, start implementing more greens, or a protein shake… The more "alive" the food is that you eat, the less you crave carbs and sugars and the less apt you are to over eat...we don't lose weight by denying ourselves food… quite the opposite. You need to eat in order to lose weight, yet you need to give your body the right food so it feels full and satisfied.

Become free of many vices…

Often times there is more than

one vice that we choose to be free of, and we can set ourselves up for failure by trying to end many at one time… Choose one at a time, yet Know This!!!

Usually there is one vice that is the catalyst for all or will at least lead to the removal of another…

Example: If you want to stop smoking and lessen or stop drinking caffeine or alcohol, then removal of tobacco will often stop you from drinking. We often create a pattern of having a cigarette with a drink, yet if you’re not smoking you'll find you crave caffeine and alcohol less because you know it'll lead you to want a cigarette… Same goes with food and smoking (most people say you gain weight when you quit smoking… This is VERY UNTRUE! Especially when you create a new habit to replace the smoking, like walking or jumping jacks or drinking water… (I personally lose weight when I quit smoking because I utilize all my new found energy rather than smother it with food). Bottom line pick the one that seems most difficult and all other will melt away…

Change and transformation have the potential to be difficult. It all depends on your focus. If you focus on the struggle, then you'll find more struggle… If you focus on the feeling or the visual of that which you hope to achieve or feel; then I assure you, you will reach your goals. Oh and by the way… Remember how worthy you are of that which you focus on; it’s the reason you for that which you hope to achieve.

Freedom comes with a cost… usually that cost is an emotional connection to whatever it is we choose to be free of. Truth be told when you compare the amount of emotional upheaval you've had in your life to that which you need to face as you

claim your freedom, it can be a pretty freaken' easy choice, and yet we still choose things that don't make us happy… and allow us to criticize and ridicule ourselves… Maybe this is where we need to put our focus on the most? Why do we think so little of ourselves that we find comfort in "LIFE" limiting habits?

Some people have the ability to be an occasional smoker or occasional snacker, yet those of us that can't seem to control ourselves and over-do and do everyday then the question is: What is it about our inner light that we're so afraid? If we let it shine to its fullest then will our world change so dramatically that we loose sight of who we "believe" ourselves to be? If this scares you, then I challenge you to realize that YOU are so AMAZING, and all that change you wish to see in the world is possible when beings like YOU stop fearing their light and starting walking into freedom…

It can also be the linked in to the detox process as you cleanse your system. Hence why sometimes its easier some days then others.

When we move a good "chunk" of stuff from our cells it can feel like the cravings are at their worst. More reason to get up and move or utilize the healthy new habit (which can be anything you choose.. doesn't have to be physical… like journal 10 reasons why your grateful you let the habit go; or let that be your "game" time.

My name is Diane Marie Ford and I am here to share my insights and ‘their’ messages. 2014 begins with Hope, Love, Light and lots of Laughter.... but more importantly....

BELIEF. This is 'THE YEAR OF BELIEVING'.

Yes, I believe that this year 2014 is going to be the year of high BELIEVING for all of us. BELIEVING in small - large miracles in our lives. Miracles that we all can make happen in our lives.

It is a year of change, cleaning out, letting go of the past, living a life that we were meant to.

In the past few months I have worked with several clients that have made major changes in their lives because they just got to the point in their lives where they realized they could no longer live in this "no man land of emotional haze" that they had found themselves in. They needed to move out of , find a new road to travel that would lead them to the "YOU' inside of themselves that they had suppressed so many years prior.

As we all take those steps into that journey it becomes increasingly aware that it is a zone of emotions that are wonderfully frightening. If as human beings we believe in our journey to spiritual enlightenment, to grow into the unique individuals that we were meant to be when we were birthed here. We continue on into this unknown with passion and fortitude.

Does the path take strength, I will not lie to you, yes...any great change that we under take does. But nothing changes, till something changes. It is just that simple. Change is never easy for any one of us, some more than others, that is when you reach out for a support system, you don't have to walk this journey of change alone.

Please remember this.

