Take care of your body.

I don’t mean that you have to train for the triathlon or be on par with Olympian athletes. I do mean, however, that you move daily. Be active. Take frequent walks around the block. I do mean that you drink plenty of water, and that you rest and sleep a lot (way more than you think you need to – it makes a difference – trust me!)

Shower or bathe every day. Not only does water clean your physical body, but it cleanses your energy body – and abundance LOVES energy that is clean and clear!

Eat plenty of fresh vegetables – and a variety of them. Eat lots of whole grains (one of my personal favorites: Quinoa - It is delicious, highly nutritious, and adaptable to any dish). Eat a few nuts daily, and some avocado. Your body needs the healthy fats, proteins and oils – plus, healthy proteins and foods, such as avocado, regulate your blood sugar levels, which is imperative for abundant energy! (Note: My food suggestions are barring any food allergies you may have, in which case always check with your naturopath, nutritionist or physician.)

My point is that abundance is far more likely to bloom in your corner when you give it a good home… A happy home.

So, feel into it: What makes your body happy?

Jumping, running, skipping? There is a reason children laugh a lot! Children are highly tapped into abundance energy. Hiking? Long walks on the beach?

Singing is physically healing, and keeps your throat chakra (your energy center of communication) wide open. Do you like to sing? Do it! Even if you don’t want anyone to hear you – sing in the shower, sing in the car. Sing while you do the dishes. Blast your favorite music while you clean your house, and do your laundry. Dance like crazy, and sing at the top of your lungs. Your vibration will rise – and your body will be the happy house your abundance has always dreamed of!

ater Molecules in lab studies show the reaction to vibration on a structural level, as the vibration of the sound increases the form of water shifts itself into more complex structures of geometry. Water under a microscope not only showed changes with sound but also with emotion. Dr. Emoto began studies on the structure of water, to learn more about it’s composition. When he placed water from the tap under a microscope he found the structure was broken and created no patter. When holy water was studied it showed very intricate patters of perfect geometry. He took this study much further to see structures under a microscope given different labels view the pictures below. What happens when we are sad, we feel down, lethargic, inattentive to daily life. One day, I woke up with an overwhelming inspiration to make a movie. As I opened my eyes, I turned to my husband and said with great excitement ”I’m going to make a movie!” I’m not sure that my declaration completely registered with him at that moment, but everyone soon found out how committed I was to this very new idea. I knew I was going to do it, and I was so excited about it. The fact that I had no previous film making experience, no connections, and no funding didn’t even cross my mind… All I could think about was making this movie.

My busy BodyTalk practice conveniently slowed down as my focus completely turned to making The Future of Medicine, and things fell into place very quickly.

Within a month, I had funding, equipment and a crew.

Within two months, my movie was over half filmed. And, within three months, I had over 80 hours of footage and was ready for editing. Since I couldn’t find an editor that was able to create what I wanted from ALL the footage I had captured, I did what any ”normal” person would do… I signed myself up for a 3-day intensive Final Cut Pro course,

The Evolution of Revolution Occupy Wall Street is just the beginning

The R-word has already taken root in the minds of tens of thousands scattered across the United States. The Occupy Wall Street movement was the first sign, a preview of what's to come. Conversations of what it means to be truly free is occurring everywhere, from the traditional stomping grounds of revolution in coffee shops to high rise buildings on Wall Street itself. Occupy Wall Street changed the dialogue in Washington DC, a feat in itself, forcing the rather uncomfortable admissions by political leaders that economic disparity is of grave concern to the American people, especially for 1 in 2 Americans that live at or near the poverty level. Although the national spotlight's been re-focused, once again to politically-motivated red herrings, the supposed budget crisis, for instance, in addition to Obama’s own audacity to propose cuts to social security, the call for revolution hasn't been louder in decades. The great irony here is that those in charge have left very little room for anything else constructive. The political system, as it now stands, is beyond repair. Both parties are in the back pockets of Wall Street interests. There is no political will to serve the people. This is already self-evident to many Americans, Right or Left-leaning. Now, what are we going to do about it?

It is perhaps naive to think that revolution in the classic sense of the word could occur in the United States any time soon (and could a majority of the people actually want this?). Activists are pitched against the greatest military and police state the world has ever known, but in recent history we have a few fine examples of the people changing their governments practically overnight.

The Arab Spring, which directly inspired the organizers of OWS, resulted in regime changes in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and Yemen, granted, these weren't Superpower nations. The fall of the Berlin Wall (and the reunification of Germany) and the dissolution of the Soviet Union, however, grants a little bit of hope that such drastic changes are possible within nuclear weaponized countries. There is, no doubt, a desire to see the way our politicians respond to the needs of the people – a basic tenant of democracy which had been abandoned long ago in this country. Voting alone is not enough, and never was. Emma Goldman once said that if voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal. Considering the downward trajectory of wages alone over the last 40 years, it's safe to say no one voted for this trend (it surely wouldn't make it onto any ballot measure!) or elected leaders solely for the purpose to grant more and more power to corporations, resulting in lower wages, the outsourcing of more jobs than what corporations actually create, even as they cut their domestic workforces by the tens of thousands, but that is exactly what has happened. So capital R revolution, regime change, is only superficial if the masses themselves haven't revolutionized. That is to say, people must take part in the decisions which affect their lives in a very proactive way. They must participate. In any case, a population must remain vigilant and a constant thorn in the side of the government, as past social movements in the US have demonstrated. Not only that, the 21st Century pressure must also be applied to corporate leadership in the form of boycotts, demonstrations, and direct action. What good is revolution without a change in the ways people act? What good is it if there is still rampant racism, sexism, poverty, and a tiny elite class of citizens which hold most the wealth and call the shots?

Building a new society within the shell of the old OWS began the process on September 17, 2011.

Those who occupied public spaces envisioned a world without a militaristic dictate, without a corporate mandate, among a great many other things which could only be realized in an open, free society. They practiced the age old tradition of consensus, a form of collective decision-making which incorporated the voices of all who wished to participate. This form of “horizontal” organizing stood in resolute contrast to vertical, top-down command structures which dominate much of human society. This meant there were no leaders; there would be no support or affiliation with the corrupt two-party system, or any party, for that matter.

Much to the dismay of the mainstream media, this also meant there would be no list of demands. This decision was the consensus from the very beginning. The reasoning behind this decision was that a list of demands meant submitting to a corrupt authority for approval. Unlike voting, which many see now as an exercise in choosing the lesser of two evils, the consensus process granted the people the freedom to act in accordance to their needs and desires without the some watered-down form of representation. The middlemen (and women), the politicians, were cut from the equation. In essence, actions trumped demands. Occupiers became empowered to act as though they were already free – 19

followed and the quality of living for most Americans would something that scared the security state to death. In the true anarchist tradition, the Occupy Wall Street movement represents, continue to decline. The end of OWS? The occupation of Zuccotti Park in New York City lasted until November 15, 2011, when it was brutally put down by police by orders from Mayor Bloomberg during a complete media blackout. A coordinated effort at the state and federal levels resulted in more police crack-downs, with most occupations ending well before mid-2012. A few have dissipated by their own volition since, leaving all but a few smaller groups operating well below the public radar, but this wasn't the end of Occupy Wall Street nor the hopes of countless onlookers and well-wishers who had yet to take part. This only marked the beginning of what is a much broader revolution, which had been stewing deep in the kettle pots of revolutionist souls for a great many of years. The revolution is here, already in progress. Consider two of the most effective projects to come out of the New York City General Assembly since the disbanding of the occupation at Zuccotti, Strike Debt and Occupy Sandy. Strike Debt, through its Rolling Jubilee working group, bought up over $1 million in medical debt at pennies on the dollar in March of 2013. In a show of mutual aid and solidarity with the people, OWS has been raising awareness about the issues of medical debt on the national stage while simultaneously acting on them. The people whose lives were directly affected in Kentucky and Ohio were no doubt pleasantly surprised when they received letters stating their debts were negated by the efforts of a few activists in New York City who organized the donation pool to make it happen. This is people power – as can only be carried out by enterprises ran by the people, for the people. Since October 30th, 2012 Occupy Sandy has continued where Bloomberg and FEMA have fallen woefully short in the wake of the destruction left behind by Hurricane Sandy. Volunteers and organizers have been involved in the toxic cleanup of mold and debris. They've also provided more than $1.5 million

towards relief efforts as of this writing.

Too many people have been disenfranchised from meaningful existence in a nation, we are told, is the best in the world. We are expected to pay our taxes as mega corporations and the top banks receive billions in refunds on the taxpayers' dime annually.

As the saying goes, something's got to give. While we wait to take to the streets and public spaces once again, we activists will pursue community-based projects which highlight the crimes of the 1%; even as we address them ourselves, by our own actions, oftentimes without permits, and some times illegally – as free people do when protecting their interests and the common good against forces of lawful tyranny.