The year 2014 will be a wonderful year of rebirth for so many people who have been

"stuck in cement" for more than half their life time. When an "awakening" occurs to show one that time has come to change, to begin to walk that path, some thing happens in side their soul, something that builds like a fire in the pit of their stomach . It burns hot , it will drive their spirit's engine like a high powered vehicle on full speed till it reaches it's destination. Once we get to that destination a glow comes from us...a light if you will for all to see. A bit of peace shines through.

2014 is it your year to begin to find your peace? To find the real you? To no longer live behind that mask that you show others except when you look in the mirror when your alone. Numerology is a very beneficial tool that can be used to help us to determine what themes would be best to focus on during specific periods in our lives to ensure the best success. With the New Year now upon us, this is especially the case. Numerology can help us to plant seeds for new beginnings in the new year.

Numerology is the “science� of names and numbers.

The philosophy behind it is that there is a relationship between the numbers in our lives and what we experience in life. Numerology uses a person's name given at birth and date of birth to form a profile about them. The letters of a person's name are converted to numbers. Numerology can offer us guidance, define who we are, what our purpose or mission in life is and can assist us in leading a more meaningful life. Numerology shows us what we will learn and what we may experience during our lifetime. It also shows us the talents and abilities that we possess, some of which may be hidden talents that we may not even be aware of thus far.

The idea behind Numerology is that everything in existence is energy. There is nothing that exists that is not simply energy. Scientists have proven, in experiments with water, that even our thoughts are energy. The water molecules in the experiments formed different patterns when positive thoughts were sent to them versus when negative thoughts were sent

to them. The water molecules formed beautiful, ornate patterns when positive thoughts were sent to them, but then formed chaotic, haphazard patterns when negative thoughts were sent to them.

Numerology is based on energy also. Each number carries its own energy vibration, and therefore has a unique meaning. Numerology is a numerical representation of our energetic makeup and the energy that we carry.

It is said that modern, Western Numerology was developed by Greek philosopher, mathematician, and astronomer, Pythagoras around 600 B.C. There is evidence, however, that Numerology may have been in use before this time in many parts of the World. There are also many references to the symbolism of numbers in the Bible.

One of the interesting ways in which Numerology can be used is to help us to determine what themes we should focus our lives on during a specific period of time to ensure the best success. Interestingly, however, one may find that their life will automatically follow the themes determined by Numerology, as Numerology is a numerical representation of the road map that our life tends to follow.

to Numerology, by Kay Lagerquist, Ph.D. and Lisa Lenard, we can predict how the new year will turn out for us by calculating our Personal Year and our Personal Months in Numerology as follows: 1. Write the month and day of your birth in numerical form. For example, a date of birth of January 10 would be written as 1+ 10 2. Reduce the double digits down to one digit by adding them together. For example, the number 10 would be reduced down as follows: 1 + 0 = 1 3. Next, add up all four digits from the year that you want to inquire about. For example, if you want to predict what themes your life will focus on during 2014, you would add up all four digits in the year 2014 as follows: 2 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 7 4. To calculate the Personal Year that you will be in in Numerology for the year that you are inquiring about, add the number that you got for the year that you want to inquire about to the numbers that you got for the month and day that you were born. If we want to inquire about the year of 2014 for the person born on January 10 in our example, we would do so as follows

Upon the wings of Isis I fly…

Silver, golden blue colors streak across my vision.

Up, up, up… Above the clouds, and into the light...

We are so far away, yet inextricably close.

We lose sight of land, and drift…

Colors melt together, and we soar.

Gliding now, through each cloud We see the painted backdrop change even more.

The fiery ball is swallowed in an ocean of hot pinks and oranges.

Quickly turning and creeping past the hillside; Each moment, a miracle.

Reflections of that fire is in every cloud, And we glide on soaking up the bliss and pure light.

Each moment passing faster than the next, We fly faster to see if we can catch the light.

Faster, faster…A frenzied chase.

Unaware of anything until we are caught; Caught in an irresistible glowing.

A sharp, pale yellow crescent contrasts a deeper velvet sky, It hypnotizes.

The whole of its body, the dim glow of a perfect circle, Is drawing us closer…

Every cell inviting…

Every chakra dancing…

Every soul singing…

Every piece, whole.

We are one with all of creation.

Feeling the mist on my face, I know We can no longer look through those same eyes.

These are different eyes.

These are knowing eyes, and they are open.