There once were free men and women in the United States who took courageous

stands against the injustices of their times. We read about them in our history books. We watch stories of their lives in movies and documentaries. We idealize them on posters. We heft their slogans above our heads as we confront the forces of tyranny in our own backyards. We quote them. We “Like” their pictures in Face book memes. Sometimes we listen to their exploits in our music, or hear their names dropped in a graduation speech.

Sometimes it's easy to forget that the forces of revolution are within each of us in the here and now. We don't have to sit by idly and wait for the day when a magazine in Canada calls for the occupation of Wall Street, nor do we have to wait for others to solve our own problems. As Occupy Wall Street has proven beautifully, even when forced off the streets by SWAT teams and riot police, there is no justification for not doing something good for ourselves and our communities by our own volition. Today, not tomorrow.

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.

Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody As I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me.

Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.

Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm.

Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING is happening.

Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally.

Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born.

Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!

FOUR MINDS DON’T THINK ALIKE The magic of first love is our ignorance that it can ever end.

You had the good vibes going. You were high from the love potions coursing through your body. You were humming all the crazy-in-love songs you’ve ever heard and for once they made total sense. You had created The Honeymoon Effect with the love of your life and you knew that this time it was going to last forever.

Except it didn’t.

It all came crashing down, and you were left devastated and obsessed with what might have been. And puzzled: how could something so magical degenerate into endless, bickering recriminations and, if you were married, divorce court?

After all, you wanted it to work. You believed it would work. Maybe The Biology of Belief works for other people, you’re thinking, but it doesn’t for you. Yes it does! But there’s a catch, which explains why positive thinking and believing, by themselves, don’t work.

The catch is that when you bonded so closely with your partner during those first blissful days and months, your behaviors and actions were controlled by the processing of your conscious minds. The conscious mind is the “creative” mind, the one that acts on behalf of your wishes and desires. So when the conscious minds of two lovers entangle, together they create magical harmony. Because honeymoon partners are operating from their deepest wishes and desires, the outcome of their interactions is . . . voilà, Heaven on Earth!

However, over time, your conscious mind becomes burdened with thoughts dealing with the busy-ness of everyday life—balancing your budget, scheduling your chores, planning your weekend. The processing of the conscious mind shifts from creating the honeymoon experience to the management and strategies needed to deal with perceived necessities. The result is that the conscious mind relinquishes behavioral control to default programs previously stored in the subconscious mind.

When it comes to partners, there are suddenly four instead of two minds involved. And these two “extra” subconscious minds can wreak havoc on happily-ever-after relationships. When our conscious minds stop paying attention to the moment, we lose control over our honeymoon creation because we unknowingly engage in preprogrammed behaviors we acquired through our developmental experiences. For many couples, once that subconscious programming comes to the fore, the honeymoon glow fades very quickly.

That’s not surprising because the behaviors programmed in the subconscious mind are primarily derived from observing and downloading other people’s behaviors (many of them negative and disempowering)—especially those of your parents, immediate family, community, and culture. You start seeing a side of your partner (and yourself) that never emerged during the honeymoon. When the conscious mind stops paying attention to the current moment, you automatically and, most importantly, unconsciously engage in behaviors you downloaded from others.

Here’s a scenario that may be all too familiar to you.

You’re basking in The Honeymoon Effect, full of love for your supportive partner who lights up your life. Then one day you ask him a simple, loving question. He’s not thinking about how good your relationship is. His conscious mind is 26

preoccupied with fixing the car or paying the rent so he responds reflexively and nastily with a tone that says, “Leave me alone.” Shocked, you respond: “Who are you?”

You have just experienced the moment when honeymoons generally begin to fall apart. He responded so unconsciously that he didn’t even notice how nasty he was. And, in his response to what he perceives as a personal “attack” on his character, he starts digging in his heels to defend himself to the death. He’s thinking, She accused me of not being me. I’m

the same me I’ve always been. I don’t know what she’s talking about. What’s her problem?

Meanwhile, you’re thinking, Where is the loving man I married? Your conscious mind detaches from the current moment to assess the unpleasant situation in which you now find yourself. Uh-oh, unbeknownst to you, you also unconsciously default to your own formerly hidden subconscious behaviors that you acquired from your family and culture.

Now it’s your partner’s turn to be shocked as his once loving spouse shifts into criticism and blame, as well as other less than loving programs you downloaded from your parents.

As the daily issues of life increasingly occupy your and your partner’s conscious minds, more disharmonious unconscious behavior patterns begin to rise to the surface. Soon you both shift from appreciating your partner to focusing on his or her periodic nasty outbursts. Both you and your partner turn defensive and begin to critique other faults: he never cleans up, she never puts the cap on the toothpaste, and on and on. All the things you ignored in the first glow of love now start to bug you.

If you met through an online dating service, both of you want your money back! He/she didn’t fill out the questionnaire honestly! But actually you both filled it out in good faith. You both filled it out consciously—and that’s the rub. Your thoughtful submissions from your conscious minds truly represent the people you aspire to be. Unfortunately, the character of the “you” who answered the questionnaire normally expresses itself only about 5 percent of the time. What both partners failed to include in their surveys were the sabotaging and limiting subconscious programs they acquired from others, which all of us unconsciously engage in about 95 percent of the time.

With the appearance of uninvited behaviors 95 percent of the time, you and your partner have most definitively left the honeymoon and are back on the road of conventional life. If any of these heretofore unseen, destructive, and disturbing behaviors had surfaced on the first day of your relationship, there probably would not have been a second day. Now you’re wondering if you should lower your expectations and accept what your relationship has become because “This is the way life is and I have to accept the bad with the good.” Or will the many compromises you make as you adjust to abusive behavior become so intolerable that your once seemingly unbreakable bond shatters? You say, “The hell with this. I can’t do this.” And then you go out (again) and try to find what you once had.

The culprit for this repeating cycle is invisible: it’s the behaviors programmed in you and your partner’s subconscious minds. Your conscious minds sent you on the quest to find a loving partner and rejoiced when you found The One, yet your subconscious mind is destroying what you’ve created. But once you know that you’re dealing with four minds in the relationship, and once you know how to change the negative programming of your subconscious minds, you will have the tools to recreate what you’ve lost.

THE HIGH-MINDED, CREATIVE CONSCIOUS MIND To better understand how this happens, let’s talk more about the relationship between the brain and the mind …

One Question Bruce… What about your discoveries has most profoundly affected your life and the way you live it?

In the first instant of acquiring my new insights into how cells worked, I was completely transformed. As a conventional scientist, I taught my students that genes controlled life and that we were essentially “victims” of our heredity.

When I first recognized that the brain of the cell was the cell membrane, rather than genes, I was blown away, for the mechanism revealed that life was controlled by signals from the “environment.” The significance of this finding is that the identity of the “self,” distinguishing one individual from another, would also represent an environmental (external) signal. 2 If the cell (organism) dies, its identity signal is still present in the environment.

At that moment of awareness, I realized that we have an externalized “identity” (spirit) and are immortal. The realization of a transcendent “identity” brought an amazing sense of peace into my life, for I had truly lost the greatest of all fears…death. It was the most profound experience for me, a nonspiritual scientist that wasn’t even looking for that particular understanding.

Subsequently, my life was transformed when I realized how my developmental experiences programmed my genes and behavior. With this knowledge I was able to rewrite limiting, self sabotaging beliefs that were keeping me from experiencing the health, love and joy we all seek. I have actively created a wonderful healthy, fulfilling life and supporting environment. I love my days, sleep like a baby and enjoy life without the necessity of taking a single pharmaceutical drug!

One of the most important things I learned through my research was that human beings were biologically modeled after the anatomy and physiology of single cells. Cells are in a sense, miniature people. My research provided insight into understanding how the fifty trillion cells that comprise the human body can live in health and harmony under the skin. I was able to apply the fundamental principles of cellular life to the way I was living my life with great success. In the words of old hippie philosophy, I was “cleaning up my own backyard before cleaning up the world.” I learned to live better and healthier on less money, not only through modeling my efficiency upon cellular life, but also because my personal joy and satisfaction in life was no longer linked to consumerism. we are at the core of our being, it is where we find our inner fire and drive. It is the vortex area of personal transformation. This is the time to allow the expansion and expression of your True Self to shine; to be proud and happy with yourself. The world around you is simply a reflection of your inner world, beliefs and feelings.

Take time to pay attention to the perceptions you have of others. To the thoughts that travel through your mind as a homeless man is seated on the sidewalk asking...”Do you have some change to spare?” For in the world you can only keep what you are willing to give. This spirit is asking you for help, he has not asked for a lot, just a little. Truly the perception that entered your mind when asked this question has an impact upon more than just the man on the sidewalk. It ripples out to the universe.

Was your perception more ‘Get a job,’ ‘No way,’ along those lines, or would you give the man change, and wish him luck, abundance and that things turn around for him? This is truly a challenge; not allowing yourself to withhold from others in need, and to truly contribute to the greater good of mankind, and to not just focus on getting by yourself. Giving to others is the idea. It isn’t about getting something back, but to give with honesty, an open heart and without expectations. You are challenged this week to be generous and compassionate. Love, compassion and truth heal the situation. Always speak with love and compassion, as you come from that place within your heart. No harm can ever come, so switch off the mind, and do what you know would do you and others a world of GOOD at this time.

If there are people in the present that are undervaluing what you say or do, you are called to ask for guidance to heal the issue. From a higher perspective, they are simply here to help you face your own inner issues. You are called to stand up for yourself, regardless of what others think or say, and know that you are worthy of love. You are a being of Light and Love just as every being is. The Angels are with you working to help you love yourself more; to know that you are perfect just as you are, and to change the perceptions that you have held about yourself.

You may have, in the past, sold yourself short, rather than ask for what you really need, sat in denial about the truth of a situation, or given up your dream because you thought others wouldn’t support you. adventures, experiences and opportunities are waiting to unfold for you. Allow yourself to feel more alive, and more connected to who you divinely are.

It is time, now, for you to shift. Allow yourself to be patient, relax, slow down, sit back and just watch the birds and nature. It is not time to push yourself. It is time to take a break, and contemplate all the good in your life, and even the chaos that has been (as even those have held a blessing). It is time to unwind… as you have earned your time to rest. Yes, this again is a challenge, as when you have spent so much time contemplating and only thinking of how stressed you are. Truly, you know that you have physically been given signals that it is time to take a break. Take some time for you. Connect in nature, whether it is for a walk, to sit by the ocean or the riverside, or to sit under the tree, watch the birds, feel the breeze, feel the sun just wash over you, cleansing and rejuvenating you. Allow yourself this time, as it is truly a time to be still.

Your Guides, Guardians, Angels and Loved ones that have crossed over are always there for you. Your team is divinely available during all the times you need assistance. All you have to do is ask. There are many ways to ask. Some feel this must be or should be done as a prayer, but truly just saying ‘Help me’ quietly in your mind is the simplest of ways to call.

They want you to know that they are the whispers in the wind as you relax, and when you allow yourself time to be still and quiet they speak to you in your dreams, and through your intuitive senses. They want you to remain aware of what you think when you take those moments to be still. Whether you do this at home, work, while traveling (as long as you aren’t driving) or when you sit and let Mother Nature interact with you.

Find the pleasure in what you do, for it is time to make the most of every moment. Do something that brings pleasure to those you love, work, play with and interact with. You may be surprised that when things become more pleasurable, more is accomplished and there is a lot less stress and less effort that is needed. As sure as you have felt the silent cries within for help now your Guide has brought you here to clarify. You’re asked to close your eyes here in a moment. Feel a healing and calming light swell from your heart center. Then feel this expand as though it covers you from your head

to about 6 inches above your head... like a glowing bubble. From here, then imagine your path covered in beautiful nature trees, birds and animals of all kinds that you resonate with.

See the sun, just beyond the horizon, where the light is golden and lighting up the path way.

Now, close your eyes for a few moments…

Once you have opened them, know that this sun is the reflection of our journey in this life, and it is your guiding light. You are asked to stop trying to figure everything out……. Simply just trust, as you are always on the right path.

Surrender to your angels and guides for guidance, as they are here to help you. There is more than enough energy that there is no need to concern yourself that they are too busy. You will find that you have a renewed sense of clarity and a new sense of direction and purpose soon. TRUST!!

An Exercise in Soul Retrieval Fill a glass of water and hold it with both hands.

Place your attention on this glass and say, “Everything I have taken from others, I place back in this water”. Repeat this phrase three times. Take this glass of water outside and pour it on the Earth, knowing that we are all connected by this Earth and all can return through the Earth.

Go inside and refill your glass, holding it with both hands again, place your attention on the water.

Now repeat three times, “Everything that has been taken from my soul I now reclaim”. Enjoy drinking your glass of water!

Mercury moves into Cancer on May 31st and can bring in a lot of nostalgic feelings. You may find that you want to spend more time at home and with close friends and family.

Mars also moves into Gemini that day, though, and can stimulate debates. Be careful not to get too emotional because all that Cancer energy can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. The other Cancerian side offers an abundance of loving energy that doubles when Venus joins Mercury in Cancer on June 2nd. This is surely an abundant period of love and emotions. Neptune goes retrograde June 7th, this becomes a time when it is extremely important to listen to your inner voice.
